This is a great company! Having to replace a roof is no fun. Opie, came over and sit down with my wife and I and walked us through the whole process. After completing the job he made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

While I have not done business with this company, I would not recommend them for anything as they do not have respect for private property as they completely disregarded a posted "no soliciting". The marketing materials suggested I have roof damage, which is not the case and they are the roofing equivalent to ambulance chasing lawyers.

We are very satisfied with the recent roof, flashing and gutter replacement job! The team was very professional, efficient, and the workmanship was excellent. The roof looks great, and I appreciate the removal of all of the debris after the job was completed.

Salesperson was very personable and patient as we decided which shingle we wanted to use. Once decided, the crew worked quickly and thoroughly, including cleanup. We are very happy with our new roof, which complements our house wonderfully.

We had JJ come out to two properties and he gave us info QUICK! Even sent comprehensive pictures mapping out all the damage. We got our roof done so fast on a house up north and man, we're so happy with the quality and how fast/easy the entire process was. Not only that the roof crew did such a good job with cleaning up. I've had a roof done before by another company and the amount of trash they left us to clean up was horrendous.

I'm serious. Ask for JJ or James or come out. He'll get you done right.

Great customer service leading up until accepting the bid, work was done a week later, making my house look brand new! Even spray painted my roof vents to blend with the roof. Would definitely recommend them!

Tristan was our point of contact for Robinson Roofing. He kept every appointment that he made and stayed on top of things. When he met with our insurance adjuster, he even pointed out things that were damaged by the hail that had nothing to do with the roof! Tristan was very knowledgeable about the product as well as colors. What he didn't know, he asked and followed up promptly. This is not my first roofing rodeo so I know exceptional service when I receive it!

Great experience using Josh! Everything was explained throughout every step of the way. Made it clear from the start that they’re willing to go to bat for you against the insurance companies if the need came! The crews really impressed me with how fast, efficient and clean they were! A few other companies have been used in my neighborhood and can honestly say that the difference is noticeable.

When I called Chad he came out the next day. I was just getting a quote and he informed me that I had hail damage and could get a roof just for the price of my deductible. Awesome! The roof was on in one day. Looks great. Protects great! Very easy to work with as well. The insurance part was a snap.

We were very pleased with the overall job from Robinson Roofing. Their salesman Josh was extremely helpful. He was with us through every step of the process from the original evaluation through the insurance inspectors and the cleanup process. He was there for any questions that came up. During the old roof removal and cleanup process some of our plants in the front flower bed were damaged badly. It was really expected to some degree just based on the process, but What was surprising was how quickly Josh replaced the plants with ones of better quality. There was never any surprises on our cost. Everything was explained upfront. I cannot recommend Robinson Roofing enough. Our neighbors also were using them at the same time and they are equally impressed

I was beyond impressed with this company. Family owned, super friendly, completely honest, and great at communicating! Tristan went over and beyond with extra tree trimming and taking our swing set that he didn’t need to do but so appreciated! Anytime I texted him, he responded back right away. Tristan Ornce and the entire Robinson Roofing KC work crew were easy to do business with, provided a safe working environment , cleaned up every speck of materials, and provided an excellent trouble free result. Tristan is an excellent example of a man whose word you can trust. He was able to identify hail damage issues that the adjuster otherwise would have walked right by. He got me every penny I was due! Chad went above and beyond to get my roof approved by insurance. State Farm was a nightmare to deal with. It took over a year and three inspections including a third party inspection to get them to approve my hail damage. Most roofing company’s would have given up and moved on to the next person but not Chad. He stuck by me and was at every insurance inspection pointing out the damage they were missing. There isn’t a company I would recommend more for your roofing needs!
