Great service. Came on Saturday afternoon and I was promptly assisted by james and the other tech. Keep up the good work guys.

Our truck broke down and we called them. After being told they'd sent a technician out in 60-90 multiple times, we had to cancel because it was already 1 am. We called at 7 pm. They sent out a guy the next day and charged us for 10 hours of "labor". The guy walked around for 20 minutes and didn't touch/fix anything. Got charged almost 1.5k for no help and the truck is still stranded there.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Left the crew and I waiting for 5 hours kept saying they’re sending a tech just kept giving an ETA of 60 minutes, and then still nothing just for the tech to show up and tell us they can’t fix it and left. Also left a tech sitting with us the next day sitting in the truck because of that scammy office. Such a shitty company don’t go through them. Exhaust every option you possibly have before going through this company.

Called out roadside for my driver who had a NOX sensor needing to be replaced out in Wendell, ID and the mechanic came and wasted his and our drivers time. Not sure what exactly he did but after that repair my truck was still no movable and I called multiple times to Rocky Mountain with no luck of reaching them and basically paid almost a grand to get ntohing done. They never called me back and ignored our calls so they scam people and I wouldn't work with them. If you do work with them don't pay them until you FULLY fixed your problem. If they can refund me my payment for getting nothing done and leaving my truck stranded I will remove this review.

You are nothing but an opportunist and a thief.
When you get the chance, you exploit companies by quoting outrageously high prices.
Charging $1400 just to replace a battery and diagnostic.
shame on you.
What you’ve done is unethical and disgraceful.
Calling you a human being might even be too generous.

Friendly, knowledgeable, staff, had me back on the road before I knew it. Definitely will return for all my truck repair needs.

My trailer brakes wouldn’t set. They got me right in and was done in about 3hrs. Friendly people to work with.

We had Miguel helping us today and he was fantastic. After the battery on my truck died the night before a very long roadtrip and being brushed off by another tech the night before. Miguel was very thorough explained everything that was wrong and fixed it very quick!

Highly recommend this shop to any one wants there truck get serviced i had an DPF ash clean request i stoped by and jermey he is professional technician he found the issue and fixed my truck in no time if we talk about price its much cheaper than speedco or TA everyone here is friendly i appreciate jermey for fixing my truck in no time

Had a very pleasant experience at this shop. Amber was very friendly during the checkin process and while I was just sitting there waiting. Jeremy and Miguel who both worked on my truck got me in and out once they received the parts. I would definitely go here again if I’m ever broke down by this shop.

Hi, I don't know where to start. My truck broke down and the radiator broke. Thank goodness it's close to Rocky Mountain Truck Center in Idaho, 1135 E 1000 S, Eden, ID 83325. My English is pretty average, but the service was exceptional. Absolutely everyone treated me like I was at home. The girls in the office and the mechanics are extraordinary. The parts arrived quickly, and the work was incredible. All I can say is thank you and bring them some hot chocolate when I pass by. This is what the U.S.A. needs. Great people. Thank you, Idaho.

Excellent Truck Center. These guys are the best at taking care of what ever situation they encounter with blown tires. They are professional guys that really do everything they can to get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Miguel performed a DOT inspection on our trailer. He was very prompt and personable. If we need anything done with our equipment I would not hesitate to go back.

I was soooo impressed with shop!! They r professional and well qualified to repair commercial vehicles. They can handle any problem. My transmission went out and the manager himself came out and diagnosed my problem because the other mechanics we busy. The worked with my warranty and replaced my transmission at a reasonable price. The people who work on the office (amber ) and everyone else including the manager were very professional and well qualified in their job. Answering every question I had. The mechanics are top notch and well trained. They work as a team with the manager over seeing everything. I cannot about anything. This u want ur repairs done. 5 stars all the way!!

I don't think you really want a review for me. You quoted my boss a certain amount. Then you overcharged him by at least $400-500 on top of the fact that we were told you were no more than 90 minutes out. And then after an hour and a 1/2 it was 2 hours. It was nearly 5 hours before you got to me. Your mechanic worked for less than an hour because I'd already I'd already removed both clamps and one end of the split hose. He was only working for 1 hour. You overcharged us ungodly. Money that WILL COME OUT OF MY POCKET,IN THE ENDYou will not get a good review for me. Thank you

Awful overpriced. Don't stop there on weekends. I was there at shop and called for trailer tire replacement with their used one. 879 Dollars with all kinds of fees . I'd be kind of ok if I was stuck on shoulder somewhere so they need drive to me for repair but being right there at the shop it's quite way overpriced.

