Josh also took the time out to add additional protection to critical portion of my roof. They were quick to respond before, during, and after the project. From the time I got the roof inspected and estimate from Josh, the process was very easy. Josh had presented us a detailed inspection and video of the old roof and provided us valuable recommendations. The team that installed the new roof (only 3 young men) completed the tear off and total reinstall in less than 3 days. The quality of the materials and level of detail when installing the new shingles and rig cap vent (Highly recommend a ridge cap vent here in Utah). The daily cleanup by the crew removing nails and debris was vey much appreciated. Even after the final inspection by Josh he took the time to again walk the new roof and yard looking for left over nails and debris. I called MyRoof for a second opinion, SO GLAD I DID! Josh inspected my roof and said it was in good shape (for being almost 20 years old) and he wasn't concerned with what he saw, unlike the other company that tried to sell me something I didn't really need. The videos he took were very informative, he explained everything he was looking at and the method behind the installation. He even fixed a few vent boots and part of an existing shingle for free. I'll definitely be having them come back in 3-4 years for another inspection, and I'm 99.99% sure that when I do need to replace my roof, MyRoof will be doing it.

I had a rain gutter that needed repair on the High Point of my house, I scheduled a time with them, they were there right on time and did a wonderful job with the repair, I highly recommend them for any roof repair, roof replacement or rain gutters, excellent customer service and excellent work.

The team was quick to access any problems that came up on the spot - and surprisingly finished the entire roof in only one day despite needing way more repair then initially planned for.

Wonderful, friendly service. Brandon, the technician, was really helpful and honest. I didn’t feel intimidated into making repairs. Rather, I was given a series of options that allowed me to really narrow down what I thought was necessary. My Roof recently replaced our roof and we couldn't heve been more happy. The workers got there early on the morning of the job and finished before sunset! They were quiet and treated our home with respect. They even cleaned up carefully afterwards! We are SO impressed with this company. We also had a couple small issues that came up afterwards and Josh came out and helped us immediately. He devoted extra hours, went the second mile, and we felt like we made a new best friend!

I had a roof maintenance done and was so happy with the work that was done. They did extra steps to insure my roof would drain the water off properly. Gus and Davis were hard workers with great customer service skills. Price was very reasonable too! I will be using My Roof again in the future

I had a roof leak that needed repair. This company responded first and it was easy to set up an appointment for November 9, 2023. I also checked their review to see how satisfied other customers have been; they seemed like a reputable company. A guy came and inspected the roof (only 5 years old), and took a lot of photos of things that needed to be repaired. After he left the owner called me and quoted a price for the repairs and sent me a contract to sign, which I did.

The repair guy came November 22, 2023, got on the roof, worked for about 20 minutes, came down with some bits of shingles, and started to show me what he did on photos he took. I asked if he had replaced the vent, he said no it was not in the work order. I told him I was told it would be replaced. I asked if he sealed the existing vent, he said no it wouldn’t work, I need a new vent. I called the company owner, and he did as well. He left without a word. An hour later he returned and replaced the vent. I paid him the agreed amount for the repairs and he left.

On November 27, 2023 I received an email from the company stating that someone would come and do a final inspection and email my receipt to me. Nothing more from the company. On December 8, 2023 I sent an email asking when the inspection would be; no response. On December 21, 2023 I sent another email asking about the inspection and my receipt, no response.

Now it’s January 11, 2024 and the roof is covered in snow so I know they’re not coming; but I still have no photos from the repairs, nor do I have my receipt. So you’ve got my money and that’s the end of that I suppose.

