In January 2024 we faced great damage: a very big tree fell down and hit our house. We were shocked by the damage the tree did to our house and we did not even know where to start and what to do. First, we called a construction company for emergency. The company came, estimated the cost and contacted our insurance company for the cost approval. After the official approval by the insurance they removed the tree and did a simple roof tarping. For that we paid about $5K.

Later the insurance company representative came to us to estimate the damage repair cost. The insurance company sent us a check for $12K. After that we started searching the contractors who would agree to repair the damage for this money. After seeing the damage, all the contractors were laughing at us: the preliminary damage repair cost they estimated was significantly more as opposed to that the insurance proposed. Why? The tree was huge and our beautiful roof made of stone needed full replacement. Instead, the insurance recommended patching stone slates with asphalt shingles. In addition, there was damage inside of house which must be also fixed.

We were desperate and we just did not know what to do. Eventually, one of our co-workers suggested us to find and hire a Public Adjuster who would dispute with the insurance company. We started searching and eventually found Robert Jackson. He came to see the damage and we spent hours discussing details. In the end, Robert honestly explained us that he can dispute appraisal made by the insurance company to adjust the damage claim. Robert warned us, however, we have to be prepared for this process might take from three months up to two years because insurance companies are not in rush to cover expenses. All the arguments presented by Robert we found to be very reasonable and fair. As a result, we signed a contract with his company. It happened to be that Robert Jackson is a President who runs two companies: Claim Adjusting Services (SUMMIT) and Restoration (Roberts Restorations, Inc). We found this combination to be very practical and convenient.

After signing a contract, Robert immediately started working on our claim and yet, it took several months and multiple attempts to get an approval from insurance to increase the coverage cost to repair all the damage. Despite the approval, the insurance kept recalling and denying its own approvals over time so Robert should permanently keep disputing their decisions again and again.

Eventually Robert started working on our house repair. In doing that, he was very responsive and always kept asking what material/design we would prefer him to use providing us, if possible, samples. Now we happily live in the house repaired by the Robert’s companies. All the work was done very fast and professional. We really enjoyed very much working with Robert Jackson and highly recommend him personally and his associates.

They did a thorough examination of the roof and the damage, offered to negotiate with the insurance company and professionally repaired the damage and put the new roof on. Not the cheapest but certainly the most professional. I highly recommend this company.

Had some hail damage to my siding/roof and my insurance
sent us a check to cover the cost of replacement. Had Robert from Roberts Restorations come out and asses my property and he informed that insurance did not properly quote my damage and underpaid for the repairs that needed to be done. Robert informed me he would contact my insurance and work with them to properly get coverage for what needed to be repaired

After 7 months of going back and forth with my insurance and needing to go through arbitration, Robert and his team were able to get my insurance to cover the additional cost of properly replacing my siding and roof to my home and garage.

Robert took on the entire ordeal with dealing with my home insurance and made the entire process seamless. Roberts Restorations delivered on their promise of managing the entire process for me and my family.

We have used Roberts Restorations for our own roof and siding and also for the roofs for 2 investment properties and have plans to use them for one more. Our roof had the added complication of solar panels and Roberts did all the coordinating between the insurance company, HOA and solar installers. It was great!

Insurance told me my siding needed to be replaced so I gave Roberts a call for an estimate. The guy was really personable and honest and told me it didn't need to be fixed. Wrote a letter to the insurance company telling them it was still water tight and didn't need to be fixed. He didn't charge me for any of this which was really awesome of him.

This is my second time working with Roberts Restoration. They completed siding on our home and did a great job so I reached out to him a second time to complete my parents siding and roofing repair. They were able to work with my parents insurance (that initially refused to help them with wind/ hail repairs) and get it approved within 21 days. The whole process of repairing the roof and installing new siding took approximately 3 months which was wonderful. I appreciated not having to deal with the insurance myself (for my parents home). Im currently in the process of referring them our rental home that also has siding torn off from wind.

Roberts Restorations did an excellent job of replacing all of the fascia and soffits on my two-story house. Even though I signed a liability waiver, nothing on the exterior or interior of my house was damaged by the two competent workmen during the six days it took to complete the job. When the job was finished, these workmen cleaned up all the debris, leaving the yard looking the way they found it. Their work definitely enhanced the appearance and value of my home.

We had a big oak tree fall on half of our garage...Roberts Restorations did a GREAT job with all the repairs. From trusses to siding. They did all the work with the insurance company. Work was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the way the garage turned out. Will definitely keep their number for future use.

Very Pleased
We experienced some hail damage after a storm after a storm and had to make a claim to our homeowners insurance. Spoke to several people about who to call for repairs and called Roberts Restorations , they promptly came out and evaluated the damage , Robert then dealt with my insurance company (who didn't want to payout) after repeated negotiations he managed to get them to approve the appropriate repairs. Very Pleased with his professionalism, prompt service , can definitely recommend this company, will use their services again if needed .

I called and Robert provided me a quote within 48 hours. His team did excellent at a fair price. I plan to use him again for all of my siding needs.

I am extremely happy with my new roof and gutters from Robert's Restorations. We had wind and hail damage and I met with several different companies for quotes. I chose Robert's because they were the first company that offered to help with the insurance claim process rather than simply telling me that it was my responsibility. This support made all the difference in the world. Robert's was very responsive every step of the way answering my questions and taking care of any concerns. I first contacted Robert’s Restoration around April of this year due to some windstorm damage to my property. Some siding had blown off and some water found its way inside the home and damaged some drywall. After calling several different companies I decided to go with Robert’s Restoration because they were very responsive, knowledgeable, and dependable! Unfortunately, my insurance company was a PAIN to work with but Robert’s Restoration - particularly on of their professionals named Alex - was there with me every step of the way. We’re going on month six now and just starting to see results. I only say that to say this: throughout the entire painful process of dealing with insurance, Alex and Robert’s Restoration was there with me. They made multiple trips to the house, made multiple phone calls to the insurance agency, and even after I had given up hope with the insurance agency they still pushed on the insurance company on my behalf.

Needless to say: but I’m going to say it anyways - if you’re in need of a restoration company you couldn’t be in better hands with them. They will respond to your calls, work with you, and are extremely professional. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Do yourself a favor and call them!!
