Servpro is a 10/10 recommendation. They come to my place of work to clean the front office and leave the place looking and top tier. The staff is very professional and friendly, and they do a great job on communicating with us if we are closed or need to reschedule cleaning days. the owner of the company follows up with us to make sure they are up to our standards with our company.

I would like to thank SERVPRO for their excellent service provided to me the last few days. Ryan, Chris and Justin did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous, and took care to not damage my furniture while working.

They damaged the drywall my house then tried to cover it up by removing more dry wall than needed, The workers left the vanity that was removed from my house out without covering it or putting it under the car port and then are trying to say that it was too damaged to be a temporary replacement, also they removed the vanity and capped the line in the bathroom that has been consistently dripping since, stay away from this company, going to be filing a complaint with my insurance as well as the BBB. Dont understand how people are allowed to run business like this will post the pictures from my phone of before and after.

Ryan and Chris were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I appreciated their courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival. They came in and were very understanding and informative. They took their time to inspect all of my concerns and gave their professional opinion. They also advocated for me regarding my property manager and their responsibility to handle damages. I would highly recommend ServerPro!

Work was done professionally and timely. Project manager communicated progress daily when I was away from the site, and the technicians, Joel and Miguel, did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel and Miguel from Servpro Rio Rancho/Sandoval County, and I am thrilled to share my experience. Their outstanding efforts in rebuilding and painting following water damage in my living room, front entry, and garage ceilings, as well as one wall, were truly remarkable.
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Joel and Miguel demonstrated exceptional attention to detail throughout the project. Joel was quick to notify me of two minor issues he identified for quick resolution. One was related to an incorrect paint color provided, which he caught after just one brush stroke, rather than after painting the entire ceiling. This proactive approach saved time and ensured the final result was perfect. Additionally, Joel addressed the proper alignment of a light fixture and quickly replaced a bulb that broke during removal or reinstallation.
Efficient and Thoughtful Execution
Another significant time-saving effort was their ability to complete the painting of the entire garage ceiling without requiring 95% of the garage contents to be moved in and out. This thoughtful approach minimized disruption and made the process much smoother.

I met a employee of Serverpro at a department store in Socorro NM. I inquired about your company and asked if they were located in Socorro now. I was walking my puppy and I saw a Servpro van outside of a residence. As I got closer one of the men came outside carry trash bags. I made contact with Ryan W. And I asked him how the process of getting mold treated and removed from my water heater stand in my garage area. After talking with me a while he and his tech Chris R. Were both very thorough in explaining the procedures, whether we decided to do a self pay or contact insurance. They gave me the information that I requested. Just by this interaction I will be contacting the office of Servpro of Rio Rancho for my mold remediation!!

Amy Torres and Joel Lopez were diligent, professional, polite, and accommodating. My husband and I were very impressed with the lengths they went to insure our satisfaction with the water and mold remediation process. Despite delays and miscommunication by other members of the team, they managed to keep us in the loop and even magically got our new carpet two weeks early and installed immediately. We would definitely recommend them both.

Luis, Francis, Jose, and Cici arrived at my residence on time and worked efficiently to move my furniture back into the house. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I had a leak under the sink that led to black mold. Luckily it was caught early. I reached out to ServPro for their “Like it never happened “ service.

When calling, be sure to leave an email. I didn’t and it slowed communication. Once a person came to survey the work, I received a quote pretty quick with a reasonable price. It took several attempts to get contacting them to get work started. Once it did it went smoothly.

The workers were very polite and respectful.
Mold remediation passed the first test.

The best part of our leak repair was Joel , he rebuilt our powder room new dry wall , paint replaced tile and the job made it look like it never happened. Beautiful work and a very nice pleasant man. We need more Joel’s in this world . Thank you Joel. Also a shout out to Amy , the General Contractor who made this all happen. Thanks Amy!

I can't say enough good things about the SERVPRO team! They showed up quickly and got to work right away when our dog got locked in the bathroom and managed to flood it. Greg and his team used tools to find where the water was hidden in our walls and cabinets and while the fans were SUPER loud, I know they couldn't do anything about that and I am so glad we called them! When my house flooded out, I was stressed out in finding someone to help with the cleanup process. I called several places, but Servpro was the only company available to help me on the same day of the flood. They showed up to my home is less than an hour and started the cleanup process immediately. They always kept me informed throughout the entire process and helped me tremendously with packing my belongings in storage. I would not hesitate to call them for their services as they were top notch. Thank you to Brittany, Gustavo, Josiah, Nicole and the rest of the team!

Servpro came to help me when I had part of my ceiling collapse due to water damage. The staff that responded was cordial, but somewhat careless. It was apparent early on that these were not experts of any kind. They simply threw some dehumidifiers in the space (for which they charge outrageous rates) and left.

