RMC replaced our 35 year old tar and gravel with a TPO roof. RMC's crew was professional and great at communicating as the process moved forward. The crew foreman also would confer with us as the roof was in progress. Rick the owner of RMC is
easy to work with and does everything he said he was going to do. Rick is professional, honest and important to us, Rick is a good person!!!

I'm giving this company 5 stars only because I can't see a way to give them 6 or 7 stars. We got bids from a few companies for a re-roof of a rental house. RMC was the only company willing to go the extra mile -- or maybe three miles -- interfacing with our insurance company over the course of a painful several weeks. But Clint hung in there, made it all happen and then delivered a beautiful new roof with minimum disruption to our tenants. RMC left the property clean. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We had the whole roof replaced. We had lots of hail and most shingles had blown off. Rick and his crew did a great job. We have received lots of compliments from the neighbors.

RMC Roofing recently replaced our roof and I couldn't be happier. When Rick came by to do our original inspection, he was prompt and even sent me a photo of his business card to verify that it was him, and presented it when he entered my home. His staff was efficient and timely with their repairs. Just had our first rain since the roof had been replaced and I'm thrilled to say we no longer have a leak! Rick and his team did a really good job replacing my tar and gravel roof with new TPO. This was a solar leak replacement and Rick was able to get it done as quickly as possible to prevent further water damage. His site supervisor kept good communication throughout the project to let me know when they would be out and I would highly recommend them.

My entire roof on my flat roofed home was replaced with foam roofing, so that ponds won’t form and create further damage. It also insulates. What a relief!

The company also repaired my kitchen ceiling where the weight of solar panels had ripped open the roof.

The workmen were very polite and efficient, and cleaned up the job well.

RMC replaced the flat roof on my house just before I bought it and they did such a good job that when an HVAC contractor I hired took my swamp cooler and did a terrible patch job (PSA: if you switch to refrigerated air, keep your swamp cooler too) I called RMC to do the patch properly. It's a family owned and run business. They are solid, honest, and friendly. All workers that came to my home conducted themselves professionally. Great price point. I couldn't be happier with both the membrane roof and the swamp cooler hole patch job.

RMC Roofing fixed my dad’s roof after the swamp cooler caused a leak that went all the way into the house. Clint came to my dad’s house quickly after we reported the leak. My dad lives in a rental home, and the day they got the owner’s approval they called to to set up an appointment. Clint made sure they would come at a time that would best suit my dad’s schedule, and an appointment was set up for the following day. They do a wonderful job, and are customer oriented.

I learned about these guys through a co-worker. I had 2 other roofers that I was considering but decided to hire RMC. The roof I had replaced was a flat roof and it was horrible. It had drainage issues, multiple layers weighing down the ceiling on the inside of the house from water sitting on rooftop. Each time it rained I had to get up on the roof and push water off because the roof didnt drain. The old canales were not sealed properly and the roof was short a few canales to properly drain the rooftop. I literally had water dripping inside house depsite effort to do patch work. The decking needed to be addressed. RMC addressed every single problem I had and stripped everything down to the decking and installed new boarding,additional canales and a customized roof. Its customized with required canales to take care of the problem. I was ecstatic when I saw what they did. The roof looks absolutely amazing! I no longer have to get on top. You can actually see the angle of the flat roof and see how water will drain off. It's amazing job and anyone reading this review I totally recommend RMC.

When faced with the necessity of a new roof after severe hail damage, the claims process is only one slice of the pie. Taking a look at "roofers" opens a torrent of companies, and it is quite overwhelming. Luckily, I was referred to RMC Roofing, and I am beyond grateful that I was. I contacted the president, Rick Courville, and he was at my house within a couple days to provide a quote; but beyond that, he knew the claims process and was able to aid in explaining some of the process to me.

From that point forward, the process (with Rick's assistance) was extremely simple. The RMC crew showed up on time and worked practically to sundown, enduring cold temperatures here in the east mountains. Adrian, the foreman, was extremely friendly and professional. If we had any questions or concerns, he was quick to address them. If he (Adrian) had to run off the site for an errand, the crew did not slow or get lazy in any way. It is clear the RMC crew, under Adrian's guidance, is worth their weight in gold. After completion of the project, the crew was diligent in cleaning the worksite and double checked the surrounding area, doing their best to collect any nails or other debris.

This re-roofing project was stress free, efficient, and very well done. I cannot thank RMC roofing enough for their hard work!

We had RMC roofing replace a roof in our rental, it was very easy and fast. They were also willing to work with our insurance company. Overall, it was a stress free experience and I would recommend RMC to others!

RMC has replaced 2 roofs for me. I had a rental house I was getting ready to put on the market and Clint handled all of the paperwork and dealing with my insurance company for the original claim. Once they got into the job they found more damage on the under layers of the roof. Again Clint contacted and did all the necessary paperwork for my insurance claim. The work was preformed perfectly, the crew was very polite and they cleaned up after the job was done. The house sold 3 months later and the roof passed the inspection with flying colors.

