The Riley Hays crew were on time and were very polite. They took great care to not damage my new rain gutters as they worked on replacing all of the screws in a metal roof on my sunroom which was originally installed in 2001. They used larger metal screws and oversized soft washers to ensure that the roof wouldn’t leak. They also installed a vent under the metal ridge cap. After the installation, they used a blower to clean the entire roof and any debris off the sidewalks and driveway. They worked fast and efficiently. Riley Hays replaced the architectural shingles on the roof of my house after a hail storm in 2015 and did a great job so I will definitely continue to use them for any and all future roofing needs.

I had my roof repaired and a gutter moved. I could not ask for a better experience. Communication and the work were 10+ out of 10. The cost was very reasonable. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Riley Hays roofing did an outstanding job replacing the wooden roof on our home with new cedar shakes making use of the existing (and expensive) copper caps & flashing. They cleaned up as the job progressed so we did not live with a mess. They covered all items in 2 attic spaces to prevent damage.

Riley Roofing has wonderful employees that understand what I want with my roofing job. I was so surprised that the roofers came early one morning and before the end of the day they were finished. I couldn’t ask for morel than that.

They did an awesome job and was there as scheduled. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Communication was great and my new roof looks perfect.

Sealed my chimney. They were punctual, explained how they would do it, took the necessary time to complete the job. When finished they showed me pictures of what they did which was highly appreciated as there is no way I can get up on my roof.

They refused to back up their work, so they lost future business from us. They want us to pay them to fix the product of poor fit and finish from previous work they performed.

We hired Riley Hays Roofing & Construction to repair loose shingles on our roof, repair rotted areas around the chimney, seal areas where the chimney had deteriorated, and install a copper cap on the chimney to ensure that animals (namely bats) couldn't get in. This was December of 2021. The work was completed and they were paid in full January 2022.

When the work was completed, the chimney cap looked great from the street, however there was a gap between the masonry (the chimney was constructed of stone in 1940) and the bottom of the chimney cap. The gap was only noticeable when standing on my top step looking directly up at the chimney, so I didn't sweat it.

In spring of 2023, small brown bats began to roost in the gap created by the installation of the chimney cap. I thought we were done with them, as that was one of the big reasons we installed a screened cap on the chimney in the first place. Bat droppings were falling on my front porch. I really like bats while they're flying around eating bugs, but their droppings on our porch were a potential health hazard. I called and spoke to the receptionist, relayed my concerns, and was informed that the animals would need to be gone before the work could be done. Fine. I called an exterminator that specialized in bats, squirrels, and the like. $1800 was the estimate they gave. I spoke with another exterminator about an estimate, and he (a real good ole boy) told me that he could do the work, but that particular variety of bat would likely leave when it got cold enough. I did my best to keep their droppings swept (usually twice daily) off my porch through summer and fall. The last of the bats left in December 2023.

I contacted Riley Hays Roofing in February 2024 when the weather started improving. I have a few loose shingles on my roof that I need repaired, and would like the gap around the chimney closed off so animals couldn't get in. A representative from Riley Hays came out for an estimate on Wednesday 3/6/2024. He was an hour late, and only returned my call after I called the office to see where he was. My wife was having to wait, because we'd scheduled the time so she could be at the house on her lunch break.

We received an estimate on Friday 3/8/2024 via email. I phoned the representative to speak with him about it, and told him that I was fine with the estimate for the shingle repair, but didn't feel that it was right for me to pay them again to fix work they'd done previously. That just doesn't seem right to me. The representative went in great detail about the steep pitch of my roof, all that would be involved, etc. I reiterated that I wasn't planning on paying them to fix work they'd already done. He told me that he would speak with the owner of the company about it and that I would receive an updated estimate on Monday.

Now it is Thursday 3/14/2024, and after receiving no further contact from Riley Hays Roofing, I (again) initiated contact to follow up. When I received a call back from the representative, he informed me that they wouldn't be doing what would amount to "free labor" to alleviate the situation with my chimney. The previous job had cost us over $3700 that we paid promptly. If I weren't getting ready to pay them for other work on my roof, and they wouldn't be on site working anyway, maybe I could come closer to understanding this. I informed him that his company had lost the current job as well as any future business from me. From the lack of communication throughout the process and lack of willingness to even consider backing their previous work. I don't think this bothers them, so here's my Google review.

I was looking at my roof this morning. It looks so wonderful. Even my backyard and front yard look great. This was such an easy experience. Sarah and Tyler Kelly are the best. The communication was perfect and they walked us through each step. The adjuster for our insurance company was impressed with Tyler’s professionalism. The crew was great and you could tell they care about their work. Don’t use a gypsy. Just use Riley Hays.

Kwesi has been great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful through the process. Roof was done in 3/4 no issues and gutters look great!

Riley Hays Roofing & Construction has done a couple of small roof repairs for me, and then a storm came through and did enough damage that I had to replace the roofs on both my house and detached garage. Every single person I have talked to at RH has been pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They started the job on schedule and finished it on budget. If I ever need another roof in Central Arkansas, they will be my first call.

I am extremely satisfied with the work Riley Hays Roofing did at my house. Mr. Riley worked me in because I had an "active" leak, the work crew was fantastic, the price was very reasonable and they truly did leave my yard better than they found it. Highly recommend.

Two years ago we needed a vent hood installed. As that requires penetrating the roof we asked around and got a recommendation for a roofing contractor. Riley Hays sent a gentleman named Jorge to look at the job. Long story short - when the hail storm came through and caused damage to our roof and siding, we called Jorge. Riley Hays has scored two for two with us. Based on an interaction with Jorge and the evident quality of work on our project, our neighbor has also chosen Riley Hays to perform their repairs.

