Took an outdoor deck job that I was having trouble finding a contractor for, and their work was exceptional! Looking forward to have them back for the next job!

I have used S&K Contracting for three separate projects over the past few years and have been very satisfied. They are always willing to work within a budget and do what it takes to get the finished job the way I want it.

We used S&K Contracting for a 700sq ft addition to our existing home, including 2 bedrooms, playroom and family bath. The project was extensive and we lived in the house throughout the majority of it. We can thoroughly recommend Scott and his team. At any stage when changes were required we were notified immediately and presented with options and costings. They were fantastic with advice and recommendations and were extremely responsive to any questions and concerns we had along the way. We would not hesitate to use S&K contracting again.

The thing I liked best about S&K Contracting was that they were very respectful of the fact that we were living here while the remodel was happening. We have a variety of special needs, and they were able to work around and work with every one of them! Also, each and every day they cleaned up after themselves, and put things back the way they were, so the we could actually live our lives while the remodel was happening in our home!

Scott repaired the entrance if out office building after it was hit by a car. It looks as good as new and the crew was very professional when working during business hours.

Scott and team did a great job with a few misc construction projects around our house. They were very communicative and timely, and explained what they were doing when they encountered unique conditions in our old house. They finished quicker than expected and the quality was great!

I needed to take a moment this morning to just Rave about S&K contracting. Specifically Scott and the crew. With all the nerves I had about my home remodel, I couldn’t have picked a better contractor. Scott and his workers were tidy, prompt and professional. After demolition, there was no dust or debris anywhere. My deck is beautiful, my kitchen is exactly how I pictured it. And if at any time I pointed out small details, Scott made sure to fix it, and quickly.
