RJ Champagne Construction

Based on a recommendation from a friend, my wife and I contracted with RJ Champagne Construction to perform a complete renovation of my deceased Mother-in-Law's home in preparation for sale. Randy Champagne met with us personally and my wife conveyed the sense of urgency to get the repairs completed quickly and within our budget. She also conveyed that this house held great emotional and sentimental value as it was her Mother's home for 46+ years. Randy took her comments to heart understanding my wife's emotional difficulty with selling her Mother's home. Randy personally supervised the renovations which included structural repairs, a new roof, painting all interior walls, new baseboards and new flooring throughout the home. He communicated frequently with my wife throughout the process keeping her update on his progress and completed all of the work ahead of schedule. His crews were courteous, professional and the quality of his company's work is second to none. The end result was amazing and within budget. It was like walking into a new model home. The house sold immediately and we could not be happier. What made this experience even more incredible is that we were working with Randy while living 8 hours away in Florida. Randy and his crew did excellent work. They were timely, thorough and clean. We were completely satisfied with Randy’s work while renovating two of our bathrooms, and look forward to Randy doing additional renovations and improvements to our house in the future.
