After calling multiple roofers with very little response, I was concerned that my little house is too small a job for most to bother with. However, I was shocked that Shiloh Alvarado actually came out 2 hours after I called and gave me a quote later the same day. I had a trip planned so I asked if it would be possible to get the job done beforehand; he said he could 'fit me in' since it was an easy reroof. We had to wait for the rain to abate but his crew was out 10 minutes early the day the roof dried. They finished midafternoon, cleaned up beautifully, and even filled in the driveway mud ruts left by their previous driver who tried delivering supplies in the rain. The crew did not follow my instructions when they removed and replaced the internet dish so it wasn't working after they left. Shiloh deducted the cost of readjusting the dish from my total bill. The bill itself was 'middle of the road' - not the cheapest but certainly nowhere near most expensive. In a world where it seems everyone is out solely for profit with shoddy workmanship, Rocky Mountain Roofing is a rare gem. I highly recommend them!

So happy with my new roof from Rocky Mountain Roofing! It's solid, sturdy against the elements, and even beautiful! My house is in a high wind area at 6800' elevation in a very rural part of northern new Mexico (Coyote, west of Abiquiu) - so I'm grateful that Rocky Mountain Roofing was willing to come out here and do such a professional job! (I previously had a 40+ year old leaky roof without sufficient decking underneath.)

The only concern I have is cleanup. There are bits of TPO membrane and tar around our house.

Outstanding work from start to finish. After my brother had his roof done he recommended Rocky Mountain. I called Shiloh and the response was immediate. He quickly toured our property and offered a bid, along with information about using TPO over our current leaky foam roof. While the cost was substantial, it is guaranteed for 20 years and offer superior insulation. They even came out and sealed the current leaks until the big job could be done, at no extra cost. Quality of the installation is fantastic, as was the work ethic of the crew.

I had a new TPO roof installed in January by Rocky Mountain Roofing to replace an old tar and gravel roof that had a few leaks. They did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the results. I had 6 different companies give estimates and Rocky Mountain was by far the best. A good price with more to offer. In addition, I also had 2 existing skylights replaced and a new tubular skylight added. Light given from the tubular skylight is incredible. Shiloh was extremely informative explaining the roof installation process and patiently answered all my questions. The roofers were neat and respectful. The foreman, Jaime, kept me informed of progress each day. No complaints whatsoever from start to finish. On top of a job well done, Rocky Mountain will do a roof inspection on a yearly basis for 15 years which is included in the price. GREAT company!

A few years ago used Rocky Mountain to install TPO on our warehouse roof that had continuously given us problems. Once Rocky Mountain completed the project, we no longer had problems with leaks. We also noticed right away, that the TPO provided excellent insulation and protection from the heat and cold. We were so pleased with them that our Publisher/Owner even used them for his home roofing needs. This year, our office roof was presenting issues with leaking. Rocky Mountain Roofing (RMR) repaired our old roof by installing a new TPO roof. RMR's experience and expertise saved us a substantial amount as most of the cost was covered by our homeowner's insurance policy as they demonstrated to our insurance adjuster that much of the damage resulted from hail. I have a leak in my upstairs utility room between the walls coming from my roof. I had a leak approximately (3) years ago in the general vicinity
and thought I'll contact the same roofing company who repaired it to come out and give me an estimate. I called approximately (4) weeks
ago and left two messages with the Senior Project Manager who I had dealt with in the past by the name of Shiloh. I have yet to hear back from him, this is a complete lack of professionalism on his part to not return my call or text me back. I will
never do business with this company again, I have since moved on and hired another roofing company that values their customers.

RMRS did a wonderful job on my roof. The team showed up promptly each day and worked as long as they could to get the job done. Can’t say enough good things about Rocky Mountain Roofing Services!! With our flat roof, we chose a TPO roof. Shiloh Alvarado and his crew are very knowledgeable and experienced in both materials and installation and provide exceptional customized care. These certified guys worked steadily and conscientiously. I loved that they used a thermal infrared drone to show me how the roof was progressing (and the drone detects if/where there is water trapped under your roof!). They also use ‘robot’ technology to ensure well-sealed seams. They were the only roofer who offered a 15 year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer’s material warranty--and, they saved us $3,500!

This place is awesome!!! We received a recommendation for Rocky Mountain Services from the Better Business Bureau as being one of the most reputable roofers, and they were spot on. They were on time for the estimate, very professional, and explained their services well. They assisted and advised on material selection. Once the bid was accepted they delivered the permit within hours, work was completed within days. They were excellent in cleaning up, and really wonderful to work with.
