Had Robles do some shingle repair from wind damage and add a flashing at the chimney. They were very responsive and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Robies & Sons Roofing was great to work with! I mainly talked with Eber, but I also met his dad and the other gentleman that did the work on our tile roof repairs. The communication was excellent and I really like Eber as a person and businessman. They got to work on it soon after I got in touch with them and Eber even offered to come over the same day and look at the roof. We had some issues found during a home inspection that we had done before we purchased the house. The main issue was the skylight had no flashing on it, making it susceptible to leaking and rotting the wood around it.

Although I did have an excellent experience with this company, I'm only giving 4 stars mainly because on the aesthetics of their work. They couldn't find the correct color of roof tile and replaced one with a mismatched color and then the sheet metal used for the skylight flashing does not match the house and it appears it could have been crimped better to the tiles as I've seen in other photos of completed jobs on the internet. They also said they would be there between 8-9 AM and didn't show up until later that morning. I thought this timing made more sense because it warmed up a bit and they wouldn't have to work there in the cold. Not a big deal either way on this last point.

I am not a roofing expert but I do think they did a quality job on the repairs. There was in fact some damage to the battens around the skylight and they replaced some wood. We had some loose vent covers that they fixed and that quieted down a lot in the wind after the work was done. They also sealed up the transition from the house and the garage and appears to be well sealed. A lot of these "spec" homes do not have flashing on the sky light and it's a common issue around here it seems.

Overall, I would highly recommend their roofing services as they are great to work with and do quality work. The cost was also a bit less than what I was quoted by another company. I appreciate the work that they did!

After trying for two years to get a different company to fix my roof leak, I called these guys. They came out on a Sunday to inspect, and found the issue very quickly (in an area that the other company hadn't touched despite thousands of dollars of work). By that Wednesday, my issue was resolved.

The entire time, they were pleasant to work with and extremely communicative. I highly recommend working with this small, family-owned company.

Robles & Sons Roofing was a great company to work with. Eber was the one I was in most contact with. He was very professional, responsive, and quick. I liked that I could text, call, or email and he always got back to me. They were able to start less than a week after accepting the proposal and got the job done in 3 days. All workers I came in contact with were kind and working hard to get it done.

I love my new roof! Eber was very helpful through the whole process and very patient with all my email and text questions. The team was here every day, 8 to 5, Mon-Sat until the job was done. I had them replace my shingle roof, replace all my fascia, replace my rear gutters, and install two skylight domes. Their pricing was very competitive and I feel like I received quality and value.

Worst company I have ever felt with, they replaced entire roof to repair a leak in the bathroom by the exhaust vent, it started leakin again a month later , I called several times , then finally got a hold of them , someone came and looked at the roof and said someone will be over tomorrow to fix it, that never showed up and again it was very hard to get ahold of anyone, he would say someone already fixed the roof witch was a lie, my wife is home all day every day.
Still leaking to this day, this started over two years ago.

Our old roof was in severe need of being replaced. I got several quotes from excited, agressive roofing companies before I found glowing reviews about Robles General Construction and roofing. Eber Rivera met with us and immediately our decision was made based on his professional demeanor, buisness acumen, knowledge and experience. It was not hard to put our trust in him and Robles. We chose to go with a metal roof. Eber had all detailed documents ready for us to sign two days later and presented a proposal that was definitely in our price point. The roofers were here when stated and worked in 100°+ heat until work was finished. Saul and Julio were amazing. They showed great respect for our property and cleaned up well each day. Needless to say we have such a great respect for their honesty and work ethic. We've never worked with a company that delivered every detail of their presentation. Thank you all, we love Robles!

These guys are simply outstanding! We worked with them back in 2019 when they re-roofed our garage. We noticed a minor problem in the roof few days ago and contacted them about it. We got our roof done by this company and they were awesome. Our roof was leaking and we had a lot of water damage on the inside of our home as well and they recommended people to help fix the inside from the water damage after they fixed the roof and both company’s did a amazing job getting our house back in order. Ever of Robles & Sons inspected my roof and explained what needed to be done. My roof has Spanish tile. There were cracked tiles in some places, and the areas around the skylights needed to be patched to prevent any future leaks. The team came over on Memorial Day, and of all days there was a pooring rain! They had to take a break when the rain and thunderstorms started, but they still finished that day! Ever came back the next day to inspect the work and saw that everything was taken care of, as expected. Five star rating for them. There is also a 2 year warranty on their work, an added bonus. After doing a lot of research and looking into the possibility of getting a new roof, I came across Robles & Sons Roofing. After reading dozens of positive reviews, the decision was easy. Ever and I kept each other updated throughout the process. Most of the wait was my own doing. After I agreed to have my roof replaced, Ever and team had me scheduled fairly quick. The roof came out great. The crew was able to fully complete the roof in one day. They followed up with me multiple times to ensure I was 100% satisfied. After experiencing some leakage and water damage from a leaky roof, I contacted Robles & Sons Roofing on a Friday afternoon and asked for an inspection and estimate for the repairs. They responded immediately and were very professional and helpful with the possible options for the repairs. After some consultation, I decided to bite the bullet and had the entire roof redone. The cost estimate was very reasonable and was well within the range I was expecting. The project was started on the scheduled date and the project manager kept me updated as unexpected problems arose. The construction crew was focused on doing the job correctly and not on being the quickest, which was very much appreciated. They left the jobsite as clean, or cleaner than when they started, and they were very considerate while they were working. The completed roof looks great and I am confident it won"t have any problems for a long while. The contract includes a 10-year limited warranty on labor and a leak-free guarantee. I am a happy customer.