I hired this guys to change the roof on my house in sandy Utah they came up a little high on price witch give me some confidence on their work (first big mistake) the cost initially was 75k plus another 10 or 15k for gutters making a total close to 90k obviously they ask for down payment to start the project, the crew hey send to removed old shingles did not care at all about the walls, metal around windows or a/c units they trow shingles everywhere and made black marks on stucco on the back of the house and broke some pipes on the a/c witch I point it out to the sales guy dallon, they start setting the new roof and they got short, problem it start raining and got some water leaks on my garage, the craftsmanship was very poor and the gutter guys install some lines that looks even worst than the old ones I send plenty of texts at the sales guy and he came and check and try to fix some of the issues but no success, but very demanding on balance payment otherwise he will not get his commission, it got to the point that I ask him if he will pay this much money for this job will you accepted the way it is now? he said yes, told them to take me to court and I was going to have somebody else start from scratch and he told me that I was to difficult to please( after 90k bill!!!) I end it up paying the balance just to keep them away from my house, after they left I spend another 30k painting the hole stucco part of the house due to black marks and paying plumbers to repair what they broke, a few weeks latter I've got a call from the owner who came and check what his crew did and notice the mistakes and leaks and all the bad work and promise to fire the sales guy and get it fix and he was going to give me a good deal on wire the house for the winter witch came back under the same sales guy name, my advice to others is don't pay this guys till everything is done satisfactory unfortunately my roof and gutters looks terrible with one of the poorest attention to detail, so far my 90k roof project got up to over 135k thanks to this guys STAY AWAY FROM THEM

We got several bids to do our roof and rain gutters and our decision to go with My Roof was the right choice. Their estimate was thorough and professional, and Dallon was a gem to work with. They were able to complete our roof in one day and were respectful of our property by cleaning up after the job was complete. I hate working with contractors, period. When my mom was unable to get insurance on her home because her roof was in failing condition, I expected to get the usual run around. From the first time I spoke with these guys, I really knew I had found something different. My mom needed to get insurance within a month to keep her insurance policy. They provided a clear quote, arrived on time for the estimate, explained the process, and managed to get my mom's roof done in three weeks to allow her to keep her insurance. This was the best contractor experience I have had...period. Oh, and their bid was about 500 less than anyone else. I really could not ask for anything better. Thanks gang. I will be referring anyone I know looking for roofing to you.

Hiring for big projects is always a stressful task. We really shop around. We bought a house with a 20 year old roof that we were planning to replace in the spring, but winter was wetter than expected and we were met with a roof leak 6 months later. We were referred to our project manager Josh at MyRoof by another roofer who previously lived in the area. Josh came to our house and took photos and videos of our roof to show us exactly what his expert eye saw. He helped us mitigate a roof leak we were having in the middle of the horrible 2023 winter. He went above and beyond to alleviate the problem while we waited for a small break in heavy storms to get a new roof up. The roof was removed and replaced within a couple of days. After the roof was up he came back to ensure the roof was done well. He again, took photos and videos to tour us around the roof. It gave us so much peace of mind to see someone take so much pride in their work.

I had several estimates to do the roof repair. MyRoof provided the most detailed estimate to include detailed descriptions of the damage, causes of damage and numerous photos and videos to help identify to me what was needed. They answered all questions, did follow-up with me on all aspects of the repair from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any and all roof repairs. They even helped with insurance issues.

Confirmed 5 star service ! Adam, Joshua, Jose and the hard working crew worked efficiently throughout the roof replacement in one day in the summer at 102 degrees temperature. Adam and Joshua helped us all the way in choosing the best materials for the underlayment, including durable ice and water barrier, asphalt shingles for high wind protection and durability. Ventilation was added all across the 3 ridges to help the hot air in the attic to scape and help the asphalt shingles to last longer and keep the house cooler.
The final inspection of the roof to make sure everything was done correct by Joshua was fantastic to give us piece of mind with the good quality of work they did.

They came out and got my entire roof stripped, repaired, and replaced, all in one day. I was working with Josh, and he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and answered every question I had, and then some! The install team was great, too! They were friendly, they made sure to clean up everything they could, and left all the extras in a nice neat pile for pickup. The next day sweep was awesome, too! Coming back to double check they picked up all the nails and dangerous debris, really made me feel better. Thanks so much, guys!

