After I received a bid from Right Way Roofing and one from another roofing company, I selected Right Way's bid. It was much lower and was very comparable in scope. The date was set, I chose the shingles and the work began next day. It was a big job since I had two layers of shingles on my roof that had to be removed. I was very impressed with the workers. They were friendly, polite and worked hard. The work went on all day and only stopped when it began to grow dark. Amazingly, by then, they were all finished with the job. The men cleaned up all their equipment, and left my porch and patio clean of shingle dust & grit. The next day, the dumpster was removed, and my yard and home looked wonderful. We had an excellent experience with Right Way Roofing. I chose them after watching them install new roofs on 2 of our neighbors’ homes. They were fast, professional and did amazing work. Both neighbors recommended them to me and loved their work.

Alex gave me a detailed bid with full labor and material warranties. It wasn’t the cheapest I had but was very reasonable and fair for the quality level included. I elected to upgrade the shingles, add-on heat tape and do some outbuildings. He revised the bid, scheduled his team to come out within a few days and we got started.

We had a few surprises—our roof needed several upgrades and repairs that weren’t apparent in the original inspection. We had unpredicted rainstorms that came through. And we had medical issues that meant we couldn’t be there for all of the work.

They still got it done on schedule and within the budget. They responded to every text and call I made—quickly and professionally, even when I was freaked out by the rain. We contacted Right Way Roofing to fix a leak in my roof. They came quickly, and in spite of terrible wet weather, got on my steep roof and patched it until the snow melted a couple of days later. Their communication was very great between their two visits. They took pictures of the issue, went over an estimate with me before they began the work, and showed me pictures of their work as they patched my room. I cannot refer Rightway Roofing. I was mislead by Rightway Roofing. Some roofing companies replace or repair siding. So, I asked if they do which I received an affirmative response. After I signed them up was then told they actually do not work on siding. They referred a friend who showed after two weeks. He indicated that he could repair the siding and would provide a quote later that day or the next. Almost two months later still have not received the quote or heard from the friend. I have contacted Rightway Roofing about this who say they will contact the friend about what is going on. Still nothing. I am now having to contact other siding companies to get the siding repaired on both houses. Rightway Roofing should have just said “no they don’t work on siding”. Yes I would have went with another roofer for more cost and repaired siding. As it was they made a mess while accessing the attics to clear the insulation from the soffit vents. Now I am having to wonder if they can be dishonest about the siding repair what else can they be dishonest about??? Although the roofs on both houses looks great I am having the roofs inspected to ensure they were done the “Rightway”.

At one point while standing in the yard a neighbor walked by and commented “I went through a roof install last year - watch out for nails in your yard!” The job site clean up was fantastic - the crew kept the work zone clean and left my yard nail free.