Spent all day trying to find a shop that could take me, and it was well worth the wait.
Lacy was very nice and knowledgeable and got me in a bay immediately.
Bryan had me back out of the bay and back on the road as quickly as possible.
A family atmosphere and very well equipped shop in this modern world of the learn by computer / sell them as much as possible chain shops we so often have to deal wiith was a breath of fresh air.

I recently took my semi-truck to Rocky Mountain Truck Center for a DEF issue. While the customer service was great, I had a very disappointing experience with the mechanic. He was dishonest about the repairs, and my truck broke down about 100 miles out after leaving the shop. I managed to get to Freigliner dealer in Salt Lake City. They say all I needed was nox sensor and the dosing unit replace and I was back on the road next day while I spend the night here in motels. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experienc do better RMTC

Really nice and professional service. I needed to fix a service break hose and they fixed right away in about 15 minutes.

When in this evening for a pm service on my 389 peterbilt and exosent bottles. The service counter lady Lacy was get at getting me a price on what I was wanting to do and getting me in for my pm service. The service guy Jeremy Moreno he was on his game getting my truck serviced and out the door. Get in and went right to work on it. Thanks to Lacy and Jeremy.

Excellent job done my DEF system was giving me problems and they were able to fix it for $2700 for me thank you guys

I went there for oil change around 6:30pm and done 11:30pm with so many problems.
1; It took 5 hours to just change oil
2: I had a load appointment the company charged me $300 for being late because of them.
3: when they changed the oils the engine yellow sign is on since that night and I asked why? They once you go on the high way and drive it for a while it will be off but it’s been 3 days since it is still on, I have to take it to another mechanic to fix it
4: Also since they did the oil change the engine is Oring.
5: they told me the charge is $370 something like that but they charged me $490.

I Will come to the point please avoid going to this place thy will destroy your truck instead to fix it even don’t go for oil change just scamming you.

The service was excellent. Jeremy got my truck fairly quick and worked on it all night.
Amber was very polite and helpful with getting in contact with the right people to approve and get the job done. Thank you both so much.

I went to change tires, second-hand tire prices are a bit expensive but they still did not refuse me on Sunday. These two guys are solution-oriented and try to help you free of charge wherever there is a fault or problem. Thank you Devin and Miguel, you did a good job!

Horrible put in a call at 1230am told me 60-90 minutes awesome , called me back at 0300 told me tech needs break so it’ll be 0600-0630 called me at 0800 said tech on his way 1 hr out 10am no show called them said someone called and cancelled per supervisor, talked to supervisor he said he never said that but they were really busy , he will call back in 5 min he has to check on techs , 1048 am just got word they will be out in close to hour , we will see, just 10 hrs in middle of nowhere not my idea of a good time I’m glad I didn’t have to poo lol
Finally showed up and complete @ 1400 , 13.5 hrs spent in middle of nowhere not a good experience

I came to the shop with a minor issue, but the staff of Amber, Jessie and Derrick were very friendly and helpful. I was told to pull into a bay right away and the staff was very nice. I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and knowledge of how to complete my repairs.

Rocky Mountain Truck Center is definitely a place to get quick repairs done to your rig or trailer! All four of my trailer breaks needed adjusted, called RMTC, they got me right in there, adjusted my breaks, and got me back on the road all within an hour! They have a proficient and friendly staff as well! Caleb made quick work getting my breaks adjusted and Amber working the front desk, kept me informed of the progress on my trailer. Once Caleb completed adjusting my breaks, Amber had the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was on my way! Thank You RMTC for taking care of me and keeping me safe on the road!

Nice truck stop with big lot for parking. The things that aren’t good is they took away the home cooked breakfast. They Cinnabon and sonic for breakfast. So if your looking for a real breakfast you can bobtail 4 miles south of There, there is a restaurant called TNT Café and it is really good parking in the back. not real big but it works or you can park on the corner across the road and walk over. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. Best I had in a while.

I must say Amber tried real hard to accomplish what I needed done she was polite and engaging ,everyone else treated me as if I mattered to them as well ,from Miguel, my fellow Michigander Caleb and the bald guy (we will call him currly) very good experience

These guys did a great job getting our info so that they could get someone out to help us as soon as possible and the work done was fast and professional.

Broke down outside of Twin Falls ID on Sunday and was able to nurse it to a truck stop in Eden. Mechanic Miguel was prompt within an hour, made repairs and had us on the road same day. Thanks Chantelle and Miguel for the great service!

