I was impressed with my initial interactions with Lowell. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. I am very happy with the quality of the roof that includes a 50 year warranty. The roofers worked 11 hours in the late August heat to complete the job in one day. However, I was very disappointed with my post-job treatment. A screw in the driveway resulted in the need to replace a car tire. I was told to provide the cost and that I would be reimbursed with money taken out of the roofers' next job. I did not feel this was right, so did not seek reimbursement. The next issue was that I noticed damage at the top of my corner siding in an area that is out of our normal view. I noticed the damage two months after roof replacement. I called Lowell and sent texts with pictures. The only logical explanation was that the roofers ripped the vinyl with the coaxial cable when they removed the satellite dish. I provided pictures of the damage and the cut cord that remained. Lowell never answered my calls nor did he reply to my texts with photos of the damage. Over a month ago, I called the main office and was told that Lowell would call me the next day - he did not. The estimate for the corner vinyl replacement is $533, which is mostly labor. I am very disappointed that I was "ghosted" when I found and reported the issue. The fact that Craftsman Roofing could not provide the common courtesy of returning my phone call and returning to inspect the damage was extremely disappointing. The contract included a one-year labor warranty and 50-year warranty on the roof, which I am questioning with the lack of response to my house damage.
Great experience. It was easy and fast and they did an amazing job. Lowell is all the ball and answered all 4 million of my questions lol. I love finding companies like this!
