Great company. They took care of my roof when I had hail damage. Unfortunately, the owner has retired and closed up shop.
We had several estimates and Ritter Roofing came in lowest. However, his customer service is top notch. Gary is always available to speak with and his communication during the process was excellent. He replaced our roof and shingles and installed vents and repaired some rotting wood on the dormer. He continued to update us through the 2015 rainy spring as we had to delay multiple times due to weather. The job took three days and his crew is hard-working, efficient and respectful. The crew chief had the roofers stop work if we had to exit or enter the home so that we were not rained on with debris. On the last day a huge storm moved through with rain and hail. Not only did they cover and protect the open dormer, but they covered the palnts I had just planted so they would not get hail damage! All aspects of this job went smoothly and I would highly recommend them!
