I just had my driveway done by ROAD ONE and I am absolutely impressed. From the tearing out old pavement and regrading with drainage in mind to the beautiful straight edges and 3” thick pavement. The attention to detail with this crew is something you don’t get these days and everyone on there team was great to talk and work with.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our driveway and sidewalk leading to the back of our deck. I put it off for years doing this and I have to say it was all worth the wait and procrastination. Each of the staff that came out were wonderful. As a business owner myself I look at all aspects. We had them remove and replace a section of our driveway, some of which had cracked in the middle.
The thickness of the driveway was about 6 1/2", so cost more to remove than the original estimate. The thickness of the driveway was never mentioned beforehand, and we did not know that it was a factor. Had we been asked, it could easily have been determined ahead of time. We were charged an exorbitant amount extra - $4,700, for roughly 213 cu. feet more of paving removed. Some of the extra cost was due to the fact that they didn't know how thick the pavement was, so there were some extra costs such as for going to get the excavator, and the delay in work caused by that. The not knowing was not our fault, as we were never asked about it, and so didn't know that it was even a factor. That was totally on them.
We can't speak to the quality of the work. It appears to be good. We'll have to see how well it holds up.
I would be wary of hiring them. But if you do, get everything up front, and in writing, and pay special attention to the thickness of existing pavement. Otherwise they can just charge you whatever they want.

They did an amazing job a very professional job. they were alway there when we had questions. We had been getting quotes from other contractors for 1 yr Their price was very reasonable. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I highly recommend them. So happy they were referred to us by our neighbors.

Do not hire, if you want the work done! This is my first Google review ever, because the service really was that abysmal.
Road One quoted to redo the asphalt of our driveway; removal, gravel work and a new layer of asphalt. They were not the cheapest quote, but I liked them the most. That was weeks ago. They have now rescheduled 4 times, always making excuses about the weather and sick people, which is understandable up to a point. The third time they postponed, the date was pushed out by three weeks and then canceled again after I called to confirm that they were indeed coming. It was then pushed out another couple of days until today. I was promised that this appointment would be kept, but instead they didn’t show and never even had the courtesy to call to cancel. They have not responded to my calls. That is pretty appalling service and a huge waste of time. I will be sure to pass on my experience. I do not recommend wasting your efforts on this company.

Road one paved our driveway, I requested a quote, they were there the next day to quote and my driveway was paved 2 days later. I originally just wanted a small area repaired, but the owner (Joe) gave us what we thought to be a fair price to re pave the whole thing. 1 week later and pavement seems to be holding up. They do nice clean work. Would recommend.

This crew is seriously amazing. So so nice, tidy and polite. All that wonderful stuff aside, they did an amazing top notch job. We had two driveways paved with cobblestone aprons and cobbletone edging. They look so perfect. And the price was spot on. I highly recommend calling Joe or Uncle Wash and booking them!

I had Road One Paving LLC come out to provide me with a quote in April 2022 to provide paving under my deck which is 14'-0" off the ground and is approximately 50'x20'. The Owner's Uncle was the one who provided me the initial quote and who came out a 2nd time to update the quote in June of 2022 based on current fuel prices. While Road One Paving LLC was the 2nd most expensive quote I had received, out of 4 companies, the Uncle was extremely helpful and professional. Also, Jane in their office was also extremely helpful with scheduling the Uncle to come to my house to provide me with the two quotes, scheduling the job and providing me with a COI. Unfortunately, that's where the professionalism stopped. If you have a simple driveway project, then perhaps this is the company for you to call. But if you have a project where handwork is required, as written on the quote, then don't waste your time calling this company. The Owner, Joe, and another guy showed up the morning of the job, gave me some excuses and told me to call another company to do the job. Joe claimed that their bobcat's bucket was too wide (80") to fit under the deck, but when I measured the columns were spaced further apart than that. Also, if you cancel appointments and make it a point to be home for the day when they are supposed to be completing the job, like I did, it's even more annoying when they back out. If you call this company, try to get the Owner, Joe, to come out in addition to his Uncle to confirm they can actually do the job. I don't know if its a miscommunication issue internally or not, but I won't be calling this company when I'm looking to repave my driveway that's approximately 1500' long.

They did a very awesome job on my driveway pitched it perfect they were all working till the job got done they have all kinds of equipment to get the job done right and fast and very very good job at a very reasonable price!! GREAT JOB EXCELLENT COMPANY!!

I had my driveway removed and replaced. They were here early and got right to work. They accommodated me with a last minute additional walkway. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I'm having the same problem as the last reviewer. 7 months out and parts of the surface are crumbly and deteriorating already, and tires leave marks often, even when it isn't hot out. There's a low spot that collects water. We've been calling Joe and he has not returned our calls.

We had a great experience with Road One Paving. They showed up early, very nice, professional and did a fantastic job. They dug up our existing driveway and started from scratch. The end result was amazing, great price and very happy with everything. Would recommend them in a minute.

We hired Road One to pave our driveway in August 2019. The initial job was great, and they came back a few weeks later to do an additional small area we had requested. We did notice some tire marks and a few cracks in the driveway over the next 2 years. After contacting Joe, he sent his sealer out to provide a complimentary seal coat, which seems to have filled in the marks and cracks. Every job looks great at first, but it is important to deal with a company that will stand behind their work.

Road one Paving did a great job on two of our driveways, they also paved a huge area where a storage building will be set on. They also have paved a private road. They were very professional, their prices are very reasonable for what they have done. I will recommend them to anybody. And trust me we did get other quotes.