My real gripe with them is on communication. They barely talked to me, never updated me on status without my asking for it, and despite my numerous reiteration that they were to bill ME and NOT my insurance, they continued to send bills to my insurance. They even sent me a notice that they would put a lien on my property if my insurance didn't pay. Finally, my insurance told them AGAIN that they should bill me directly, and I paid right away.

Overall, the staff on site was totally unimpressive, and the office staff was wildly deficient in communication and highly aggressive in seeking payment, despite the fact I was more than happy to pay them. Would strongly recommend against using their services. I had much better experiences with other companies in the area.

Had a flood in a bathroom. State Farm provided me a list of numbers to call. I contacted ServPro of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County. Josiah and Gustavo arrived and got straight to work. Britney ensured there were no wet spots still needing to be taken care of. I greatly appreciated their help.

I came home 1 weekend to a whole in my wall spaying hot water. My bedroom was flooded. Brittany called me to get me some help with clean up. She was nice & very understanding. Then Keith & Tim came to take care of my mess. They were very kind & explained everything they were doing. I felt much relief after talking to them. The boys did a great job!!! We had a kitchen flood. We live in a rural, remote part of northeastern Arizona where it is challenging to find service providers, especially last minute. ServPro of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County (Brittany and Keith) drove all that way (about 3 1/2 hours) to help us that night, then came back the next morning and again in a couple days.

They placed fans and a dehumidifier in areas we identified and they checked with the moisture level meter. We appreciate their quick response and checking back on us. Round Valley, Arizona and surrounding areas should consider them for restoration needs.

Excellent service and quick to be on site. We appreciate them going above and beyond to help keep our properties clean and sanitary. Thank you Brittany and Josiah for the work completed today and the speedy service.

We were referred to SERVPRO by our insurance company for some water damage. From the moment I made the first phone call to the time they left, I was wowed! Brittany was assigned to our project. She was very thorough, communicative, and very professional! Brittany and Randy were delicate with moving our furniture and respectful of our home. We felt very comfortable with the entire team that came out! Highly recommend!

I was afraid there was mildew or mold behind a vinyl mural. Servpro was great. Joe and Chris worked quickly and thoroughly to remove the mural, repair texture, clean, seal and paint the wall. They used an air filtration system and finished the whole thing in a few hours. They were very professional. Definitely recommend.

We had a huge water damage in my home and Servpro of Rio Rancho not only came and put a tarp on my roof in the middle of the night, they fixed the damage and then took educated steps to prevent additional damage and mold. Joel L. and Miguel G. did an awesome job on the repair work at my grandfather's home after he had a big leak. They were very professional, efficient, clean, and friendly.

I experienced a big water heater problem resulting in water damage in the heater closet as well as the hallway and living room floors. Servpro responded the same day to assess and deal with the moisture and mold prevention. Britany, Chris and Tim worked professionally and thoroughly to assure the affected areas were dry, the old flooring removed, and things were put back in order to prepare for the next step of flooring replacement. I felt like I was in good hands!

I was very happy with ServPro - they helped me through the aftermath of a flood in my home. Keith and his team were knowledgeable, professional and on time. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of what they were doing and what the next steps would be. I am very grateful and I would use them again.

There were several problems and would NOT recommend this company. Completion of the reconstruction took much longer than we were told. We did not get a final walk threw as we were told. Then the office manager, Michelle Archuleta, insisted I needed to pay Servpro a $500 deductible as well, which she confirmed with my insurance it was already taken out of the initial payment. I received a bill for $500. We called several people several times and wouldn't get a call back for days. Then I was threatened a lien would be placed on my home if I didn't pay my balance in full.

I found that Servpro in Rio Rancho did an excellent job in restoring my home after a fire. They were kind, friendly, hard working and professional. Their project manager made you feel as though you were part of her family. I just want to thank all who were involved in our clean up and reconstruction of our home.

Bethany was AMAZING! She is a fabulous communicator and truly couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. We were facing nearly 1,000sq ft of sewage flooded basement and Bethany eased my anxiety about getting it dealt with which was invaluable.

We’ve also had spectacular experiences with the office manager Michelle. The project manager Anthony was incredibly patient with what I imagine were tedious questions.

I, unfortunately, am unsure of the name of the gentleman doing our rebuild but he is also amazing and is unbelievably fast while doing beautiful work.

Great Company, called Tonya Smith at 11pm with an emergency, and they were on it. They worked till 4am and then were back out first thing in the morning. This is truly a professional company that cares about getting their customers taken care of as quickly as possible. I would recommend using their services to anyone that needs clean up of water or fire damage. Tonya, Amy, Drew and all their crew really are the best. They also created a readiness emergency profile. Sam also cleans our office twice a week and does a great job.
