We discovered that we had standing water and some sewage issues underneath our house, as a result of a pipe not being reconnected when we had some work done 7 months ago. Thank goodness we had a dehumidifier underneath the house, otherwise it would’ve been much worse. We called 911 Restoration who was out here quickly to do what they do best! They cleaned out all of the water and the muck, put down chemicals to treat everything, dried it all out and replaced the vapor barrier. They did a fantastic job, taking care of not only my crawlspace but my nerves. Damarris is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question that I had regarding what was going on under our house. He has a great crew. They are very hard workers. I have used them professionally in my real estate business and now in my own home. I highly recommend this company!

Inittially called because I was suspicious of another company contracted by my insurer. Thoroughly explained the insurance vs. restoration process in language I could understand! Other company I was dealing with struggled to do that and now I understood. They basically explained themselves out of the job but were more interested in educating me. Five stars for trustworthiness!

I had a major leak in my crawlspace and 911 Restorations cleared it out quickly, and continually kept coming back as water was coming up from the ground. They did a great job to insure my crawlspace was dry and ready for the other contractors to make repairs.

Damarris was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions about my water damage / mold inspection. I had Damarris Yuille with 911 Restoration come and look at a molding wall, and I have nothing but good things to say. With having a home remodeling background myself, i could tell he knew his stuff. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also gave me many options to fix the problem and wasn't like most inspectors who want the most money they can get out of you. And on top of it his communication was great even if it was after hours, he always responded as soon as he could. I will definitely be giving him a call if I need work done in the future.

We had fiberglass shower pan that had leaked and needed to be removed. I called 911 Restoration and spoke with Damarris. A day later, Brian came out and looked at our shower and explained the steps that needed to be taken. Not long afterwards our shower (the pan and the tile). was removed and we were ready to do the remodeling. They treated the mold and gave me peace of mind that other companies did not give us. Everyone was responsive and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to others.

John has come out to our house 3 times and he has been nothing but excellent. His communication with scheduling, providing a quote and getting the job done made this process so easy. He did an amazing job the first time around that it was obvious we needed to call him and would not have considered using anyone else with our other 2 issues that came up.

Damarris, and his team from 911 Restoration, including Brian, and Cory were professional, conscientious and very knowledgeable. They responded to our emergency water damage cleanup promptly as promised on a holiday weekend. They set up containment, fans and dehumidifiers to try and dry out the hardwood floor but it was not successful. They then removed the 3 rooms of hardwood floors, which also required removal of our kitchen counters and base cabinets. They took great care during this process, while minimizing damage to our cabinets as much as possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have these services!

The owner of this business, John, came to my business establishment by request for a potential job. As we are a busy restaurant, 12:00 on a Friday is not the best time to come. Instead of sending him away, I still took the time to show him our issue. He immediately told me what the problem was..repeatedly… “It’s your HVAC.. it’s your HVAC.. it’s your HVAC.” Got it. He was rude. I excused myself to help my customers that were waiting on me. He left, and came back in the front door yelling at me. For a MAN to yell at a pregnant WOMAN is very disrespectful. He embarrassed me in front of my guests. He yelled at me in front of a room full of people. I have never experienced a more unprofessional business owner. If this is how he treats his customers, that is sad. To disrespect a woman in public is sad. He could have handled himself in a different manner.

Damarris, Yuille, and Brian did a stellar job on my bathroom. An inspection prior to sale pointed out water damage in the crawlspace caused by a leaking pipe so I was referred to them by a friend and I'm glad I was! They had the bathroom gutted and set up to be dried out and moisture barrier installed in less than 2 days and thanks to them my bathroom will be saved and major overhaul has been avoided. Satisfied doesn't even begin to describe the way I feel. Their professionalism, quality of work, and explanation of scope of work exceeded all expectations and I will be using them in the future and will be recommending them to anyone I know with house moisture related issues.

Quick response is hard to find these days, Jon gave us an estimate for the job in the basement and could schedule the work within a few days, they showed up on time and the work was done in half a day.
The basement was looking great and clean, all used materials were disposed of properly.

They removed our water damaged floors, replaced part of a wall that had water & termite damage. They removed & replaced an outside water logged bedding area that was causing damage to the wall (& house) and they did much more.

We used 911 Restoration for water damage a few weeks ago. I only give them a 2 star rating because at least the worker arrived fairly quickly. The work done to the house looked horrible. The drywall cut out was a botched job. I could have cut it out better than that! The worker also did not clean up after himself. The bathroom floor was dirty and there are threads covering the steps from where he ripped up the carpet. If this were my company, I would be quite frankly embarrassed if I saw this work from my employees. We are also getting the run around just to get some sort of receipt from the services provided. For the amount we paid, I feel like we definitely got ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

We had excellent service with 911 restoration. They responded to our request within 45 minutes and worked their butts off for 10 hours to remove all the water damage in our home. Absolutely wonderful company to work with!

The company responded quickly and showed up willing and ready to help in moisture restoration services after a quest pipe running from my water heater sprung a pinhole leak and steamed under the landing of my stairs for several days before i could pinpoint where the leak was. During the assessment of how to find and get to the leaking pipe, we had to cut a hole in the drywall to see where the pipe was and then had to cut a hole in the landing of the stairs to access the pipe directly. 911 Restoration cleaned up the area and used fans and a humidifier to dry the area for a couple days. The day after they picked up the fans and humidifier, they came back to do the finishing work. The hold in the landing was fixed, carpeting was put back in and the drywall was patched. The people were nice but the patch job was sloppy and there was a crack that i had to fill from how it dried so that when i painted it wouldn't show as much. It is still very noticeable since they didn't sand it that the wall was patch. After I pay $635 dollars for minimal damage, I expected the work to be completely buttoned up correctly. I never expected i'd have to go back and fix the job after they left. Also, they broke a part of my storm door in the process of coming in and out the door. They said they didn't do it but the cameras downstairs say different. I am not sure how i feel about recommending them to my friends or family. But i guess, they were quick to show up and friendly until confronted with the door damage. Also, I watched the gentleman working on the floor for my landing, I feel confident his work was done well, i feel it is safe to walk on and that the carpet was put back properly.
