GREAT experience with Roberts Ducts! I had a MUCH BIGGER issue with my dryer vent than I realized. Not only was it taken care of…he went above and beyond to clean the mess and make sure it was safe! Highly recommend!!!!

What a great yet disgusting experience! I had no idea how filthy our ducts were. We had our furnace, air exchanger and dry done as well. Again, I was surprised at just how dirty everything was. Great experience from start finish! If you are looking for a company that does great work and is wonderful to work with, Roberts Ducts is for you.

We had our home ducts cleaned by Ben with Robert duct cleaning. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay.
Ben provided the eye test. Showed our dirty vents and afterwards our clean vents. Ben also took photos which I will file away in the event we sell our home.
He didn't rush the job, he took his time and did the job the right way the first time. So if you're like me and want to ensure the job is done correctly,
use Roberts duct cleaning and you won't be disappointed.
I should mention, Ben vacuumed and cleaned up everything.

Ben was great! Answered my first call and he came out in under 24 hours to help me out with my clogged dryer duc. He also checked to make sure dryer was working properly after he did so. Highly recommend!

Ben was professional, courteous and explained what he was doing. I can definitely tell a difference in air flow especially in our laundry room which was freezing before and now we can feel the heat.

Ben was very kind, respectful and easy to work with. Fast response time in getting a quote. He answered all of my strange questions without batting an eye. He was right on time for the job. Pricing is straightforward with no surprises. He made sure that all vents were covered and closed, worked one by one. I had my vents cleaned on a subzero day and because he uses portable duct vacuum and not a truck mounted unit, I didn't have to worry about losing all of the heat in the house. Our new clothes dryer stopped drying, we clean our lint trap with each load, but the dryer kept stopping and saying duct was blocked. We called Ben and he came out, same day and cleaned our dryer vent. The amount of stuff that came out was awful. Thank goodness we never had a fire. He was thorough checking our entire system. We had Ben out to clean our dryer vent in the past. We were very pleased with his work; so, of course, we contacted him when we needed the service again. After he was finished, he suggested that he could clean our AC, if we ever needed it. With summer approaching, we asked him to do it that same day and thank goodness we did. There was a bunch of cottonwood that had accumulated. It would have diminished the performance of our AC, if it hadn't been removed. Thanks Ben!