A few months later the home I live in had major wind damage and naturally I called Clint he showed up did the inspection including all the pictures submitted everything my insurance company needed. The crew showed up and once again I have a beautiful new roof. Knowing how caring this company is I am so glad I chose to work with them. Being a widow and not having a husband to take care of this kind of stuff is hard. RMC has given me a sense of security knowing if I have any problems they would come back and address any issues. I highly recommend them and they are who I will use for any future roofing needs.

Rick runs an outstanding company! He and his crew exceeded our expectations with a major roof repair on our flat roof, under a trex deck. Not an easy project. His crew were in an out in just a couple of days and the repair saved us thousands and thousands of dollars in a complete roof replacement. Several other contractors bid on this job and only RMC found a solution to fix our problem without sending me to the poor house! I highly recommend RMC for any of your roofing needs. I had an old leaking hybrid roof that was part pitched and part flat. RMC did a great job providing different options and ultimately installing a new metal roof. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that was done.

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage which I didn't realize is very common for houses in the Albuquerque area. Clint was the agent who handled the my roof inspection and guided me throughout the process. He made what could have been a time consuming difficult process very easy and straightforward. The crew at RMC arrived on time and showed great workmanship, they also cleaned up when they finished the job it was like they were never there. If you're in need of a new roof or are just curious if your roof may qualify for cost covered repair I highly recommend you reach out to Clint for a quote, you'll be glad you did.

RMC is top notch! Clint came buy, and did a damage estimate on my roof. After i filed the insurance claim he made sure to come by and meet the adjuster to ensure they saw ALL the damage. They handled everything, from insurance, to my mortgage company, and also provided me with 2 prepaid envelops to mail my check to the mortgage company and one for them to return it. Once that was complete they had my roof scheduled and completed with in a week. It was worry free stress free ,and the customer service is top notch. I found their quote fair. I recieved some that were above theirs, and 1 that was below but you get what you pay for, and in my opinion i paid for the best available.

I am not the homeowner, but as the renter I was not impressed by the method, the quality of the work, nor the care of the workers. The homeowner contracted RMC to place a sheet metal roof on a shingle roofed house.

It's typical to place sheet metal directly over shingles and that is what the homeowner agreed to. Nevertheless, I would never recommend this method to anyone because the shingles do not provide a smooth surface for the metal to bear on. Your metal will show kinks as anyone walking on the surface will make these kinks because of the divets in the shingles. Furthermore, I would not recommend the method because no inspection of the plywood is done. With the shingles removed, the plywood can be inspected and the metal laid down on a smooth surface.

I was not impressed with the quality of the work because there were simple things left undone like anchoring the cooler legs to the roof and the straps for the gutters. Furthermore, the screw holes were not predrilled and placed carelessly. Laps of the sheet metal are stretched and not tightly fit. Trash was left around the house for days. Eventually, all the anchoring of the gutter and cooler were completed, but only after repeated phone calls. Most of the trash was picked up, but I still find adhesive strips and water bottles.

The care and conduct of the workers is typical for Albuquerque, ie. really poor. The most egregious infraction was dropping panels or some sort of roofing material on my nearby red car. I asked the workers before they started work if I should move my cars. They said no, it would be fine. Considering the metal over shingles method I thought this would be fine because there was little to no demolition. A week after their work was completed I was walking by the red car and noticed new scratches and dents (see pictures). I brought this to the attention of the owner Rick Courville who said that he could not attribute the dents and scratches to his workers. I disagreed and asked him what he would do about it and he said nothing. The workers also managed to get silicone sealant on my blue car of mine (see pictures).

The workers were rude in playing mexican music very loudly while my girlfriend and I were working. The music could be heard very loud and clearly and no consideration was given to the fact that we were busy inside the home. Lastly, the workers gawked and flirted with my girlfriend as she walked to and from her car to the house.

After reading this review you will see the RMC roofing would not be your first choice even though it's my understanding that they're the cheapest. I would recommend that you find a different roofer that is concerned about the quality of the roof, the care of your property, and the conduct of its workers.

RMC did an amazing job on my roof! The whole process only took a few days with the help of their sales rep. Mateo. I was able to upgrade my roof from old shingle to propanel. The whole process was fast and easy and it came out great! Definitely would recommend for anyone needing a new roof.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. Martin the gentleman who helped me was very informative and helpful through out the process. He checked In Regularly to make sure all questions were answered. The crew that worked on the roof were great as well. They did a great job and consistently were making progress to make sure my roof was done as soon as possible. Although they worked fast they did not skip out on quality. My roof went from shingles to metal roof and looks great. Overall i would recommend Martin and RMC Roofing company.
