River Oaks Roofing is one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They have the job nailed down to a science, they’re very neat, which you’d never expect from a roofing crew; professional and even fixed a few extra things for me. They’re AWESOME to work with!! Even my neighbors hired them! You will not be disappointed in hiring them!!!

First, River Oaks makes scheduling an appointment a breeze , with a clear process using their website, and/or calling the central office.
The complimentary roof inspection, by Patrick Wallace,
was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
His inspection revealed not a roofing issue, rather a faulty vent pipe, which he documented with photos, Then he graciously shared those photos and advised it be replaced, and contact him again if I needed any further assistance.
So when I do need a new roof, or repairs, this is the team I will trust to handle the job.

We had a small issue with a ~10 foot section of our roof that made the rain pour onto our porch (built poorly by previous contractor). No roofing company would take the time to fix it after a consultation because it wasn’t a big enough problem for them to make a large payout on —except for River Oaks. They answered our calls, responded promptly, showed up, and solved it. It impacted our porch (and everything on it) & our ability to use our outdoor space completely. We are really appreciative of their time and consideration to help small significant problems like ours. Extremely kind staff. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company.
They deal with your insurance company with great skill. They negotiated an entire roof for us when the original claim was only for about one third. Showed up on time. Responsive when you reach out to them. When a few things were damaged during the roofing process, i.e. a deck board, they fixed all of them within a couple days. The new roof looks great.

River Oaks Roofing went above and beyond! They themselves took the hassle of dealing with the insurance company on themselves to make things easier on me! My roof was completed super quickly, while they also took measures to protect my shrubbery and leave no mess around the house. River Oaks was such a pleasure to work with throughout every step of the way!

I had River Oaks Roofing come out and inspect my parents roof for possible storm damage, due to the recent round of storms we had. I liked that the company was local and the inspector Jacob was HAAG certified. He gave me a 15 minute curtesy call to let me know he on his way to the inspection, which I appreciated because we had just laid our baby down for a nap, so I was able to let him know not to ring the doorbell. Turned out our roof was in good shape and had a few more years left. He even went the extra mile and silicone a few potential leak areas. I got a full photo report link sent directly to my phone, so I could see everything for myself. I really appreciate this roofing companies honesty and professionalism. If we have any problems in the future, I will definitely be calling them again for a roof replacement.

I had an excellent experience using River Oaks for my roof replacement. To review my experience, the work was quality and the staff was very professional. They were out when they said they would be, and cleaned up exceptionally well following the job. I certainly appreciate the way they handled my situation and my roofing job. I would highly recommend River Oaks Construction for any roofing needs. They were very professional and handled everything from the initial roof inspection, including meeting with the insurance inspector, to installing the roof. They communicated with my insurance throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with at River Oaks was very courteous and professional and I am very satisfied with the job they did.

This company left a note on my door telling me I had hail damage on my roof and that I should call them and file an insurnace claim. I did. The insurance adjuster came out and found NO damage. I showed him the note with River Oaks business card. He laughed and told me that the sales people get paid by getting people to file a claim. Well about 8 weeks later I recieved my renewal and my insurance went up from $2200 a year to $2800. My Agent said it was due to the claim I filed. Then I recieved a letter today, I now have 60 days to replace my roof or the insurance company is going to cancel my policy. Do not do business with these people!!

I wanted to hire this company to do my roof, thinking that they were a local company. After checking into them, I found out this is, in fact NOT a local company at all. They are from the Jackson Area and the address listed is not an actual businesss. It is an apartment complex!!! They do not even have an office here. Not very honest to represent yourselves as a local company like this. If they are this dishonest in marketing, how could I ever trust them to do the roof right?

River Oaks made me feel like family. April was more than helpful on the phone and had me lined up with a roof inspection on the same day. The actual roof replacement was done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have with the whole process is with my insurance. Thank you Patrick for taking care of that headache for me!