Well, well well at truck Center I had a blowout on my trailer and another trucker was telling me about it and I got off on this particular exit and Idaho and didn’t know I was going to get my truck fixed. I look up and I see a sign that says open now this building looks like no one works there, but let me tell you, not only do they work there the most respectful Politis people caring about your truck is un not only where they helpful. I mean less than 30 minutes. I was shocked because we all know what some of these big dealerships are call roadside service you’re gonna be waiting for hours . change my tire the ladies in the front was awesome. I mean magnifico if that’s even a word I just wanna thank this place for being there in my time of need without any hesitation thank you guys so much and if I ever have a problem on 84 in Idaho, I know where I’m stopping. Thank you Miss Amber and I forgot the other young lady name but you guys rock.

Need a repair done late on they got to me immediately even had a washout area for trailers was not the cheapest wash out but was quicker than blue beacon

Well, what can I say. I called them at 7am and scheduled an appointment for 930am for trailer tires and trailer dot inspection and a pm service for my volvo and also a three axle alignment. They said that they would be able to do both at the same time and it would only take a couple of hours. They didn't get me in until 1130am, worked on the trailer for 5 hours which only included 4 tires and dot inspection didn't start the tractor until the trailer was finished, didn't have the tool for alignment volvo, but still charged for alignment inspection and didn't order the right filters for the oil change and had to rush somewhere to get them before the place closed. I was there for almost 12 hours, much longer than the 2 hours quoted, I almost thought that I would get a discount but no such luck, when all said and done the truck runs good and they got the job done so I'll give 4 stars for that. I can only expect so much from gen z. I once had a guy change 4 trailer tires by himself in 35-40 minutes and he only weighed around 150lbs. Some people just have pride in what they do. Also, every time that I did peek into the shop there seemed to be a lot of aimless wandering and vaping going on with a couple of the mechanics. It's unfortunate because I've also had a good experience at this place before.

These guys are great!! Had a road call to get my trailer brakes working, and a guy was out in less than an hour. Turned out it needed brakes all the way around. I drove to the shop the next morning and after a quick checkin they had me pull it in to get started. Great folks, highly recommend them to anyone needing truck or trailer repair

An unexperienced and UNPREPARED technician was sent out to switch a knox sensor on our semi. The codes were given to him before he arrived, and still showed up without anything, not even the computer to get rid of the codes.
They billed us based on their clock, and did nothing to get this semi up and running. Nearly 3k, just on wasted time. They were no help whatsoever! Ridiculous. Would not recommend!

Great job! We were on vacation and our tow dolly pulling our car behind our RV broke at the weld and came apart. Rocky Mountain Truck Ctr responded and completely fixed the issue and saved our vacation! They worked until 9:30 pm to get us back on the road! Special thanks to Devin at the desk and Brayden the tech. They really made is happen! Highly recommended!

My motor home wouldn't start at the Travel Oasis next to RMTC. I had to call their after hours emergency mechanic. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful in such a frustrating situation. It was just me and my daughter. He helped me diagnose the issue and got me moved to the truck repair center parking lot. They let us "camp" overnight there. It felt safe for us to sleep there so safe for your vehicle to be there. The next day they were working on the problem very first thing in the morning. They got my starter and began working on the issue by 10 or 11am. They got me on the road by 1pm. Everyone working there was extremely helpful and kind. Amber, Brayden (I hope that's right), Derek and the mechanic who worked on my rig were all great. Unfortunately the starter I guess had problems of it's own, even tho it's brand new. But I don't blame the shop for that at all. That is more my luck of the draw, not them. I am currently at another shop about 350 miles away, and they have continued to be very helpful over the phone talking to the shop I am at now to get the warranty for the part. I highly recommend. Great experience in a very stressful situation.

I recently needed after hours services. I spoke with Devin and Jeremy and my experience was top notch! They got right to it, found my electrical issue and I was back on the road. Great job gentleman Thank You!

They were friendly. Helped me get my spare tire on quick and got me back out on the road. I was not in a semi, and all they had was semi tire but I hade my spare. They said if I could get extra tires they could mount them. Very helpful thank you.

Had some time to kill so I had these guys do some work on my truck. They got my truck in right away and did a great job. Devin and Jeremy were very helpful and even sent a guy out to get the right parts I needed. Great job guys!! You’re definitely a benefit to your company. It’s very hard to find a competent shop you can trust with your equipment these days. Keep up the great work.

