MW is the best in customer service. They did my roof in 2022 and they outbid the other company I called and did an awesome job. Very friendly and efficient. I recently had a leak and it turned out it was the swamp cooler but they fixed it for me at no charge.

What an amazing team! Maddie started by giving us a clear understanding of what to expect. He has confidence in his people and that confidence is well placed. Gregorio was an amazing front man making sure structure and measurements. Tyler helped keep communications going from the office. The crew showed up at the house ready to work. They all knew exactly what needed to be done. They covered our deck and other areas so there would be no damage from the old shingles coming down. Each night the work area was cleaned up and ready to go for the next day. On the last day, everything was clean with trash hauled away. I have not experienced such a skilled and coordinated construction project. You cannot go wrong with MW Roofing!

My family and I just moved into a home. We had a general inspection done and there was some concerns about the roof. That was only five years old. We had a few different roofing companies come out to do inspections. Each of the roofing companies gave us a different answer, but we’re all saying that we needed to do repairs and possibly replace the roof. M.W. Roofing was the only one that was up front and honest with us about our roof. They shared all of the pictures they took explained in detail what we were looking at, and that we did not need repairs or a new roof. That our problem could be solved by simply Increasing the ventilation in the attic. I saved us thousands of dollars and having unnecessary repairs done. I would highly recommend using MW roofing for any roofing needs.

I'm so impressed with M.W. Roofing. Our roof had a leak and we had hired a different roofing company to come diagnose the issue. They couldn't find the cause and suggested it was loose shingles. M.W. Roofing should be rated “5+ Stars”! Owner Maddy White and his team were by far the best of the five star companies that we contacted for roof replacement bids. (1) Price: He gave us an honest “best price” bid; other companies suddenly found they could “give us a deal” after they were outbid by M.W. Roofing. Also, unique among all bids, there was no payment due until the job was complete and we were 100% satisfied; other companies wanted 25% down and weren’t really sure when they could start. Note: M.W. Roofing was the second-lowest bid (the lowest bid was only slightly less, slow to provide a bid, and couldn’t start any time soon). (2) Personal involvement: Maddy was involved in all phases of our project. He explained the product, process, and schedule M.W. Roofing could provide. He quickly found shingles of a specific, higher-quality type and color, when other companies said there would be a delay. (3) Information: Maddy and his on-site bidder Gregorio spent significant time answering all our questions, especially about the various types of shingles and procedures for preparing, repairing, and installing baseboards, ice/rain guards, flashing, and shingles (all were “above code”). (4) Quick Start: M.W. Roofing promised us the best start and completion dates, and they delivered! They were ready to start just days after their bid. (5) Installation: Outstanding! Maddy’s core team, led by Antonio, has been together for five years and they worked energetically and effectively together. They were on the job all day and well into the evenings! (6) Updates: Team leader Antonio gave us daily progress reports. He explained where they were in the process, what they would do next, and how they were progressing toward the target completion date. (7) Savings: We thought we would have to replace skylights. Other companies were “sure” they would have to be replaced, without having done a close inspection. Maddy spent time explaining skylight options and advising that his expert crew could probably work with the older (still good-condition) skylights. Antonio and crew did hours of extra work (no price increase) to flash and seal around the existing skylights, saving us about $4,500 by not buying new ones. (8) The Final Product: High quality, above industry standard, continuously-informed, well-coordinated, and on-time. (9) Recommendation: Go with M.W. Roofing! Although we can’t compare how well others would have actually installed our new roof, we can highly recommend Maddy and his team for their price, top quality, information flow, and timely completion. We were referred to M.W. Roofing from a friend that had used them multiple times in the past. They were one of 3 companies we contacted in the Park City area. Not only was their bid competitive, they blew away the other 2 companies in terms of response time and communication. One company never even ended up giving us a quote. Throughout the entire process they were on top of everything and responded to all of our questions immediately. The actual job went great and the team was very professional. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Use these guys.

Great experience, company communicated well from initial bid all the way through completion and follow up. No pressure sale but very straight forward and clear on details. We went out of town for a long weekend and they started as we were leaving and were finished and cleaned up upon our return without any sign they had ever been there that than the new roof. I called M.W. Roofing concerned about an issue I found in the roof area of my garage. They inspected the problem and stated that while the last roofing job was not properly done, the problem did not appear to be of a major concern and recommended I watch it for future leaks and repair it properly next time the roof needed to be replaced. They could have easily recommend I repair the problem now, but were honest and did not recommend a repair that was not necessary.

