Outstanding performance by newer salesman Benjamin Cifers. By far my easiest experience finding, test driving, and purchasing a used vehicle. Anyone looking for a problem free deal. Make sure to speak with Benjamin Cifers at Woodall Chevrolet!

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. It’s a shame to rate a place where the people are nice so low, but I can’t help but wonder why it takes 3 hours to get a car checked, without even running any diagnostics or real tests because it would take “several more hours.” In the end, it was just an oil change that took place, which we waited three whole hours for, even though the change could have been done first and the “tests” could have been run afterwards. Can’t say that I’ll ever come here again, but wish the employees well.

They're my closest Cadillac dealer and they're still about an hour and a half away. They are helpful and professional and do seem to take care of their customers. It's rare these days when people actually call you back when they say they're going to, sadly, but this place has done well with every interaction Abe follows up when they say they will.

Awesome buying experience. From Lynn in the call center to Hunter in Sales. They were fair, no pressure sales. Randy takes good care of all the details. Couldn't be happier with my new Sante Fe. I ordered leather and was provided a top notch loaner. Woodall? Definitely worth the drive if your looking for a great stress free purchase.

Went in for an inspection and walked out with a $700 invoice for tires (could get them elsewhere for half as much) along with a phone call on the way home accusing me of stealing another customer's keys. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this garage. Simply disgusting customer service.

They gave me a fair estimate for the repairs I need for my car that was hit in the parking lot of my apartment building.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