I contacted this company a long with some others for roofing quotes. The reviews are wonderful and I really was hoping that everything would work out. As many of you know, the process of selecting the proper company can take a while especially when multiple quotes are scheduled at different dates.
My estimate with Eber was done Oct 7th and he was very polite and professional and was even working with me to replace my air conditioner and was willing to eliminate an added cost.
By Oct 30th I had received all estimates from other companies but had family visiting prior to a major surgery and huge financial obligations before we could jump into roof repair. (Which I communicated via email) I contacted him to move forward on November 13th and had my surgery and started recovering. I checked my email this afternoon to email Eber about an issue with the contract only to see a cancellation or void of my contract. Eber Rivera stating, and I quote “im done waiting. Find someone else.” Today is Nov 17. So while he seems very polite this feels very unprofessional and rude to place pressure or blame on your customers for working within their own timelines and limitations. Im sure that the company wants to receive all of the money they quoted me so naturally I would have to wait to sign a contract when all funds are available because thats the responsible thing to do. No timeline was ever spoken about, he never mentioned one time that I had a specific time frame to make a decision. Had I known I would’ve instantly chosen a different company that would allow me to work from a timeline that was best for me. I also received a voicemail that was incoherent and couldn’t even be transcribed appropriately in my messages while I was recovering. I thought it was important to share my experience so others can make the best decisions also. How they respond to my comment will be very telling, Im sure. Hopefully Eber can display the same level of professionalism he presented at our first meeting. Best of luck to you all, Im sure they do wonderful work but this was not the company for me and after this experience I definitely feel relieved that I wont be spending my money here.

As a customer I have the right to chose when and how and under what circumstances I will sign contracts and proceed with service. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES do I have to EVER consult or communicate with you about about health concerns or financial obligations in order to hire you to do a job that I will pay you for. Its frankly not your business and me sharing those things at any point, if even just to extend an apology, was done simply out of courtesy to you and your company. Robles roofing was timely in their response, coming out on a Sunday to inspect our roof. Offered a fair price. Got the job done in an appropriate time and cleaned up throughly. The roof has been put to the test the last few weeks and has had no leaks. Ever was great communicating with me throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very courteous and professional. David Robles said his crew would be by at 8 am; they showed up at 8:03 am ready to go! I had a small but constant leak above my garage. They showed the problem with photos and repaired it (I think!). David promised to be back when the rains come if there is any issue. He stands by his work.

I used Robles and Sons on 2 different homes, two different roof construction styles, one being a slight pitch asphalt shingle and the other flat roof TPO. i had some issues and difficulties along the way, . I haven't ever before posted a strong recommendation like this, but these guys were amazing, so here goes! This company just finished putting a whole new roof on my house. They were incredibly professional, always showed up exactly on time if not earlier, and finished in just two days. It had taken me two years to work through a variety of roofing companies and estimates: one company closed before doing any work; others showed up for the estimate but never followed through; others were incredibly aggressive or seriously overpriced. So, in frustration after those experiences, I did an internet search and cross-checked it with the Better Business Bureau (Robles has an A+ rating) and called them. And the final price was exactly what the estimate said - no upselling. One of the best decisions I've made.

I had my roof done a year ago and had them install a new cooler on my roof this year. Roof is great and the cooler works wonderfully. Ever was always easy to reach by phone and workers were always on time.

This company is perfect in every way. I am so pleased with their professional responses and promptness. From the moment I called them to the completed job... it was only three days. When they said they would arrive at 10:00... they were at my house sharply at 10:00. The quote they gave me was spot on with the completed invoice. A five star company for sure.

I had gotten multiple quotes to replace the roof on my sunroom and Robles & Sons roofing came in below all of them. When they removed the existing roof they realized that what they originally were going to replace it with would not work. Instead, they used an upgraded material (TPO) and did not charge me the difference! They took the loss and still charged me the original quoted price! I do not know of any companies that would do that!! This goes to show how honest they are. They could have easily just put the original material on and I would have not known the difference. All of the people are extremely professional, very responsive and they do a phenomenal job. I am so happy that I decided to go with this company to replace my roof. It was time to put a new roof on my home in Tanoan and I was at a loss as to who to contact. I had three roofing companies evaluate my roof. Robles and Sons was the fourth one. The owner’s son, Ever, inspected my roof and discussed options. Unlike the other companies, Ever was diligent in communicating and provided the estimate promptly. I selected this company based on Ever’s professionalism and also, their good reviews online. The owner, Saul, was on the job every day with his crew. They worked very very hard. It was not an easy roof to do by any means. The quality of work, genuine desire to do a good job, cleanliness and honesty were amazing! I am very impressed and HIGHLY recommend this company. Robles & Sons have an awesome team of workers, which included owner's son Ever. Three days, working non-stop, replacing our tar & gravel, hail damaged roof, in frigid cold, windy weather. Very reasonable pricing which was below the insurance company,s quote for our replacement claim. We would have no problem recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Although, we would recommend the company's need for more ground cover to prevent small tar drips on property. Therefore, a 4 star rating instead of a 5.