M.W roofing had been amazing to work with from start to finish along with yearly inspections afterwards. They really sincerely care about the customers and are dedicated to their profession. They did a great pre- inspection along with inspections afterwards to ensure everything is in order.

Years ago, in 1997, I had a bad experience with a northern Utah roofing company. I wasn’t looking forward to ever dealing with a new roof again. But my insurance company a few weeks ago required me to get a new roof, or my home insurance would be canceled. And thankfully I discovered MW Roofing. They were a true blessing. Their price was very reasonable, and they had the job done in 2 days, including cleanup. And I could see where they corrected many of the issues from the 1997 debacle. And they communicated with me daily as far as the schedule and any problems they ran into. If you need a new roof I HIGHLY recommend them !!

We had to have a new roof on my son’s house and garage. The work was completed in a very timely matter. They were very thorough in cleaning up after completion, including running a high power magnet around the yard to ensure there was no remnants of their work left behind. I strongly recommend MW Roofing for new installs, replacement roofs, repairs and/or any type of roof work you may need.

I hired M.W. Roofing to remove the old roofing and put a brand new roof on when I first bought my home. His crew gave me a bid when I had an inspection done during the buying process and I'm glad I went with his company. They did an amazing job in a very timely manner and cleaned up the yard before they left the site.

Fast forward a year and a half of being in my home and I discovered a small leak in my roof. I called Maddy up and told him that my insurance suspected the water leak might be coming from the new roof. The next day they came to inspect it and concluded that the leak was ACTUALLY coming from the old roof on my carport that I didn't have refinished by them -- I fully agreed with their professional opinion over my insurance. Even with that in mind, Maddy gave me a bid at-cost for the leak repair and I'm more than happy to be hiring them again for the job.

It's not uncommon to experience bad contractors while refinishing a home, but I would hire M.W. Roofing time and time again. I'm so glad they were referred to me when I first bought my home and I hope this review becomes a referral for someone in the future because you will not go wrong hiring Maddy's crew to do any roofing project you have.

MW roofing put a new roof on our home last week. Their interaction with me as a customer was a textbook example of what good customer service should look like. I received phone call responses to every text question and request I sent, usually within an hour or two. The roof was started and completed on time and looks great. No surprises, just a good experience from start to finish.

Maddy is a wonderful person to work with and stands behind his work. MW Roofing was recommended to me, and I'm happy I chose them for my roof replacement. Their pricing was competitive with other roofers, but they added value in several ways. There was a miscommunication during the job that once notified of, they came back promptly and made it right. I have to say this is one of the most honest companies that I have ever worked with. I was very pleased with how the crew conducted themselves and they were very respectful of the property. When it came to flowerbeds the deck and things like that they were very courteous And respectful of the property. Most importantly the roof came out beautiful and I don’t think we could ask for more. We are happy MW Roofing did the roof and would be more than happy to recommend this company.

Maddy came out promptly to give us a bid, had samples there, and got us on the schedule about two months from then. His crew came to remove our old roof, finished in a day, and cleaned up very well. No nails on the ground. The next day, they came to repair some rotted wood on the roof, paper and flash. The day after that, shingles went on. We had them add ridge line vents and delete the existing turtle vents, and even remove an exhaust pipe we weren't using. Smooth. Professional. Definitely recommend

I am so glad I picked Maddy White Roofing to replace my roof. I had gotten 2 other bids to replace my roof a local contractor and another from someone my insurance sent out. At the same time I was also looking into solar but told them I needed my roof repaired first. Jason Merrill at ESSolar recommended Maddy to me. When he came to give me a bid he put a temporary patch on the roof where it was leaking to get me through the rest of the winter and wouldn’t even let me pay him for it. His bid wasn’t the highest or lowest but I was so impressed with him that I decided to use his company. He used better shingles and offered a much better warranty than my other bids. As soon as the weather allowed they were very prompt to start the job. David and his crew were wonderful they worked long hours and finished the roof and cleanup in just 3 days. I was amazed at the job they did. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew was very good at what they did and didn’t cut any corners (plenty of ice & water shield, replaced flashing where it was needed on roof to wall connections, painted the plumbing vents and furnace exhaust black, picked up nails and cleaned gutters, etc).