Very happy with the roof installed by MyRoof. The process was handled professionally, Zach communicated well through each stage of the project. I was impressed with the crew who put the roof up. They were putting in 12+ hour days to get it finished as quickly as possible. My roof was a difficult project because several layers of cedar shake and and an asphalt shingle layer needed to be removed before it could be resheathed. This resulted in tons of debris coming off the roof. They did a great job of cleaning everything up at the end of the project. The roof itself looks great. Flashing, drip edges, and shingles all look super clean and well installed.

Very quick and professional! Woke up to water dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen, wasn’t sure who to call but found MyRoof and I’m glad I did! Josh showed up ASAP, got to work and even took pictures/video to show me what was going on. We had a leak in our laundry room after trying to find a repairman several times, I called this company and a very helpful lady answered and scheduled an appointment for the repairman to come. I was really happy that I got to talk to a person right away. I didn’t have to go through an answering machine, or an app.
The day of the appointment ended up being on a snow day, but she let me know that he would probably be a little late because of that storm.
Joshua came and was really good at quickly diagnosing the problem he also was really friendly.
Later on, when the roof was dried, he was able to go up reseal the venting pipes. He took a lot of pictures showing what he had done to fix the problem.

I am so impressed by their responsiveness and knowledge. They were willing to go above and beyond to get our leaking resolved. We had something called an ice dam and tried to get other companies over quick to see what needed to be done, hardly anyone called us back. We had someone from my roof stop by on their way to another job the next morning. We were so thankful for them and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They scheduled us before he even left that first morning. They helped so many people in our neighborhood too, so you know they are great since they had so many recommendations. I love helping local companies and they really saved us. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

Horrible quality work & service from MyRoof. My HOA hired this company three years ago to remove old swamp coolers, patch the holes, and replace roofing and gutters on six of our buildings at the cost of almost $200,000. I observed one employee covering a large rotted out hole with tar paper, and when I expressed concern to Josh that was potentially happening with other damaged areas, he insisted it wasn't, although he was rarely here and would have no idea. Many shingles still do not lie flat and the outside edges are visibly crooked. We have had several leaks since this work was done, which MyRoof fixed. Now we are having consistent leaks in other units, but MyRoof refuses to fix anything and it's already been six weeks. The main reason we went with them was the warranty. Josh has scoffed at the idea they are responsible and insisted there is condensation in the roof vents causing dripping---inside the units??? This is ridiculous and he should be ashamed of suggesting such a thing. This company is unethical and these guys will say anything to get your business, with no intentions of supporting their warranty.

We do have one concern. When they did our roof they said we have a 50-year transferable warranty. However they have never given as proof of that. Only asked for the piece of paper they said the warranty wasn't a big deal. Although they said it was a big deal before we purchase the new roof. Still wanted a piece of paper to show the 50 year warranty so if we sell the house we can pass that paper to the new owners. They said we we had to contact company that offers the warranty ourselves because they didn't have time or something like that.We tried to contact the company but never got a response. We will be happy to review the job they did on our roof after we get that piece of paper.

Josh was extremely professional and informative. I thought my leaking garage roof and house roof repair was going to cost a fortune. After his inspection he assured me that there is nothing to worry about and the repairs will get the job done and it did not break my bank. I would take pictures but the roof is currently covered in snow. But I don't have any leaks! Thank you Josh and myroof. Now I don't have to worry about my house caving in.

Made an appointment on Wednesday to have someone come give an estimate on Friday. I left work early to make sure I was available for someone to come at 2:30. I got a confirmation call on Friday morning letting me know that they would be here between 2:30 and 3:30. I cleared my afternoon schedule to make sure I was available for the window of time. By 4:30, no one was here still so I called and they told me that they didn’t have time at my scheduled time but they would be there in ANOTHER 45 minutes. This would have been fine if I had been given any notice or communication about the situation but nothing was said to me until I called after waiting for 2 hours. Unfortunately I could not wait an additional 45 mins + estimate time and still have time to make it to my evening plans that could not be rescheduled. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customers time.

Joshua came by to have a look at our roof on our new purchase and gave me loads of DIY pointers on ways to prolong its life. He didn't try to sell me a new roof that I don't need. He was forthright but also friendly. When the time comes, we'll definitely be using MyRoof for a new roof install.

