I cannot say enough great things about Scott and the Restore team. I have a commercial business park and have been dealing with serious sewer back ups for years. It was to the point we would have to dig up almost the entire parking lot as I had no idea where the lines were under tons of concrete. Thousands of dollars and upset renters was really affecting my life. Restore just took over and came up with a plan. Scott called city officials for me so I didn’t have to. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. He kept me up to date with pictures and texts as I have a full time job. The process was completely painless for me. I can sleep again and my renters can flush with confidence. Will 100% use Restore again!

Finding an honest Plumber is not easy. I do real estate investing. I have probably had these guys help me over 20 times in the last 5 years. He’s always honest and transparent. He works with me to find solutions that work for me and my budget. If we only need to repair a portion, that is all we do. The repairs he does last and he stands by them. We had our sewer back up into our basement because of a large plastic cap that was stuck in the pipe and blocking the flow. Restore sent their guys (I don't remember their names) the very next morning and they were able to remove the item! We appreciate the prompt response and excellent service we received. Hopefully we won't have this kind of problem again, but if we do (or if something sewer related happens) they will be my first call.

I needed the sewer repaired quickly in order to sell the house. They fit me in and did the job quickly and professionally.

Very professional company. We had a really old building that had some bad cast iron pipe. Scott showed up every time he said he would from the bidding process to completion. We had to close the building down to do the repairs and he worked with us to get it done in 1 weekend. They started at noon on Friday and were done by Sunday. Even with the few extra problems that we ran into with an old building they were able to finish and have water turned back on Sunday evening, ready to go for Monday morning. Great customer service, and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job getting our water turned back on. They were there when they said they would be there and were very professional. Our job turned out to be a little more complicated than originally thought and they stayed and got the job done even after hours. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Our mainline burst - apparently multiple times - this year. We tried for months to find anyone who would actually... respond? And Restore did, and fast. Not only that, though - they do trenchless mainline replacement, which means our poor struggling aspen and our century old cement pillar weren't destroyed because of the century old pipes.

What's more, when Jerald first came out to see whether we could even do trenchless, my mother and I were trying to get an old rusty clawfoot tub into a dumpster. We are... not strong. Jerald actually offered to help and got it into the dumpster in no time! That was so incredibly kind and unexpected! I think that says a lot about the people who work there. This kind of general awesomeness was reinforced by Scott, who helped us with a front hydrant during the repair process.

Restore isn't the cheapest in town - but they are *excellent*. I can't recommend them enough :)

Tree roots had gotten in to my sewer line, and had caused a backup. I contacted Restore Pipe, and the team got it taken care of quickly. They jetted out the line to clear all the roots, then installed a seamless pipe liner so I'll never have to worry about the sewer line again. The team were all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I had a really great experience working with these guys, and would highly recommend them.

We had a complete clogged up sink due to decades of use. We called Restore Pipe and Scott and Andre was able to come out the same day, take care of the sink and the rest of the pipes all in ONE day. Scott and Andre left no mess and in fact, cleaned up areas that we would have done on our own. Very professional and fantastic service. The whole team at Restore Pipe are amazing. They were recommend to me from a plumbing company. I was having an issue with my main sewer line and roots growing into it, which was leading to main line back ups into my house from doing simple things as washes, showering and dishwashing. It’s got be be a huge issue. They came out in a timely manner after my first call and did an initial assessment and got me a quote very quickly. Once they started the job about a week after initial quote their communication with me in all parts of the job was impeccable. They were able to completely clear my main line of roots and debris and show me a video of it and within a day had a new seamless sleeve installed into the line which will lead to no new roots being able to grow into pipe in the future. So thank you Restore Pipe for giving me back the piece of mind to be able to run multiple liquid appliances and take a shower with our fear of having the main line back up into my house. I’d highly recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