Jared and the team are top notch professionals. Jared was thorough in answering all of my questions and willing to help me think well through the myriad of options for our roof. Even though winter weather forced a rescheduling of the work, their staff was prompt to touch base as soon as it was apparent they would not be able to meet the agreed upon schedule. During the day of roof replacement, their crew was thorough in prepping the perimeter of the house by covering plants and even taking down our patio lights to avoid damage from falling shingles.

Although I hope to sell this home before we need another roof, should we find ourselves needing another roof in their service area in the future, they’ll be the only call we make.

Rodney Carr and his team were very professional, completed their work in a timely manner and communicated well through the whole process. They even helped me figure out my insurance and what fees I’d have to cover. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m very disappointed I paid for my roof to get fixed the contract said no warranty because I was just getting my roof fixed and not a new one why the next time it rained it started leaking I thought it might have been from the first time but today it rained heavy and it leaking in the same spot as I paid to get it fixed they was done so fast made me think that they didn’t fix anything will not recommend this company bad business! I can understand if it started leaking in a new place but how it can leak in the same spot I paid to get fixed!

I am very grateful to Riley Hays Roofing. I needed to have a new roof put on before the exterior of my house is painted starting November 6th. I called them on Tuesday, Oct. 3rd. Rodney Carr came out the next morning to inspect my roof. I had already researched the brand and type of shingle I wanted and knew the supplier had it in stock. Rodney Carr was so efficient. He had me a quote the next day. He and the staff worked so hard to fit me into their schedule. They replaced my roof on October 16th. Rodney Carr and his crew did an awesome job. I am so picky. I had noticed that I could see some silver flashing showing next to the original chimney. My request was basically for cosmetic purposes. His crew did not hesitate to go back up on the roof after they were finished and put shingles over that flashing.. They were very tidy and blew all the leaves off my front porch and back deck before they put back my furniture. If you ever need your roof replaced, I would definitely recommend Riley Hayes Roofing!

First Roofing company could not find the leak, walked all over the roof in crocs was more interested in his friend that lived down the street. Jorge at Riley Hayes was on spot! He identified areas of defective shingles and many missing roofing nails due to improper installment 10 years ago. He kept in frequent communication with me up to time and thru installation. Crew got the work done and cleaned up in one day. Very Happy with Riley Hayes Roofing and their staff.

I think the roof installation was extremely well done I especially liked the way everything was tarped even though they tarped everything I still picked up over 50 nails in the grass l understand that it was late on Friday when they finished but I think they should and maybe they did use a rolling magnet to get more nails all in all a nice job I would definitely recommend you if was asked to recommend a good roofing company

Asked for someone to tarp my roof and they sent someone the next day.

Hunter surveyed the roof and provided an estimate very quickly.

Unfortunately, the numerous roof repairs did cause a backlog for the shingles to my roof, but once available, were installed quickly.

Invoice and correspondence were completed electronically so it was easy to keep documentation of the roof repair.

A 3.5% charge to use a credit card would have applied, but that’s standard to cover merchant fees.

Overall, Riley Hays made it very simple to get my roof repaired.

Riley Hayes and their representative, Hunter did a great job. They arrived on time , did a great job and responded to any questions or requests that I had. They did all of the paperwork with the insurance company and made this a apinless process.

I’ve had 2 roofs installed by Riley Hays Roofing. They also removed a DirecTV dish from a roof and replaced some shingles. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Fair pricing, excellent quality, courteous, professional employees who clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this comapny!

I like that they came out to give me a quote fast. I understand the weather is really hot right now so I don’t blame them for the delay in getting my work done to my roof. The only thing I wish they would have communicated with me better as far as updates go and time frame I waited a month to get my work done! And wasn’t sure if I was going to have to hire someone else to get it done because communication was lacking! but it got done today I would have gave a 5 stars but me having to email and call for updates didn’t make me happy with the amount of money being spent I know it wasn’t a big job or thousands of dollars but I just wish I could have gotten treated like a customer that was spending thousands of dollars. I think I was patient with the whole experience and hope if I need work done it will be a better experience and process.

No reason to use any other company. They’re professional and on-time. Riley Hays patched my roof, repaired around the chimney, and then painted some interiors because of water damage. You couldn’t ask for a better service company. Cheerful, non-intrusive, informative, and priced very well. Do not use anyone else in Little Rock.

Jorge, Project Mgr. was professional and responsive to the work I needed done. The young man who did the work keep me informed . He was very respectful. I thought the price was reasonable. So far I’m satisfied with the work and would recommend you give them a call for your roofing needs.

My house got hit by the tornado on March 31. We used Riley Hays to put on our roof. They started two weeks after the original date. I understand they were busy but it was still disappointing. Nevertheless, the final product is good.

Although much better than other contractors, they could improve on communication (the front office is great at it, Rodney not so much).

They came back and fixed the chimney flashing too which was great.

So I am highly recommending this company. We had gutters added to the house. We had gutters on the front of the house but when we bought it there were no other gutters and contacted Riley. Initially I was a little frustrated and the team that came out didn’t call and were not home at the time. In fact our fence gates were even locked so they probably had to even jump the fence. We communicated that we should have gotten a call and that there was one section of the house that gutters were not installed. They apologized as the crew was supposed to call first and it was a mistake. Apparently the missing section was not quoted in the first place and was missed during the estimate process. So the installers didn’t do that one section. Riley has been great though with follow up and communication! They even came back out and recognized they just missed that section. What impressed me most is that they made it right and resent out a crew to finish what was initially missed. I love a company that stands behind their offering even if there was a mistake and make it right. That is a company you want to hire, one that is above reproach and makes things right!
