Kevin and his team did all of the heavy lifting dealing with the insurance company for my wind damage claim. The roof looks great and was installed in one day. The gutters look great and were installed in about 6 hours. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and Kevin was always available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Riverside Roofing to anyone needing their roof done.

As a retired single woman, I thoroughly did my research. I made several calls, read online reviews & narrowed it down to 3 companies to come for estimates. I did not have an insurance claim. All 3 companies were recommended to me by friends in the area.
Riverside scores over 5 stars. From the first call to the completed roof, Kevin and his sons were in constant communication and patiently answered all my questions. This company is the only one that was fully certified and insured. Their estimate was complete & everything was explained regarding the type of shingles & materials being used. This is the only company that had an extended 50 warranty. They used all new materials & install double the ice shield of 6’ vs 3’ the other companies install. Work was completed as scheduled in one day. The workers on the roof worked like a fine tuned machine. If you get gutters, these are installed on another day & again, care was taken to get quality materials with wider downspouts. My brother in law is a retired builder/engineer and he highly praised the work done on my roof. Three of my neighbors also used Riverside Roofers and my son in Minneapolis is also getting a new roof from them. After completion, one son came for a walk through to make sure everything was correctly done. After a month, Kevin & another son stopped in to do a final check & to see if I had any concerns. You will not regret using Riverside Roofers. This family owned business treats you like you are part of their family; they take great pride in their work.

We recently had the roof of our house plus that of our outside shed replaced, and we are simply amazed about how smoothly the process went. The job was undertaken by The Riverside Roofing (and St. Croix Roofing and Contracting) Company.

• The project started with the company’s representative (Phil Nyholm) knocking at our door to bring storm damage to several sections of our roof to our attention. Our relationship with the company started then.
• We contacted our insurance company, and they assigned a representative of theirs to manage the process. When the insurance representative came to do the actual inspection, Mr. Nyholm joined her to ensure all the damaged areas were recorded.
• After the approval by the insurance company, Riverside Roofing, led by Kevin, negotiated with the insurance company to get a new Plywood Overlay approved.
• Once all the approvals were achieved, Riverside promptly brought their crew and got the roofing job done in about a day!

Overall, we were satisfied with the entire encounter, and when the time comes for us to change the siding on our house, we will consider Riverside Roofing.

In my experienced with Riverside was their highest desire to serve their customers. Kevin to uses a consultative sales approach with his experience and knowledge to provide a product that looks great and will last many years. Their inspection didn’t stop with just the roof but also knew where to look for possible hail damage on siding, shed and trailers. Kevin showed his enthusiasm by helping me to get the insurance adjuster on site.His crews provided artisan like workmanship, never taking short cuts and were respectful to protect the landscaping and owners personal property. Riverside always stayed in contact with me throughout the project. It’s hard NOT to recommend a company that walks their talk.

Had a great experience with Riverside Roofing. Kevin came to our house many times and talked to us about what we wanted done. He was very informative as to the insurance claim process and he worked with the claims people from start to finish. Kevin and his sons Garrett, Gavin, and Gage were very professional and knowledgeable about the business. Had an amazing experience from the start of our home repairs until the end! Gage was our main point of contact, but due to a number of hail damage areas needing to be repaired we actual got to work with the entire family (Kevin, Gage, Gavin, and Garrett)! From roofing to gutters to siding and much more, they did it all. They worked with us, with our insurance company, and as needed with other companies to ensure we got what we needed. The entire team was always just a text or phone call away and anytime we had questions they responded quickly and professionally! Phil and Kevin were great at communicating and answering questions, even when I didn't understand the answer and had to ask for another way of explaining the answer. The roofing crew were professional and worked FAST. They cleaned up as well as you can with all the small pieces that come off.

I had bad experiences in the past so i was a little hesitant to get this done .. but Phil was a total professional. He was polite, courteous, answered my many questions. As the new roofing project progressed let me say this was more than just a new roof. My roof needed major repair besides replacement! Phil and his crew were fast, efficient, professional and not only met but exceeded my expectations. Kudos to St. Croix Roofing & Contracting.

Kevin and Gavin were very responsive and knowledgable with my questions and worked well with my insurance adjuster. They went above and beyond to help me patch a small whole in my garage roof until replacement in the spring.

We needed a new roof, siding, and gutters following a major hail storm. Kevin stopped out and thoroughly explained the claims process to us (our first time ever submitting a homeowners claim). He walked us through the whole process, worked with our insurance, and kept us updated throughout the process. Their team was fast and efficient and did great work. Basically every house in our town had some extent of hail damage and there were many different contractors working in town, but our house was one of the first ones fully fixed! They were great to work with!!

Gavin worked (and walked) us through every step of getting our new roof. He was available to speak with our insurance adjuster and showed up on the weekend with his crew to knock out our roof. It was quick and everyone was friendly and helpful. The work was well cleaned up and we never found a roof nail on the ground! And our roof just look beautiful. Hoping to work with this company again for siding and windows :)

Phil showed up one day about a month after a bad storm and offered a free inspection. It was about a month after the storm, and while the neighbors had new roofs, I hadn't done anything yet. Am I glad I waited! Phil and Kevin did a great job walking me through the process of getting my insurance claim done and installing a new roof. Phil always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had a question. They had a lot of options for shingles, and they got done quickly! I highly recommend them for any project.

Phil and Kevin showed up at our door one day and offered to do a free inspection of our roof. Though we were skeptical, we allowed it.

Without promising anything, they claimed that we had enough damage to our roof that we might qualify, so I gave our insurance company a call.

Three months later, we were getting a brand new roof installed!
The team they had installing our roof did a fantastic job! They were quick and fairly quiet considering the scope of work, and they took EXCELLENT care to make sure that none of our pepper plants got harmed in the process!
Not to mention, they went above and beyond and fixed the rotted-out parts of our roof and covered the areas where we had leaking issues with extra waterproofing! All this in time for some heavy rain!!

I am grateful that they knocked on our door!

I contacted St Croix Roofing after a storm came through my neighborhood. They made it easy to schedule an appointment. The inspector was very thorough and courteous. He provided me with a detailed description of my roof and helped me understand what my options are. I'm glad I gave them a call and will be using them in the future.
