What a great company, everyone I spoke to in the process of my new roof install was so nice and so great to work with. The quote I got was amazing compared to others, surprisingly so. This is a company that can't help but be successful considering their approach to the process, quick turn times and availability by phone. I spoke to Elliot and Nicole often and I can't say enough great things about them both. Do yourself a favor and don't call anyone else for your roof install, these guys do it right!

Have thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Rock Solid. Initially on my own home in 2021 and again on mom's rental property in 2023. They're fast, courteous, clean, knowledgeable and skilled. Neighbors have used them and if I were younger with more roofs in my future, I'd use them again. Thanks Elliot and crew.

Phone answered second ring. Knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Worker arrived next day. Sent before and after pictures. Repaired and sealed other damage while they were up there. Only charged me cost of extra shingles.

Contacted 4 other places first, exact opposite experiences. Didn't call back for days. Rude. 2x-10x price. Insisted on insurance. Would only say, "in the next few weeks."

Couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of us. We had gotten MANY quotes from other places, but Rock Solid was the only one we felt confident with.

We had just bought our first home and found out we had to completely reroof the house before we could be insured. Elliot came out and worked with us on our first house project as new homeowners and made the process so easy, smooth, and affordable for us. He communicated with us every step of the way, never pressured us to upgrade to more expensive options, and was always happy to adapt to our extra requests along the way (we had them do our gutters as well).

We honestly can’t recommend them enough, we are so grateful!!

Great experience. They were prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. 2 weeks ago I talked to Elliot, 3 days later I had an estimate. 1 week after that we had a new roof. They have done at least two other houses in our neighbourhood in the past couple of months. All our experiences were similar. Quality work at a very competitive price. No fuss. No drama. I woukd recommend without reservation.

They answered any questions that I had and made suggestions as to what would best meet the needs for my home.
They fit me into their schedule and completed the job in two days once they started.
They left the job site better than they found it and the quality was amazing.

Great product, awesome communication throughout, and very flexible and willing to cater to exactly what I needed. Just got my roof redone in Provo with TPO, they helped me plan ahead enough to coordinate all the tricky elements, and still showed up exactly on time with protections in place for weather and made sure everything went smoothly. Elliott and Nicole are both awesome. Highly recommend.

Elliot has got to be one of the easiest and funniest (I might add) people I’ve worked with. Our gutter guy recommended them to us. We got several bids because that’s just how I am. I highly recommend this team of great professionals always go above and beyond on all types of work i have them do.

I recently requested a quote from Rock Solid Roofing for a full roof replacement. They made an appointment and Elliot showed up on time and answered my many, many questions. Their estimate was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time and they continued to ask my questions about their proposed solution. In the end, I didn't end up choosing them to replace my roof, but this is no indication of the quality of their solution and professionalism. Every single answer he provided to me was validated, over the next week, by my own extensive research on roofing products.

I would highly recommend that anyone, looking for an honest straightforward estimate for a roofing project, give them a chance to provide one. I don't plan on needing one for the next 40 years, but if I do Rock Solid Roofing will get a call from me.

Rock Solid Roofing saved the day. They came immediately and checked on a leak that thanks to Vincent’s attention to detail and experience was identified as a deficiency in the siding of my new build home. They took it on themselves to return and help plug the gap with over flashing and silicon pending a spring redo of the siding. Vincent was amazing. Aaron who runs the show came himself to check on things and arrange the temporizing repairs to protect my home from additional water ingress. Nicole in the office is just delightful and explains the workings and layers of roof so well. Elliott gave me a competitive bid that was fair; in contrast to other roofing contractors who submitted over-priced bids—because there is currently very high demand for roofing services. Rock Solid Roofing paid attention to detail, and followed through on every promise! I highly recommend this roofing company. They do excellent work!

What a blessing to find this company!!! Elliot and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job putting up a new roof after wind/storm damage. They were responsive, on time, honest, professional, and fair, providing us with great quality and value. Our roof looks great, and we are very happy with their service!

They came right out to inspect our roof leak, quickly identified the problem, and had it fixed within a couple of hours. It's now tight as a drum. We are going to have them come out every couple of years to inspect and maintain it. Highly recommend.

Called for a quote, nothing but answering service 2 days in a row that said to text. Text was ignored. When they called back they said someone would contact me. Almost a week later, still nothing. I called because google reviews about work were positive, but based on the communication with this potential customer, they do not know how to operate the business side of this business.

Excellent job. Very fast. Old roof with two layers of in 5 hours, new roof and shingles on in 2 hours. Only problem was they were so fast, I didn't even get to sit down in the lawn chair I got out to sit in while I watched them. They are speedy. Excellent job. Very good to work with.

Working with the team at Rock Solid roofing has restored my faith in people! They’re not the usual “take the money and run” contractors. From start to finish I’ve had communication with the owners about pricing ,materials, process and completion. The TPO roofing was beautifully executed and the additional roofing problems on my existing roof were identified and corrected with speed and accuracy. But the real mark of integrity came when a problem appeared in the membrane. Not only did the OWNERS come to determine the failure they actually made the repairs. Amazingly this required three different visits to accomplish and every time it was the owners Aaron and Elliott, who took the time and personal interest in a job well done , to assess and complete the job to perfection. This pride of workmanship and personal integrity is unheard of in this day and age. Please do not consider any other roofing contractor. You will not find a better company anywhere. Rock Solid Roofing did a great job removing the old shingles, putting on new materials and beautiful new shingles. They also removed an old satellite dish, put on attic vents, and worked around our evaporative cooler. The finished job looks so nice!

In a day and age of people doing the minimum, my experience with Rock Solid Roofing was beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to see pride in quality of workmanship.

They did everything they said they would do and kept me informed of decisions that might have been arbitrary but still wanted to know my preference. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The work was superior and on budget. In my book Rock Solid Roofing are rock stars.

My home had a roof line the pushed water to one of the exterior walls. Rock Solid Roofing re-framed that entire area of my roof while redoing my shingles. They also fixed/corrected the ventilation on the house and added ventilation to my garage area. The upstairs level of my home now holds a lower temperature in the summer heat than before.
They did an awesome job on my house and I appreciate the extra help and work that was done beyond just the tear off and replacement of our shingles.

We had Rock Solid reshingle (and partly re-sheet) our house in Utah before we sold it to move out of state. They did a fantastic job—so much so that our old neighbors contacted us several months later to ask who they needed to call to get their roof reshingled as well. Rock Solid had a great team to work with, and their quote was much more straight forward about details and potential extra costs than the other companies we contacted. Even though we’ve since moved out of state, they took the time to send us a super kind and thoughtful ‘thank you’ for our referral in the mail. Great company!
