One of this company's drivers came to my house by mistake, drove in my yard and tore it up, got stuck in the ditch, collapsed the drain pipe for the ditch, had to call a tow company to get him out......and now they are stiffing me with the bill for repairs THEY made to MY property. The manager I talked to said over text they would send some people down to fix it. I came home from the hospital with leukemia and nothing was done. I went ahead and hired someone to fix everything, sent riverside the invoice I paid with my money.....and now my emails and texts are just being ignored. I am losing sleep over this and stressing about something this company did. Apparently I'm going to just have to go the legal route. It seems not only are the drivers incompetent, the manager is too. It seems no one there cares about doing the right thing. I would never do business with these people.
