I just called again. I called last week.Same exact thing. The man answers "heeeellloooo" and does not respond when I say hello in return and ask who I am speaking with! Then after 30 seconds of complete silence I ask again who I am speaking with and if it is a contractor as advertised on Google because I am looking to contract with him and live locally, with no response! I wish I could include screenshots to prove the call and duration of the active call to prove at least that but cannot. Two thumbs down. Update: Even though this happened twice I will be calling from a different in the future when we do our next project to see if that individual answers correctly. If so I will update this review with a different star rating and comments and even give you a shot. Ball is in your court.

It was a great choice to hire RJC General to work on the roof. They are professional and courteous. Cindy, from RJC, was very kind, patient, and helpful. She walked us through the entire process and informed us of any changes. She went out of her way to help us and meet our expectation. The job was great and completed on a timely manner and on budget.

Our project was a complex addition to a 40+ year old house. RJC was responsible for all roofing, gutters and downspouts, siding and soffits. Cindy and her father Rogelio were very helpful in matching materials and recommending the best roofing options prior to construction. During construction we were always kept informed of when work would start and be completed.
The addition had a complex roof with both pre-finished metal and composition shingles. The siding was Hardie plank matching our existing cedar siding. All of the workmanship was excellent. The tradesmen took great pride in making sure all things were done just right and it showed.
RJC is an exceptional family owned contractor that is friendly, knowledgeable and always accommodating. I would welcome them on any of my projects in the future.

We had RJC help us with replacing our roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. The staff were all very friendly and walked us through the process. We felt taken care of throughout the project! Definitely recommend and look forward to working with RJC in the future!

RJC was excellent and attentive on a recent install for several homes in my HOA to include mine. Company owner is personally involved in all aspects of the business and is extremely detail oriented. Installation happened exactly as planned. Follow up was excellent. Owner got up on my roof to inspect everything was as it should be and fixed all minor issues after the roof was installed. Call Cindy for a fast estimate, be sure to get multiple estimates and you will see why RJC is a contender.

Very responsive and quick to get in and out. They are good at what they do. A plus is the ability to communicate with my mom (the homeowner) in Spanish. Highly recommended

RJC replaced the siding and sheathing for our Herndon home. I don’t know if there are enough words for how wonderful it was working with them from start to finish! Cindy was incredibly responsive and willing to price out several different options for us, even as things kept changing when our HOA rejected our first choice for siding. We felt the price was a great value and everything finished AHEAD of schedule and exactly on budget! This is a small family business and man, you feel the difference in the pride they take in their work vs a huge company in this area. Our home looks beautiful and I recommend them with absolutely no reservations!

Amazingly professional, products best quality, and warranty is for 30 years. The owner, is pleasant, extremely kind and estimate is affordable. He actually gets on the roof, to seek evaluation, not google air search. Clean-up looks as they ever been on the property. They drape all patio furniture, and drape all bushes around the complete property. Highly recommended, you will be completely satisfied, and proud.

I truly recommend Cindy and her team for any type of house repairs or renovations. RJC construction went up and beyond my expectations. I am a bit nit picky when comes down to getting work done and precise. RJC was very responsive to come by and give me a quote, was very professional, and did a great job updating my bathroom when I was out of town. The team was patient with my slow responses (thanks to timezones/cell service), found, bought reasonably priced supplies, and corrected plumbing issues in the bathroom.

They did such a great job that I'll definitely be contacting them when I decide how to update my basement!! :)
