He keeps the customer updated regarding any unexpected issues that he may encounter along the way, leaving no unexpected surprises for the his client,

He keeps the work area clean and removes all debris from the worksite before he leaves.
He is very polite with a pleasant demeanor.

The entire team was excellent to deal with.
- Ron and his HVAC team did an excellent job and showed up on time for each appointment.
- J. Jones and staff very polite, efficient and on time. Excellent work!
- The sheet rock staff was good to deal with and very professional and on time.
- Mike and his assistant was very polite and the cabinets look amazing. One minor quality glitch, but Brad (the contractor) was able to fix within 10 minutes.

I’ve just had windows and a deck replaced by Rocwell Construction LLC. I was impressed by Brad Augustus’s punctuality. I am VERY PLEASED with the price and appearance of my new windows and composite deck. My only regret is that I didn’t have Rocwell Construction do the improvements to our home sooner.
