This has to be the worst contractor I've seen. They ruined my aluminum siding and had the worst communication skills ever.
Took our deposit and went silent until I pressed the issue. They never asked/warned/explained.
They tried to hide the damage by throwing white trim everywhere without asking.

This has to be the worst contractor i've seen. They ruined my aluminum siding, and the newer paint job on my home. The sale's Leonard has the worst communication skills ever. No follow ups, no confirmation, nothing. Took our deposit and went silent until i pressed the issue. They ruined my siding, then tried to hide it by having a guy come back out and throw white trim everywhere. They never asked/warned/explained. Dude just showed up said he was here to fix the siding as we was leaving. Came back to white trim all over my home. Trim i didn't want nor ask for. This company has been the biggest regret.

Bailey is absolutely amazing. I called him last minute about my roof. Explained my insurance demands and how I was treated with a different contractor. Bailey immediately calm me down explained what they offer and how he can help. Not only did Bailey keep me updated with every step. He also answered every phone call. He also was able to get everything done within my insurance deadline. I hate I can only give 5 stars. He was amazing!

Highly recommend Riverside Restoration for all your roofing needs. After our free inspection, Ozzy came and met with our insurance adjuster and they were able to get us approved for a new roof and siding! Great communication and great people to work with. Built in one day and cleaned up so well it was like no one was ever here! Thank you to the Riverside Restoration team!

Ozzy and his team were amazing! They came out and gave a no hassle roof inspection, and handled the claim process from front to back. We had no issues, and all the work they did was outstanding. We ended up with the following being replaced as a result of the damage, and all work was completed by them.
