As an employee of Mr. Ken and Mrs. Linda, owners of Rock Solid Roofing and EcoCare Pest Control, I will attest to their character.
Mr. Ken hired me when I desperately needed a job as a single mother of 4 kids and in the midst of difficult divorce that left me struggling to pay my bills. He made it possible for me to work remotely on the week that I had my kids, so that I could be there for my young kids. Wherever he could ease my burden he did, and I'm not the only single parent he helped like this. In addition, Mr. Ken and Mrs. Linda contribute their support to an organization called Flash Love, which serves the most vulnerable of Clark County and beyond. The volunteers at this organization mentor children, teens and youth from single parent homes. They
also serve the elderly by spending time with them as well helping them in practical and much needed ways.
Coming to work is a joy with employers like this, and feels like we are a part of one family. I know I am not the only one who will say this about Mr. Ken and Mrs. Linda. Even though Rock Solid Roofing is a newly opened company, their sister company EcoCare Pest Control has been serving their community for 25 plus years, where our Office Manager Dianne, just had her 18 year anniversary with the company! :)
While I haven't personally used their services, their owner, Ken, is a wonderful human being, and I'd have to assume his roofing company is just as good as he is!
