Ace Gutter really came through for us! We had just completed re-roofing the 14 units in three buildings for our HOA. The gutter installation happened seamlessly right after the roof completion. Kade was the gentleman who did the installation all by himself in eight days. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. Work completed: Repaired failed J-channel & gable damaged by high winds, replaced two downspouts, and added some reinforcing hidden hangers.

The original quote was provided by Courtney, and the work was completed by Chad. I was thoroughly impressed at every step. After getting in touch, they quickly provided a detailed quote that included photos and a clear description of the work to be done. They were able to schedule the job within a few days, and their communication was excellent from start to finish.

The quality of the work is outstanding. Chad had some great suggestions for the gutter, and as you can see from the photo, the result looks fantastic. The little hinge to move the downspouts out of the way for tasks like mowing is a thoughtful touch.

I'd definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Ace Gutter just installed leaf guards and fixed a problem section of gutter at my home. Cade was the installer and he worked hard and was very professional. I am completely happy with the work and the price, and I can happily recommend this company to others.

Kade came to our house, looked at all of the gutters, got up on the roof did a great job of cleaning them and giving us some suggestions to keep them clean and for replacement!

I had a challenging off the house awning drainage issue. These guys literally had the old system removed and an entirely new seamless gutter system installed in 4 hours.
I was on-site the entire time and within ear shot during the installation. Their conversations included overcoming obstacles the job had and a solid back-and-forth discussion on what would work best.
The estimate they gave me stayed true and they were even able to extend the job to repair the front of my home that was built in 1979 at a price I didn’t even think twice on.
Kade and Jacob don’t leave any trash behind, they fully communicate what they are doing and didn’t want once try to “Upsell” me on anything. Completely professional and refreshing to see/hear someone passionate about their trade skill.

Still awaiting to determine additional cost to repair half of the gutter that came down last winter due to some ice buildup. The material used was suppose to be a steel material versus an aluminum, and it was secured with 1” screws . I was initially told it would be covered by a warranty but after a 4 month delay, now I have to pay half the initial price for repairs. I also was told I shouldn’t use gutters in Park City because of Snow, and should have snow fences and a snow melt system for $4000. My home is over 30 yrs old and had steel gutters installed by Nordic steel roofs, a more reputable firm then ACE, and small claims court might be next .

Our installer did a great job! He was very likable and had a great work ethic! Haven't seen the Gutters perform yet, but looking forward to the next rain storm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kade was great. Very professional and efficient. I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the scheduling hiccups. I signed the quote on April 4, and wasn’t scheduled until May. They rescheduled last-minute (gave 24 hrs notice over email) and I hadn’t realized. It was lucky my husband and I were home May 20 when they actually came.
Again, great service by Kade, just a little disappointed with the scheduling side.

ACE Gutter was great! Courtney was so helpful and kind. We asked for quotes on several scenarios from a simple cleaning to replacement with guards and additional gutter installation. Updated quotes were sent quickly. We compared several companies and ACE was by far the most affordable and least pressure.
Our cleaning and install was done by Kade. He showed up on a cold, very rainy morning and did an amazing job. He was easy to work with and did a superb job.
We will definitely be using ACE again.

Bad customer service. Here's the background: We drove a van into someone's house and damaged their roof fascia and a single porch light. We hired Ace Gutter in Layton to repair both, they said they could only repair the fascia, we accepted that and agreed to the fascia repair. Note: the porch light still worked, there was power to the outlet, the unit itself just needed replacing.

I had an electrician scheduled to install a new light fixture right after they repaired the fascia. When the electrician arrived, he discovered that all the porch lights were not getting power and not turning on. This was strange since they were turning on after the accident but stopped right after the fascia tech completed his work. To verify this, the homeowner sent me footage from his Ring doorbell showing the lights operating then not operating with timestamps.

I reached out to the technician in charge of my case, Courtney, and he said he'd look into it and either call me back or email me but he did not follow up with me. Frustrating...

I had to escalate it to a supervisor Jess, who right off the bat, was adamant that there was no way that was true based on the service provided. I explained that there is video footage from the Ring doorbell that clearly shows the issue. Presented with this, he didn't care, didn't ask to be sent the footage but just continued to defend their work. It was only after 10 minutes of this back and forth that he at least agreed to talk to the electrician.

After experiencing those phone calls, I really don't think that anything will come from my complaint. I've actually just given up on getting any restitution or resolve because I don't think it's worth going through another demeaning phone call.

TL,DR: Ace Gutter can fix your gutters, but if there may have been a problem during install, be prepared to reach out multiple times and be forgotten, accused of wrongdoing, or listen to them brush off accountability.

This was such an easy process. For someone who is extremely busy, I truly appreciate an efficiently ran business. They were immediate, fairly priced(a rare thing these days) and Jacob did a quality job exactly the way I asked. I would highly recommend.

Charles came and did my soffit and fascia and he was great! He was very nice and professional and it's clear he is a very hard worker. He had my entire project done in a little over 2 days all by himself. The end result was gorgeous and my house looks like it had a face lift!

Kade was very professional and very friendly. When he arrived we decided we wanted to add a section of gutter to a small shed on our property. He was very helpful in getting us a quote for the additional gutter. The new installed gutters on both our house and on the shed look great.

Charles was fast, skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond to understand and help troubleshoot problems unique to our house and even fixed an issue that a previous installer from the company had missed. Would just hire him for every project on our list if I could.