We noticed a major leak near our outside foundation and also our basement. Our main water line had a significant leak. It took me 3 years, more phone calls than I can count and dealing with all of the UNQUALIFIED so called plumbing companies in Evanston, Wyoming to find these guys!!!! But I am glad I finally found them and they were definitely worth the wait. They did an outstanding job on my duplex unit, replaced the Orangeburg pipe, cleaned out all of the drains in the unit and after all this time I feel like I can live stress free, knowing my systems will outlive me and I will no longer have to deal with unqualified companies. They are highly professional, very qualified and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. My only hope is they open a shop in Evanston and get rid of the people who continue to gouge customers, are extremely unprofessional\unqualified as plumbers, lie about the problems and do not know what they are doing. Restore Pipe Systems did a great job lining a sewer pipe into the street on a duplex my family owns and I can’t say enough about the great customer service I received from everyone I interacted with along with the great product they installed. I highly recommend them!!

Was told I needed my sewer line replaced. I Googled numerous companies and Restore had the best reviews. Hired them for the job and I can see why. These guys came in and replaced it in one day. Even worked with me on the price to fit with what my insurance would cover. Couple days later I found out that I had a house line that was also clogged. I called them and they came back the next day and unclogged that line, even cleaned out my vent at no charge. I would recommend them to anybody. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for more.

There's so many positive things I want to write about Restore Pipe Systems but I'll keep this quick and to the point. Hire them. I needed a new main sewer line (a big job) so I researched at least 10 different companies and these guys were the clear choice. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were told a little while back that we needed a new sewer main after another rooter service was used for a backed up line. He told us that we had mismatches and that his company could reline the pipe for us. We began preparing for a costly job as he told us the cleaning would temp fix the issue.

Fast forward....after acquiring the necessary funds for repair, I began calling to set up bids for the job. I called Bachman plumbing and they referred me to Restore. I called and Randy was out to my place in less that 30 minutes to get video of my line. My lines were filthy Randy estimated 1/3 blocked with Grease.The next day , he had a 2 man crew out to clean the lines and let me know if further repair would even be necessary. They were quick , courteous, and cleaned up after the cleaning. Would use them again in the future. Thanks for being so quick and professional!

We have had problems with tree roots backing up our sewer line, Pipe Restore came out the same day I contacted them inspect it and were there the very next day to break through the tree roots. They were very informative and helpful in laying out all our options and they do it at a reasonable price. They are great to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Looking at buying a home from the 1940’s so I called Restore Pipe Systems about general concerns with galvanized steel pipes. They were friendly and willing to talk to me about my concerns. I will take my business here.

What was only an emergency to me during a holiday time was treated as though an emergency for Restore Pipe as well. Originally booked to have repairs done after holidays which was perfectly fine by me, but Scott managed to get a crew together and squeeze in the job before the holidays even started. The crew didn't treat the job as a hurry and get it over with, rather the crew was as dedicated in the thoroughness and quality of their work in their major undergoing as if I was some VIP. Small damage occurred to a gutter as might be expected having such large equipment in a tight space. Restore Pipe pointed it out (not sure all companies would) and handled every aspect of getting it repaired. I was extremely impressed. You can not go wrong with Restore Pip Systems. Hopefully won't need services again, but if need should ever arise again, I won't hesitate to schedule with Restore Pipe Systems again.

We had 50' of lateral sewer line relined in an older Ogden home. The relining was cheaper than digging up the pipe and a lot less restoration work in the yard (lawn, sidewalk, road...).

I was so pleased with the service we received recently from Bridge Plumbing! We had to replace our sewer line, which, as you can imagine, was quite overwhelming. Cliff and Hayden were great! They told me all that needed to be done, how it was going to be accomplished and kept me apprised throughout the day. They made every effort to make the situation as stress-free as possible. We made the mistake of going with a different company in the valley (to be remained nameless. Someone who was in the business for 30 years or so he said) and had to pay an arm and a leg to not have the problem solved. Our bathroom started flooding for the second time soon after that company came by. We decided to call someone else! (Which happened to be Bridge Plumbing) We had an awesome plumber come to our house and fix the problem in just 15 or so minutes and my house hasn't flooded ONCE!

