Jody, Riverhead’s screen door expert, did an amazing job realigning our old door. It now shuts securely - finally keeping the drafts out. No one before him could fix it. Great job. Nice guy. Thank you, Riverhead.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought two screen doors about 2 yrs ago. They recommended a guy named Chris, who did a horrible job installing the doors. Also, took off my doorbell and never returned to put it back on. The front one broke within 2 weeks and the back one has now broken 2 years later I didn’t expect to spend $2k to not be able to open my doors. Called Riverhead and was told the only thing I can do is buy new doors again! Like I’d ever purchase something there again in my life!!! Save yourself money and just go to HOME DEPOT or LOWE’S.

From the order desk (Keith) to the 8am Saturday morning delivery guy (Alex) working with RBS has been easy, helpful, polite, and cost effective, even in today's materials shortages.
I couldn't be happier with the all around service the staff provides.

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen through Riverhead Building Supply with Megan Roberts! She's very helpful, knowledgeable and super responsive--awesome to work with! Our cabinets and countertops are top notch and look great in our space. Plus, Megan came up with a kitchen layout solution that we would never have thought of on our own. Definitely recommend!

I have to agree with Fooman 45. Dealing with Riverhead has been a nightmare. From giving us the wrong materials, to not working with us on defective products and getting the run around for warranties. They definitely stick with contractors over consumers. And yes we have contacted multiple people at Riverhead to no avail.

Ordered sliders through Riverhead that has turned into an abomination. The gentleman at the main counter took the order and has messed up every part of the order. The measurement was off causing the contractor to have to widen the ruff opening at an extra cost to us and because it was ordered and in production and refused to change it. Now they have added new charges for items that were not on the original quote...The billing department has called stating we owe $1600, when we already paid everything in full. It has been nothing but bad costumer service and an attitude from the guys at Riverhead. We wanted to support a local company, but it seems they rather cater to contractors then customers.

Update: Part of this order was for two doors (sliders) our contractor installed the first door (luckily he's crafty) when he went to install the second door it turns out THAT was ordered wrong as well! WTH RiverHead! The guy at the counter stated that it was an standard door, it turns out an 82” tall doors IS NOT standard! So to respond to your offer to speak to a manager on this issue. NO! it is too late. We will no longer do business with your company and will pass on our experience with Riverhead to others.

They are on top of their game best lumbar around all number one stock makes building so much easier sales staff inside and O in the field bend over backwards to make your job easier I am a contractor I don't deal directly with them but my Solomon does and he raves every time deliveries right on time Strongly recommend AJ will make anything in his power happen for you
