Thank you, Riverhead, for our beautiful kitchen! We decided to use Riverhead to remodel our kitchen after shopping around and following a fantastic experience with the RBS landscaping department earlier this year. As with most kitchen remodels, ours was challenging, especially considering it was a large job. We converted two rooms into one ample space. We purchased the Medallion cabinets, which are stunning and well-made. We also purchased the countertops and cabinet hardware through Riverhead, which are all beautifully crafted. In the end, Todd got us through to the finish line! He is a consummate professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely patient! Thank you for taking care of us and our kitchen! I highly recommend Riverhead for your building supply needs! We will be back as we continue to renovate our home. What a great place to meet some very helpful people. The people are what sells the products. You can go anywhere to buy something, but wouldn’t you rather work with people who you would have at your home?

Marcia Bartha did a great job on my small kitchen. She was able to work within my budget and give me a great final product.

When I called to note that there was water in the twenty bags of stone dust I bought (as a heads up[) the representative said " well it's been raining out" . The fact that the material is in heavy plastic bags and should be dry to spread correctly was lost on respondent. So a friendly heads up turned into OK I will buy elsewhere. Who hired her?

Buyer, beware! Purchased pavers for a sidewalk after viewing them in the Niantic showroom as well as in the catalog. Pavers were promptly delivered and since we were going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday, we took a look at the top layer on the pallet, and it appeared to be similar to what we picked out. We returned after they were installed by a reputable contractor to find that the colors of the pavers were in some cases dramatically different than what we had viewed in the store. We discussed with a Riverhead showroom person who agreed that there was a big difference in color, but later retracted that after speaking with their installers(?). Contacted Unilock directly as advised and after several weeks, a representative was sent out to inspect the sidewalk and he left saying that he would speak to his supervisor. Bottom line 3 months later the response is that the pavers we received are the correct ones although they are very different than the showroom exhibit (see attached pictures). We were told after raising this issue that we should’ve gone out and looked at the actual pavers in the supply yard. We were not told at the time of purchase that the the exhibits in the show room did not actually reflect what we would be getting. We do not think that Riverhead stood by the product they sold, nor do we think that Unilock worked with us to appropriately resolve the situation.

Very helpful. They will have most anything you need for lumber, painting etc. Interesting displays of possible home modifications like hand rails, cable runs. Etc.

If I could give zero stars I would, stay as far away from this lumberyard as possible. Our company set up an account then ordered material for a custom deck materials around 35k. Riverhead took order conformed gave delivery date 4 to 6 weeks. Material arrived and now Riverhead is extorting us for cash because we met a 20k limit they set for us. now keep in mind there are no unpaid bills no outstanding invoices over 2 weeks. It is solid case of a zero customer service entity taking advantage. Please stay as far away as possible never have we dealt with such an unprofessional business.if a representative from this shotty company would like to contact me I would encourage the call, but we all know they will not. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Ordered 300 sq feet of stone. I inspected what was delivered as did our Mason (whom they know well). We were shorted by 90 sq feet and I’m still waiting on them to fix their error and deliver the remainder of our order. Horrendous customer service! Can’t believe the hoops we have to jump through to receive the product we already paid for!

Best place for lumber and building materials around. Great customer service, delivery that always arrives the day it's supposed to, and staffed by people who actually know the trades and demands of those working in them. Very highly recommended!