So learn from my mistake! Call them first! :) They do a great job and actually know what they are talking about!

This is definitely a top notch company. They are competent, have invested in equipment which is state of the art and instill confidence in their customers. I recently had a plumbing job that turned complicated and they remedied the problem immediately. Beware that not all plumbing companies are not equal. Scott fixed my problem which he did not create and then he clearly explained what had happened, what he did and now I will definitely use him as we go forward on our basement renovation. I could not be more impressed with these guys at Restore Pipe Systems. I had a broken sewer main line at my home in Utah County. After several opinions (like 5 or 6) Shae and Scott from Restore plumbing were recommended to me. Shae put a camera down the line and was very informative. He even originally suggested his company may not be best because they operate out of Logan but gave me lots of valuable advice. After talking with Scott the owner and getting a very fair price they were on the job. I was super impressed with the communication. They followed through. We ran into a few unexpected problems but they worked it out and talked me through each one. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. If you have an issue with your pipes, sewer or otherwise, look no further and save yourself a ton of time, grief and money and just call Scott at Restore. If you are lucky Shae will be the guy they send and you can thank me later.

Bridge plumbing rescued my yard from becoming a sewage wasteland when one of my ancient pipes got tilled up by the neighbor. They were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. They also re-plumbed our entire house when we moved in so that we have peace of mind that nothing will go wrong in that regard. I recommend them.

Scott and crew at Bridge Plumbing are THE BEST plumbers in the valley. I have had them do multiple jobs for me! They always take care of their customers. The bad reviews on here are from people who think they know more about plumbing than the professionals. Scott is a preventative plumber and will save you headache and a lot of money down the road.

Contacted to have a feed line fixed leading to my dishwasher. The lady stated they don't work on dishwashers! I said it's the line feeding the dishwasher and she said sarcastically we are booked 3 to 4 weeks. I will never call or tell any one to call. Worst phone service I have ever dealt with. If you were booked out a month, you should start the conversation with we have a 4 week wait.

It was like dealing with the worst sketchy used car salesmen you can think of. He was the most self righteous, high pressure, condescending plumber, that I have ever met. I SUGGEST GETTING A BETTER PLUMBER SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I was in the process of selling my home and needed a new water heater. Contacted Bridge Plumbing and had it all setup to be installed. The installer Scott, calls me and starts fibbing to me and telling me that he can install the water heater but will need to add an extra part for $400 more than what he quoted me. After asking what the part was for he gave me the most ridiculous answer. I further questioned him only to be insulted by him thinking he was talking over my head. When I told him that I didn't need the part he abruptly ended the call. Within 5 minutes he called backed telling me that he "didn't feel good" about instilling my water heater without this extra $400 part. He then tried to make me feel like this extra part was the only solution or my whole water heater experience would be horrible. This was NOT the case though. I called another plumber and had him install the water heater like I asked and he did it so easily with no pressure or extra $400 parts.

Do yourself a favor and find a different plumber that is honest in his dealings with his fellow man.

The folks at Bridge are friendly and professional. They flushed the line and then sent their camera through the line. Scott diagnosed our problem and gave good suggestions for potential next steps. The charge was as previously quoted.

I have had issues with my sewer line (house built 1938) over the years with roots. I had it backed up again and so they sent a camera down and could see how bad it was. Scott discussed my options openly with me and let me decide. We went for a full trenchless repair. I saw the liner after it was installed and the line looks good as new! Guaranteed for 10 years and says it will last many more than that! Very professional and honest!

We had an issue with our sewage line. Scott and his team came out immediately and gave us a competitive bid along with knowledgable feedback on options. When we were ready to address the issue, Restore Pipe Systems fixed the issue the same day they started on the project.

