River Oaks Roofing

River Oaks turned a stressful situation into a seamless process. Their staff took the time to explain the process and communicated with me regularly. Everyone from the owner, admin staff, & the workers who replaced my roof provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Let me tell you this. Dealing with this company has been a bit of a issue from the start. I purchased my house in 2020 and it desperately needed a new roof so I called these guys. They cam out gave me an estimate took my deposit all was good. They told me "we are booking 3 weeks out this will be the install date"(I forget date I was given). That date approached and 2 day before I called to confirm they were coming. "We will be there" was the response I got. The day comes and at noon still not there. So I called and I was told they arnt going to make it and it be another 3 weeks before they came out (Mind you I'm wanting to do a complete renovation on my house that is being held up by the roofing project). I told them that is unacceptable I waited my 3 week I was on the schedule you need to come out and do my roof. They rearrange some things and got out the next day. They got it done in one day. Fast a few years I went up on the roof to blow leaves and branches off my roof and noticed that a rubber boot was split apart. I called them to come out and fix it now I'm getting the run around and can't get them to call me back.

1st class operation. They did everything they promised in a very professional and timely manner. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

** Update: I had my roof replaced by River Oaks a little over a year ago. They did an exceptional job on that. Recently, I noticed a leak and contacted them to come take a look. Through no fault of theirs, a pipe from a new water heater was not correctly installed by the plumber. From the time I contacted them until they had it fixed was less than two days. I was extremely satisfy and would highly recommend River Oaks Roofing for any of your future needs!

The team at RiverOaks Roofing is nothing less than 5 star. Best roofing contractors! I called them for a roof inspection and their inspector, Christian, was extremely professional and informed me there was no roof damage. While he was there for the inspection, I had him provide me an estimate for gutters and to extend my patio concrete. The pricing was unbeatable and they had the gutters installed and concrete laid in no time. RiverOaks owner, Patrick, even noticed that the gutters I already had on the back of the house were installed incorrectly and volunteered to reinstall them! They go above and beyond for their customers. I will always use RiverOaks and highly recommend them!

Very involved owner who cares about the job they do for their customers. Had a couple of hitches in our get along during my job but what earned them five stars was how promptly and professionally they made it right.
Needed a new repair after a tree clipped our roof and they were extremely fast in getting it fixed and matched the shingles perfectly. Couldn’t tell where it was repaired. Patrick and Ulises have went out of their way to make us satisfied customers.

We were in need of a long overdue roof replacement for our house including repairs to the roof decking and fascia. Really bad!! After dealing with a number of local roofing companies, we ultimately chose River Oaks. We also wanted to upgrade from the 3-tab to the architectural-style shingles and went with a GAF roofing system. Indeed we made the right choice as these guys more than delivered with the installation and repairs. The experience was professional, honest, transparent, and they committed to the scheduled install date. We are very happy with the results. This is an awesome company. My insurance company denied that I needed a roof after the hail in March of this year. I had four different companies tell me I needed a roof. That being said, Beau Dennis told me he would turn it over to his in-house adjusters. They have dealt with most everything for me, and I’m getting a roof. By the way, I now have a leak in my kitchen. River Oaks installed a new roof for us in 2020. With all of the recent storms we had some shingles damaged. I called and spoke with Ulysses and he had a team at my house the next day doing repairs.

I had a positive experience throughout the entire process. I’ve never done this before and I was really confused about how insurance works. They walked me through every step and Beau and Anna Marie were really helpful. The crew that installed the roof was bigger than I had expected so they were finished in one day. I thought a new roof would take at least a few days. The paperwork part for insurance took a little longer but that is ok because they helped me with getting it all approved. Overall it was a good experience and I was happy with the customer service.

They were very professional from the inspection all the way to the roof installation. This is not your typical roofing company. They are licensed and insured which made me trust even more that they were the right company to install my roof. The customer service at the office was great as well. I highly recommend using this company if you are unfamiliar with the roofing process. They took the liberty of working with my insurance company to make the process as painless as possible for me. My roof looks amazing and my yard was as it was, before they started the installation. Highly recommend.

I never dreamed that I could have an entire roof removed & replaced within 4 1/2 hours! River Oaks has an outstanding reputation & I’m glad I hired them for this job. This is a professional group of men who take pride in their work. I watched the entire process and followed every step they completed. Around 20-25 men went to work at 7:30 a.m. As they were removing old shingles, they discovered two additional areas that needed repair due to water damaged & deterioration. It was fixed immediately. The roofing crew applied the FeltBuster, ice & water protectors in the valleys, and installed the beautiful architectural shingles. They left my property in perfect condition. River Oaks gets my 5-star rating & my highest recommendation for workmanship.

I have dealt with River Oaks Roofing and construction on two separate occasions. The first time was for a roof leak. It was a difficult problem that River Oaks was able to solve.
The second time I called on them was for a roof replacement due to wind and hail damage.

The crew and materials were above my expectations with a finished job well done. There was a supervisor on duty to inspect every phase of the installation. My insurance company USAA commented how compatible their billing system was with their system pertaining to entering all the information. I highly reccomend this company without reservation. We hired River Oaks Construction to replace our roof and repair some water damage caused by a leak in our garage. We got estimates from three different companies. Patrick’s estimate fell in the middle, but his professionalism is what ultimately lead us to hire them. His crew showed up on time, were very polite and did a great job on our roof.
