Elite roofing did a great job on a large residential shingle replacement needed after a bad hail storm. The crew was skilled, clean and efficient. Michael S kept me in the loop the whole time and guided me through the process. They are a newer company so I felt I was taking a chance at first. But now I believe I made the best choice.

I don’t think this company deserves a single star however, the company they use to outsource the work should get 5. Hands down the worst company I have worked for. No ethics or values . I didn’t receive any compensation for 80% of the work I have done for them. Elite isn’t the only company with this business model or of this ilk. If you are considering roofing for any company do your research and have copies of everything for yourself so that the attempt to exploit you can possibly decrease . This was a lesson learned and now I have the knowledge to know what to look for and what not to look for .

Our roof maintenance was completed on time. I did not have to get on the roof to inspect the job because Michael Shrader sent before and after pictures. Thanks to the crew at Elite Roofing we are ready for the winter weather.

Initially, I was not going to leave a review. However, after discussing the concerns I had following the installation of my new roof and leaks that occurred after installation, I am now confident to leave an accurate review of this company's level of professionalism and work ethic.
Thanks to the quick documentation of the problems by Michael S. and the conversations with the company's owner, Brian Vigil, an additional smaller roofing team was sent to my house to fix the leaks and to correct the other installation errors. This smaller team was led by Raul, who I personally thanked for walking my roof with me, listening to my questions and concerns, inspecting every square foot of the new roof, bringing back supplies from the company and buying new materials to make repairs to the inside and outside of my house, and worked alongside the small team of roofers to go above and beyond the repairs that had to be made.
Raul is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and expects the highest level of work from his team. Thanks to him, I can leave such a positive review of this company.

Would be five stars. The only problem I had was the opening Skylight I order work after a few trys but but to get it to be more automated I have to buy a another $500 box. I was little bit misinformed about this option..box finally arrived

Elite did an excellent job and were quick and efficient. Michael Shrader was great to work with, and his team was very professional.

I needed the underliner below my tiles replaced after 30 years. Jeremy, one of the owners came over and flew his drone over my house and we both took a look at what was going on with my roof. He explained exactly what they would do and why they were going to do it. He explained that there are different ways to do the job and why one was better than the others. I needed it done by a certain date and we agreed to do it. The crew showed up and in two days the job was done along with some stucco work. I am very happy with the roof and the professional job that they did. If you need roof repair done talk to these guys before you just hire the first or cheapest contractor you can find . I am not a roofer and it was really good to have someone explain everything to you before the job is done. Thanks Jeremy and the crew at Elite Roofing

Kyle Avery is a honest reputable person. I had an issue with billing with another roofing company and he explained it well broke it down and explained how the other company was trying to just get more money then what was there portion from the insurance. Most definitely a good guy overall and his work is quick and impeccable. Very thankful all the way from Texas back home to ABQ !!
