I have no solicitation sign on my home man from RJI decided to have my children ask for me. Extremely inappropriate. I went out told the man I'm not interested he continues to talk his sales pitch I finally tell him to remove himself off the property and he starts laughing went to the sidewalk and continues talking. I have cameras everywhere and he totally ignored me disregarded NO solicitation sign and talked too my children ALL on CAMERA. I have all the information if the OWNERS wanted to find who this was.
We live in Nevada and weren't familiar with RJI but were impressed with their honest approach to getting our business.
A storm had damaged our roof and they were able to work with our insurance and get us the roof/gutters and window replacement. They had a great roof crew as well as gutter team. The window/patio door installers were pros as well. When there were issues (because let's be honest, no matter how great, there will always be a hiccup or two), they were responsive (like super fast) and easy to work with!
We recommended them to our next door neighbor and he used them for his roof too!