I hate when people put a review and say the company was reasonably priced. Reasonably priced means different things depending on how much money you've got to spend. The road bliss construction company was hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else I called. This was important because I had sold the house and was required to fix the roof. They resealed around 9:00 vent pipes that were coming up through the roof, replaced broken and cracked tiles and they nailed down tiles that were slipping. They did a great job plus gave a 2-year warranty that was transferable to the new owner. I will use them if I ever have to have roof work done.

Nice guy. Showed up on time--same day, actually. Fixed my roof (I think); did minor repairs. He told me he would send me an invoice and pictures of the roof where the repairs were made (it's nearly 30' in the air). I made the mistake of paying him before I received pictures or an invoice. I've made multiple inquiries, requesting an invoice and pictures of the completed work, but he hasn't responded. I guess I'll have to get up there to check the work myself. The review is a "5" for quick response and fitting my job in to his schedule. The price is also a "5." The repairs can't be ranked because I don't know what he did--only what he said he did; he still hasn't sent me pictures. And, the communication since has been horrible.

Got a roof done in July, leaked in September they came out and supposedly fixed it. Here we are in February and it is still leaking. Have texted with no reply and tried to call but the mailbox is full. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache don't go with this company. I will fix it myself.

Our roof had severe wind damage and a leak that had created a problem inside the house. We hired Robles roofing to redo our entire roof. Not only was the owner friendly and knowledgeable, he even helped us with getting the inside of our house fixed. The workers were very professional, cleaned everything up and finished in the time stated. We would certainly recommend their services to family members and friends.

They were alot cheaper then other roofers, and the new roof looks great! Still offered the same warranty as well as other roofers.. Also very prompt on answering my calls the first time and getting back with me ASAP!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a quote for a repair and 2 hours before my scheduled appointment he cancelled my appointment and didn't want to reschedule because no one was available to be at the house until after 4pm. That is poor customer service and very unprofessional. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.

Professional, hard working group of folks. Very prompt, very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to the work. I had 2 TPO roofs installed, and the work was professionally completed per all agreements. Subsequently, at a second home I own, I hired Robles Roofing again to replace the decking and re-shingle the roof. An awesome job! I highly recommend this company - they do great work at a fair price.

Called to have quote completed for our roof. Took two weeks and never sent quote or any information. Called today to ask for quote after two weeks, owner said when asked "do you want the business", he said "up to you". Unfortunate to see a company not follow through on a customer. Would not recommend because it is obvious that they do not need the business.

The reason I picked Robles & Sons roofing in the first place was because of the numerous glowing reviews on this webpage. We just completed a tough and complicated roofing job at my home in Placitas, NM (built up tar and gravel roof after badly deteriorated PVC membrane removal), and this company lived up to every single glowing piece of praise earlier recorded. I was extremely impressed with Ever Robles at our initial estimate meeting. He is knowledgeable, honest, sincere, and gave me an amazingly good price, with double the length of warranty of his competitors, and new skylights included. Importantly, he did not try to sell me the most expensive roof they install -- he sold me what he believed to be the best roof for my home (which happened to be extremely reasonable compared to other options). Before he left my home on the day of my estimate, this young man looked me straight in the eye and earnestly stated, "my family will do whatever it takes to earn your trust and business." I was sold. I also loved the idea of supporting a family-run business (where your family's good name is literally on the line with every job you perform). The proof, ultimately, is in the job performance and the final product. The Robles team timely installed the most impressive built up roof on my home that I have ever personally seen. The guys worked non-stop in high winds and did a lovely job on my roof. They also made sure not to leave any mess behind which was appreciated.

Robles & Sons did a beautiful job on my roof. They were professional and clean. I did a lot of research before hiring a roofing company. I educated myself on everything that goes into a well done roof replacement. Thes guys did not cut corners or try to sell me anything I didn't need. They kept my cost down while keeping the quality high. Would recommend them every time.

Update: It's been a couple of years since I had my roof replaced. At the end of last summer I was having trouble with my swamp cooler leaking in through the bathroom vent . I called someone to look at it and they let me know the ductwork underneath the air conditioner was rusted and had been covered by sheet metal. It needed to be replaced.
I spoke with Robles roofing because they added the sheet metal to my swamp cooler duct ( located between SC and opening to house on roof).
They came out with a brand new duct. They completely replaced it adding new shingles. They even went as far as to install new legs on my swamp cooler and set it up for the summer. Not to mention buy all the parts to do so.
To make this story shorter, these guys are awesome and I highly recommend them.
