Called to make an appointment with the owner, over the phone, explained that we have a tall house. And we had a good conversation, he told me he could come to my home and do a quote, then asked me to text his number to confirm, I did and then he replied that they're too busy and I should find someone else. I asked if it was just the date and that I'm not in a rush. He just responded that he can't help me. Very weird way to do business. Disappointed. I own 6 homes. Would have hired him to do the lot.