I had them fix a sagging gutter, and do a roof inspection and touchup to make sure everything was safe for the winter. The combined price and quality of work was great.

A great company full of great people. I had damage on a property in Ogden. They had great recommendations, solutions, and pricing. Communication was clear and they were flexible with me.

I called MyRoof because our roof had a leak during rainstorm. Dallon responded quickly and was able to repair the same day. Their service is solid and their price is fair. I would not go to anyone else but MyRoof for future roof issues.

Rather than repair a wind damaged roof, we opted to replace the whole roof. "MyRoof" removed the old and installed the new roof on a fairly large and complex project in just 3 days (short, mid November days). Josh and his crew did a fantastic job on demo of our old shingles and installation of GAF Lifetime Architechural Shingles. They look incredible and the lines are super straight. Our roof is steep and tall. This was not an ordinary installation in any way.

We had a leak that started dripping into our kitchen, so when I called they sent someone right away to take a look since another rain storm was going to be coming the next night, and Joshua was SOOO helpful. He showed me exactly where the problem was, was very kind, and took videos and pictures and showed me how to fix the problem since it would be quick. At the end ( after him seeing me holding a new baby amd trying to remember everything to tell my husband) he ended up fixing the issue himself. I couldn't be more grateful!!!! We had a windstorm that tore off some soffit. Josh came out and did a thorough inspection of the area. He took videos and explained what needed to be done. He also explained how we could fix it and didn't push to have them do it. Josh was very professional. We were able to fix the soffit ourselves but I appreciated Josh taking the time to come out and look at our house. If any other issues arise I will definitely be contacting them!!

We had Dallon come out to install an attic vent, they got the job done in a very timely manner, were reasonably priced and very responsive when we reached out to them. I only have a few years left before my roof needs shingles and I will definitely be using them.

My experience went like this. There were no fluent English speakers on the job site and during the job one of the workers fell through the skylight into the bathroom causing damage to the wall and door. I couldn't speak with them and they just kinda disappeared.

About a month or so after the work was complete a large bubble full of liquid developed in the basement wall. Upon tearing out all of the wet drywall and wet carpet I discovered that the plumbing vent for the kitchen that goes up to the roof had been pulled upwards separating it from the rest of the drain piping that was hidden in the wall. There is no possible way for this to have happened by any other means. Unfortunately upon calling MyRoof they claimed there was no way to prove it was their fault and they refused to do anything about it.

Overall.. the work was satisfactory, but the surprises and the lack of follow-up was very disappointing. They did a great job helping to navigate insurance and work was satisfactory and done in a timely manner.

But.. the surprises.......

I used myRoof last year to give me an estimation on a roof repair after an inspection and they were great to work with. Sadly we didn’t have the funds at the time and a year later we reached out to receive service. They kept the same estimated price (which was nice considering inflation) and they had the work completed before the next rain storm. Had a great experience with them and having 24/7 support is nice. Thanks myRoof I appreciate your attention to detail, approachability, and speediness of the work!

They were great to work with. Material delivered the afternoon of a Wednesday, removed old version roof Thursday and installed new roof on Friday. Great to work with.

Had a great experience throughout the process of bid and install. Josh Sidwell worked with me for a new roof and gutter install. He was professional and helped me through all the steps. The installation team was efficient and did a great job. Very responsive and the final result is fantastic.

They were really great in the beginning, they got the main portion of the entire roof project done very quickly, but have made multiple dates to finish the gutters on the backside of our house only to leave us wondering when they will actually follow through. They have not contacted us on any one of the failed promised dates either. The person in charge of billing tried to overcharge us by a significant amount, then just simply failed to delete the charge for over a week. We paid them in full, and now when we try to contact them about when they will finish the job, the office lady smirked at me. They have also told us the original contractor quit and they have assigned us a new one, whom had failed to contact us for over a week so far. Just very unorganized, and very unprofessional company.

UPDATE: the owner contacted us directly and felt bad about his contractor quitting on short notice, which caused a lot of problems for them. They got our gutters finished the same week, and the overall quality of the job turned out really great!