We had a broken sewage pump that needed to be replaced to use any drain in a basement apartment. Nothing had overflowed, it just needed to be replaced. A plumber from Bridge came around 4pm and said they couldn't do it same day but would the next morning. The next morning nobody showed up. They wouldn't answer their phone or call back when I left a message. So the following day I called again. The lady on the line put me on hold for a while. Then when she got back on she said, "We were wondering if you could find someone else to do it?" I've never dealt with a plumber so unprofessional. Never going to call them again.

I'm a landlord in Logan and have used Bridge for years, for the tough jobs. Scott and Cliff are on top of recent plumbing technology and have figured out complicated sewer issues on three of my rentals, one of which had everyone else stumped for months (three apartment buildings from the 30's with shared lines!). Restore Pipe Systems is amazing. They fixed the old plumbing at my grandpas house and it works like new! We were really concerned because my grandparents have a really really nice yard that he lives for. Other companies who couldn't do a trenchless repair had to rip up his whole yard and remove a mature tree in order to replace the line. Plus we were concerned about having a 50 foot long deep trench running through the yard for a couple of days and a neighbor kid falling in and getting hurt. Restore was LESS than the other guys, got it done fast, and we were able to preserve Grampy's beloved landscaping. We were about to pull the trigger on another guy who needed to dig the trench and we are so so happy that we found Restore first. These guys are amazing!

I've used Restore on several projects of ours. We've pulled new water supplies through front yards and replaced sewer lines without tearing out the yards, or insides of these houses. Their methods and techniques are a great alternative to traditional trenching methods. We've been able to save time and money using this company.

I was very pleased with my experience with Bridge Plumbing. I had a clogged sewer line that my kitchen sink fed into. They were able to come within 2 hours after I called. They quickly diagnosed what the problem was and was able to clear the clog by going down through the vent pipe. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I also liked that they wore booties when coming into the house. I will call them again.

I called with a slow drain in the kids bathroom. They were quick to get there, did a great job.

Bridge did a great job for me. They located a break in my main sewage line and quoted me a price on repairing it. It was a big expensive job, but they took the time to explain how to fix the pipe on my own to save some money. They stopped by several times to check up on my progress and to answer questions. The break is fixed and my pipes are clean all for a reasonable price.

I called Bridge Plumbing for a tub, toilet, and sink that wouldn't drain. They worked through the stubborn clog and everything seems to be draining good now. I was afraid of what the bill would be but luckily ended up even a little less than I expected.

Scott did a quick, excellent job replacing a water heater at a very reasonable price. In addition he took great care to ensure he didn't leave a mess while moving old heaters across carpet and up stairs. We had a clog in our pipes, about 70 feet in. They flushed it out quickly and at a reasonable price. They were professional and great to work with. We will call them again!

We had Bridge install a combi boiler (hot water and space heat) about 6 years ago, that has been great and efficient. Recently, the boiler no longer functioned, and Scott spent the time to diagnose the issue, which was fortunately simple and affordable. The issue was something even tech support at the manufacturer couldn't diagnose.

We used Bridge back in the day for drain cleaning (tree roots) until it was time for them to replace the sewer lateral. They handled the replacement in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and held to their bid even when they had to spend considerably more money for the install.

These guys are amazing! I had an issue with a water heater in my tenants apartment. He went out same day to diagnose the problem and the next day I had a water heater installed with no more complaints from my tennant. Even though they were swamped he found a way to fit me into the schedule. He even texted me a picture when he was done to verify the work. The install was clean and neat, in fact it looked better than the original. After all of that exceptional service they came in $100 less than the other quotes I got over the phone from other plumbers. I would recommend these guys to anybody! Great work!

After the water company came to our door and told us that our water consumption had suddenly increased significantly, we discovered our water main was leaking underground. It would need to be replaced from the street meter all the way to the house.

We considered replacing it ourselves but after we had Restore Pipe replace it we were very glad we didn't try it. Our line ended up being extra deep and required some extra effort due to the existing line having extensions on the pipe that normally are not placed on a water main. This required them to dig a third hole where normally only two would be required.

