Shane did a great job getting my roof done on a crunch before weather moved in. His crew left my property clean and organized and the end of each work day, which I really appreciated. The final product came out looking amazing. I was very please with the gaf timberline products he recommended! Very pleased with everything through and through.

Called Shane from First Call Construction based on the awesome reviews from his customers, he did not disappoint! Shane was super communicative from the time I first called. He verified our scheduled appraisal the day before , called ahead the day of, delivered all materials when he said he would, started on time and finished on time. Wow! The work is impressive and the clean up was great, Shane has a great crew. The estimate was right on, no added costs and it is now all up to the new codes. Great Company!

We found out our roof had a leak, and we happened to find First Call Construction. Shane answered the phone when I called and told me he would be sure to stop by. He showed up, and he got up on the roof in the rainstorm and figured out the issue.

He got the supplies and came back a few days later and fixed the roof. The service was great, my roof is now patched and ready for the next storm in the coming days. I am really grateful for the quick and prompt service, and also for Shane and his years and years of experience.

Having to get a new roof can be stressful, but Shane takes care of his customers and makes the process easier by good communication and quality work.

I hired First Call Construction based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. The owner, Shane, was trustworthy and accessible. He communicated each step and followed through. His team worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the yard in pristine condition. The price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. We love our beautiful new roof.

Shane was quick to respond initially and provide a quote. The shingles were delivered the next day and the project was completed within 3 days. His quote was $1000 less than the next lowest bid. The end product is perfect and we are extremely happy with it and with First Call Construction.

My only criticism was communication, his workers showed up the first day and laid on my lawn for 3 hours before starting the work, I had to text Shane to see what was going on, he promptly got them to work. The following day there was rain on and off, however I didn't get any message letting me know when they would return, I had to reach out to get that information.

Would I use First Call Construction again? -ABSOLUTELY

Would I refer them to friends/family? -ABSOLUTELY

Very reliable and helpful business; two things I can rarely say about a business in Utah.
In our experience, we've dealt with many businesses that don't show up when they say they will or say they'll call us back and we never hear from them. This business was the opposite of that. Not only did they come to our home when they said they would, they were able to provide an instant quote and fit us in the schedule for the next day for a roof repair. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this business.

I could not be more happy with my experience working with Shane at First Call Construction! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fast! As well as reasonably priced. My roof is fixed, no more leaks and if I ever needed another roof repair I’d call Shane again! Our home has an addition that was badly roofed and leaking. Shane did a great job. He came over, checked it out, and found the problems. He gave us a good quote and then did a great job tearing out the problem sections and replacing the badly installed flashing and shingles. He provided us with before and after pictures of the trouble spots. His work was quick and clean. The roof looks better than when he started. He was prompt, professional, communicative, and great to work with. It was clear that he takes pride in his work. I'd highly recommend him.

Shane did a great job! He came out, gave a great price on repairing our roof and came out in 100* heat knocking it out quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He even gave us a few extra tiles for next time. Even though it was a small job, he treated it like it was just as important as a huge job. I highly recommend him!!

First Call did my roof tearoff/replacement in July, and it really couldn't have gone better. I picked my shingles, and BAM -- start to finish in one day (with just a small bit of wrap-up a couple days later). They were thorough in the work, and in the cleanup -- I expected to find a bunch of nails around the yard, but hardly found any at all. the day they did the roof, it was getting dark as they cleaned up, but they still hopped down into the window wells to make sure they got any remaining scraps.

We had a soft spot in our roof and an old swamp cooler to remove. They fixed those spots right up and it looks fantastic. Shane was excellent to work with. He was quick to return calls and follow up with any documents and answers. The warranty arrived in the mail just when he said it would, and we now won't have to even think about our roof for another 50 years!

After trying to contact a couple other contractors and never hearing back, I sent Shane an email. He responded back within an hour, came over the next morning and gave me an estimate, gave a reasonable quote, and said I'd be on the schedule in a day or two. That afternoon he shot me a text saying that they had finished a job early and were on their way to fix my roof right then. I only had a few shingles missing, and he and his crew were able to finish quickly. My roof looks great!

This was an amazing crew to have do my roof. They came it and removed, repaired, and were finished in two days! They also left the property clean and were very professional. Amazing guys to work with!!

First Call fixed a leak in our roof quickly and easily. Shane was friendly and helpful and took pictures of the roof to show me things were looking good. Shane and First Call Construction are first class professionals. Very reliable, honest and high integrity. They worked around my schedule and delivered on everything they promised. The crew worked hard to get my roof stripped with new roof on in a day and a half. They kept things clean during the short process and made sure ALL of the nails were collected by their huge magnet on wheels. I wanted an estimate for our new home's roof and told the owner on the phone that I want our roof to get evaluated by a professional on whether it needs a repair or a whole replacement. The owner misunderstood it as that I want an evaluation for our roof and told me it'd be $350 for the service. I was unhappy by his unkind manner on the phone and the price that he asked for just for an estimate. I wrote a negative review and the owner promptly apologized and responded to my comment and tried to resolve the issue. Thank you for your clarification.

Shane was great to work with. My new roof was done quickly and it looks great. Best of all, he is extremely responsive and always responded to us in a timely manner.

Shane and his guys were so professional and hard working that Shane had originally thought it would take 2-3 days to strip our old roof off and put on the new one, however, the guys worked so hard they got it done in one day! They were also very thorough about cleaning up everything down to all the little nails that came out of my old roof and sweeping up the tiny pieces on my sidewalks and porches. On top of all that, I have a beautiful, functional roof again that makes my home look new on the outside and gives it great curb appeal to be able to sell. Thanks Shane Call!

We already had materials from a previous guy who screwed us over. This guy, however, matched our shingles, gave us a great deal, and was ready to do it a couple days later. We just brought a baby home from the hospital and he managed to knock out the job in one day instead of two! Would highly recommend!

Shane did an exceptional roof repair for us. He contacted us quickly and was able to repair the roof the same day, however, we weren’t ready yet. So, he came back yesterday as planned and went above and beyond on our repairs. He found previous repairs that weren’t done correctly, and repaired those as well. We just had our cabin up Fairview Canyon reroofed by First Call Construction. We had multiple roofing contractors give us quotes and we felt that Shane gave us the most fair and honest quote. He spent time answering our questions,was informative and gave us confidence in his expertise. He started and completed as scheduled. Shane's crew were hard working and courtious. On top of that they left the site cleaner than it had been before they started. We would highly recommend Shane and his crew.
