I can't say enough good things about Robinson Roofing. I highly recommend them. They recently did repairs on the roof of our condo complex in Surrey. They were able to fix a problem that other companies had failed to do. They were reliable, prompt and kept us informed in every step of the process. Communication with both the company and the roofers doing the work was excellent. Whoever manages their bookings was lovely to deal with, and the workers that first came to the house were professional and friendly, but I was not impressed by the quality of work done and the clean up after. We paid for moss removal, and after they were done I noticed a large area of moss still on the roof. When questioned, they did send someone back to deal with some of it but they defended what they had originally done saying that the chemicals they sprayed would take care of any remaining moss- it did not. I had another company come out to clean my gutters shortly after the work with Robinson was done and they suggested we have them remove the moss on the roof because it was ‘a mess’ up there (and they showed pictures to prove it). I figured the chemicals just needed more time to do their thing, but unfortunately months later the moss is still thriving.
The workers that came back the second time also left a box of nails and a brush on the roof above our porch as well.

I connected with Robinsons Roofing to do few emergency roof inspection and repairs, and I was very impressed with their services. Inspectors arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional and knowledgeable. They conducted thorough inspections, identifying a few issues with the roofs and explaining them in detail.

They were efficient and skilled, completing the repairs in a timely manner. They addressed all the issues identified during the inspection and even went above and beyond to fix a few additional small issues they noticed. Throughout the process, the communication and customer service from Robinsons Roofing was excellent. They kept me informed about progress, timelines and costs, Yana was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

"Professional" is an understatement. We deliberated amongst companies and it was a waste of time. Robinson's quote was professionally laid out, clear and detailed and from there, the high standards were upheld from start to finish. It is a rarity that every single individual involved would uphold the impeccable standards of a company but in this case, it appears the crew and company have it down pat. Beautiful roof and work; can't say enough. Highly recommended.

I had some damage done to my roof during a windstorm. The damage wasn't significant and small by roofing standards. What I liked was that Robinson Roofing didn't treat me like an insignificant customer because it was a small job. They took interest and didn't turn me away like some other companies would because the work wasn't in the tens of thousands of dollars. They responded immediately to my questions. Communication is important to them just like it is to the customer. They were polite and always met the timelines that were identified and kept me up to date. The crew was very professional, polite and caring. I would highly recommend this company.
