If you appreciate customer service, this is not the place to do business, which is sad because the job they did was outstanding. I would give 2.5 stars if I could.
I had a leak from around a flashing in my roof. I called Rocky's on Thursday and spoke to the owner, he said he would have someone out on Friday afternoon from 3-5. At 5:30 I called Rocky's and no one was there, it wasn't until after 6 that I heard from Rocky to let me know that his roofing guy went long and asked to reschedule.
The roofer that came out was great. He spent 30+ minutes in my house looking for additional issues, another 20 on my roof. He took pictures, then showed me all the problems and set about fixing them. Roofer used upgraded material, so I should be worry free for many years.
Post the fixing of my roof, I called Rocky's to ask a technical question, and never heard back. Oh well.