Thankfully, Restore Pipe got the job done quickly and professionally even in the face of some unexpected obstacles. I would recommend them!

My shower Faucet wouldn't shut off all the way and was leaking.
Because out Friend Russell Ray fixes anything, I gave him a call.He said he never does his own plumbing. Give Scott at Bridges Plumbing a call. I did and he was able fix the innards of a thirty five year old Hard Water encrusted Faucet. Then I asked if he could install for me a new Faucet for the sinks upstairs and down. The Work was done fast, very little clean up.

I woke up this morning with water on the kitchen floor. After turning it off and cleaning up the mess we determined where the problem was which would require a plumber. Since we were not happy with the last plumber we use, I went to the yellow page and called the first one that I came to. I had seen their trucks in the valley and heard their ads on the radio so I called Bridge Plumbing. Their response was excellent and very professional. From the time of the called to completion was within 2 hours. I even had them take care of the drain in the bathroom. Very happy with their work.

My home was built in 1945. I've owned it for 24 years. Over this time, I've built a large collection of Desert plants, along with 50 foot Dawn Redwoods trees. I was sick at the thought, of trenching through it all, to replace the pipe.
Scott and Cliff, at restore saved it. I only had to temporarily move a few plants. They were very respectful of my landscaping. Two holes were dug, one by the house and one by the water meter. Their system splits the old pipe and pulls a new HDPE pipe in, at the same time. All the connections were made with no leaks or call backs. I have much better water pressure too
I highly recommend them.

I have now used Bridge plumbing twice and have only accolades to give. In both cases, they were prompt in their response to my urgent needs (at least I thought they were urgent) and in both cases they solved the problem within an hour and the person sent to my house was very friendly and respectful of my space. In the first visit, Bridge came out to help me fix drainage issues that had been plaguing me for almost 2.5 years. About 1 year in, I called another plumber and thought things were resolved. The people I worked with at Bridge used their camera in my pipes to ensure that the problem was solved. So glad we did because the initial solve didn't do the trick. My drain now drains properly and doing laundry brings me a newfound enthusiasm and joy. I would highly recommend Bridge and plan to use them exclusively any future plumbing needs (hope I really never have to use them again).

Restore Pipe Systems installed a new water line from the meter into our house. I have worked with very few people that are as professional and caring as this company. They worked continuously for over twelve hours to complete the job on schedule. Cleanup up afterward was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone needing pipe replacement.

I was very disappointed with my service from Bridge Plumbing. I had a floor drain that was backing up when I would run my clothes washer. I called Bridge Plumbing on 4/30/15 at 8:15 am. The lady that I talked to said that they would call me back to set up an appointment. I did not hear back from her by 2:15 pm so I called again to get an appointment set up. The next one available was on 5/1/15 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. I made it a priority to have them there during that time and had to cancel a couple of other things planned so I could get this taken care of. By 1:55 pm I had not heard anything back and had decided that this was not my responsibility to call them a 3rd time. I called another business and they said they would be there in 2 hours. At 2:55 pm (55 minutes after the scheduled window, with NO call) I noticed a Bridge Plumbing truck pull up in front of my house. I opened my door as they were walking up the sidewalk and told them the window they were supposed to be there was 12-2 and I have called someone else to come take care of my problem for me. The response of the employee... "Perfect". I had noticed all the good reviews which is why I tried with them originally and was very dissatisfied with my experience.

Bridge Plumbing did an excellent job cleaning out my kitchen drain. I needed someone quickly and they came within an hour of my call. They even replaced a part without charge when the original part did not have a tight fit. They laid down a runner and used shoe coverings when they came in.

Called to see if someone could discuss our Soft Water system. They came the same day and reviewed with us what we had and what could be done. They were very professional and the quote was exact. We enjoyed their pleasant personalities. Their attention to detail (clean floors etc.) was appreciated. Thank you Bridge Plumbing!