I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company. All I needed them to do was put two new fan belts on my truck and we called for the assistance at 8:50 PM and did not leave the repair site until 6:10 the next morning. All night long The Dispatch personnel kept telling us that the mechanic was held up on another job and he would be 60 to 90 minutes out. When the mechanic finally got to my truck at about 2:15 AM, he said he got the call at his house at Midnight. For tools, the mechanic brought with him a 3/8 drive socket set two pair of vise grips, a prybar and a rubber mallet . They tried to charge me for the drive time from his house to the shop and the agreement was that they charge from Depot to Depot, which is their shop to the truck which is about 51 or 52 minutes. And then they tried to charge me that extra mileage from his house to their shop. On top of all of that when we Called Dispatch for the Service Call we gave them the make, and the model of the truck the make of the engine and the part number on the belts we needed them to bring. The mechanic showed up at the truck with no parts and I had already had the parts paid for and they were sitting at the Kenworth dealership in Jerome Idaho and he drove right by them, so I ended up driving back to Jerome, which was an 82 mile round-trip to get the belts and bring them to the mechanic,so I had to pay For the time for the mechanic to sit there at $168 an hour while I did the job that they were supposed to do. The communication with this company is terrible if they would’ve had the mechanic give me a call when he left their shop , I would’ve told him about the parts, but Dispatch did not relay the message about the parts to him. After the repair was finished at 5:10 AM they would not let the truck get headed down the road until they had the final invoice sent. I could continue to go on and on about how terrible this company is, but I’ve already taken too much of your time. Once again, I strongly do not recommend this company to repair your truck or my trucks anymore.

Had a service call to fix hose leak . Dispatcher lady on the phone explained the fees . 99$ service charge minimum 2hrs 1.50 a mile I believe she said . 42 miles so 84 miles total . They took a deposit she said of 611.00 I agreed to it . Then the tech showed up fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes . Should have still been within the 2 hr time frame . But then said need to sign and pay . I’m thinking it’s a different charge because the other was a deposit . It was 468$ I’m like cool it’s less . So I was happy . But no it was 1079$ for 20 minutes of work and less than the time frame . But no matter how you add it up even with labor rates at 3 hours or 4 hours what we were told and charge does not line up . Tried to call about it at the call center . Said they would send a email of invoices never did . Tried to call the tech and his supervisor . Talked to them . They said they would call back and never did . They fixed the problem . But over all service seems to be lacking and misinformations and pricing seems severely gouged .

Took a bit for the mechanic to get to me for a roadside call, but in the end, everything was good to go.

I came here at 10:30 requesting service for a trailer tire change. The gentleman I spoke with said it will be about two hours took my name company name and phone number down. I asked if he wanted me to call him back or would he call me back when he’s ready to have me pull into a bay. he said he would give me a call. It should be no more than two hours. I called back three hours later no response. It is now 6 PM. I had someone come to the shop and replace my tires and never received a call back from this shop no update no nothing. This is a normal practice with truck service centers nowadays and it’s really sad. Warning to all drivers if you want service here you may have to stay in the office and continuously ask them. I recommend going to commercial truck and tire which is about a mile away.

Devon and Brayden were the most helpful over all and also the most informative they answered any questions I asked and even offered more information about things along the same lines and about other things concerning the tractor. Those guys are a great benefit you and your company and they have pride in the work they do!! As for the lady there that was on duty in the morning I believe her name was Shawna, she was a lot less helpful she kept trying to pawn the work onto the next shift, as well as didn’t offer any information to any questions asked she would state and I quote(I don’t know) instead of asking shop personnel. She would refuse to have my truck worked on during her shift saying that the tech (Brayden) already knew what to do with my truck and that I should wait for his shift to get anything remotely done. If it wasn’t for the patience and understanding of Devon and Brayden this breakdown would have been hard to deal with but those guys made it easy and they got stuff done they didn’t just do the minimum required they went above and beyond expectations!!

I wish negative stars was an option! The local mechanic was amazing, he was not the problem. When it came time to
pay the bill, we were being charged for parts we didn't ask for or need. The parts had nothing to do with our work order at all actually. When we explained that to dispatch, they then tried to bill us for 9 hours of labor! He was here for almost 2 hours. They said it was travel time from the shop, however, the shop is 11 miles away and that was where the mechanic was when he received the call. When the young lady heard this from both me AND the mechanic, she said either we pay what was being charged, or she would double the invoice cost. If that wasn't paid, she would detain us and tow our rig. I called the TwinFalls police station and made a report (event). We were then told by dispatch that they were willing to bargain and only charge $900 instead of $1,500. 2 hours later were settled on $847 just so we could leave. The police officer did say that we could NOT legally be detained and it was a small claims event. Rocky Mountain Truck Centers tried their very best to strong-arm me and my husband, both of us disabled Veterans. I highly suggest you do not use this company. A better business bureau report is also being made. Again, the local mechanic was amazing and tried to talk to dispatch about the billing himself, but they wouldn't even listen to him! This company is run by scam artists!!
