I cannot write a review yet on my specific job (wallpaper) because that has yet to be done. What I can write of is character: Kevin is that type professional who absolutely cares about his clients. Yes, of course he assessed the job and what needs to be done- anyone you call will do that. He, however, went above and beyond. I just moved into a newly bought home: Kevin took the time (about an hour) to help me out with new-home issues that had nothing to do with his job. He did it because he's that type of person. the one who takes the time to help. He is warm, helpful and trustworthy- I will keep you posted regarding the finished product!

Kevin and his crew did a great job on the inside of my house. They put down new floors and painted the interior of my house.. I would highly recommend them for anything. I will use them for any future projects.

Kevin and his employees were professional, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with from start to finish. We were moving to the area from out of state and wanted most of the interior of a large home painted before all our furniture arrived. Kevin managed to fit us in, including the last minute addition of yet another room. His painters were excellent, arriving at the time promised and doing meticulous work, working on heavily textured walls with arches and curved corners with color changes. When called after completion about a small area that was accidentally missed, they were there within a day to do the necessary touch up. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and responsiveness to our needs. We would highly recommend and will certainly call them for further painting (and possibly other services) as the need arises in the future.

Kevin and his painters did the exterior painting of my place changing from single color it was to three color that I wanted. Worked with me to define the paint scheme of base, trim and accent colors. Kevin and his painters were all professional, polite and respectful and pricing was very good. Recommend them as local guys that do a great job.

I’m not sure how many of you have ever tried to get a handyman, it’s not easy! Kevin was responsive, prompt and did an amazing job at our home. He took photos, and attached them to our estimate to make sure we were all on the same page. His work was flawless and he took his time trying to find the exact product that was needed for the job. Thanks Kevin to you and your family for making this project seamless! We appreciate all you did and will definitely call you for our next project.

Kevin is an absolute delight to work with. He is so responsive, reliable, and punctual that I'm inspired to do a better job on all those admirable traits myself. That's right - Kevin Robbins makes me want to be a better person! I hired Kevin to fix a portion of garage ceiling and wall that had been water-damaged from a badly aimed sprinkler head. He also did some painting and cleaned the dryer vent. All along the way he provided updates and made suggestions, something I very much appreciate as I manage the property from a distant location. My tenant is thrilled with his work and his courtesy. We look forward to his return to install vertical blinds and a new dishwasher and to pressure wash the exterior of the house. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We just had Kevin, Donna, and Alana out to our house for some handyman work. They put up sails on our back patio by the pool, fixed the attic entrance, and replaced the screened patio ceiling. They were affordable and cordial and knowledgeable and a great family! We are considering having our ceiling painted in the family room and will definitely be using Robbins Family Services, LLC when we do!

We called the Robbins Family Services for an appointment to estimate costs on some projects large and small inside and outside our house. Kevin Robbins responded. We showed him our list and went over each item. He made constructive suggestions, was courteous, honest, and straight forward about methods and pricing to save us money on materials and labor. Several items involved painting and matching new paint to existing paint. The matching was identical. The Robbins team repaired locks, towel racks, pocket door, drawer handles on the inside and all touch up painting, etc. Outside they cleaned the gutters, applied a 3 step window frame treatment to 12 aluminum framed windows and a deck rail. Then sanded and stained the front porch wood work. In these short few days we came to know the Robbins team as professional, hard working, and innovative. This is a locally owned and run business.
