I wasn't home when the repairs were done so I called to verify that all had been done and requested pictures. Within the hour they came and took pictures of repairs for me and verified all repairs had been done.

This company has been tending to our roof for 30 years. After last weeks rain we found a leak. They came out and looked it over, we talked about what to do and how much it would cost. They scheduled me the same week and got it fixed just in time for yesterdays down pour. They are honest and dependable.

Very professional staff. It took 2 days to do my flat and pitched roof. The roof looks great, and there was no debris left behind.

I had a repair/maintenance, so they were not there very long. Jerry stayed the whole time and visited with my dad and played with my pup. Jerry and his crew are professional and courteous. The price was amazing; I got another quote and Rite Way was $1200 less for the same repair/maintenance. They are down to earth people. Will contact again for next maintenance.

Right Way did an awesome job on annual maintenance for our large, flat, complicated (numerous skylights and three AC units), 18 year old roof. The crew was prompt, treated our house with respect, worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. Jerry, the crew leader, took numerous photos of the work, and spent considerable time explaining what they did, and the potential options available for when the roof does need replacement. He patiently answered all of my numerous questions, and pointed out pertinent issues with each roofing option which other contractors did not so thoroughly explain in the past. Jerry also said that our roof was in excellent condition, and we would not need a roof replacement anytime soon. I think that is indicative of excellent integrity, since I would have easily believed a $40K+ roof job was necessary soon. Highly recommended.

We had such a great experience for right way roofing. They came in and assessed A new house we were purchasing. A home inspector said we needed to get the roof resealed. Right way roofing came in and spent hours of sealing the roof and where the most competitive price we found in the city. Highly recommend this company

I called different roofing companies to provide me with estimates for the repair or replacement of my 10 year old roof which had developed a couple of leaks after the recent snow storm; Jerry from RWR came to my home and provide me with theirs - Almost immediately Jerry was able to give me his opinion on the concerns regarding a repair and recommended a roof replacement instead of repair.
Comparing the quotes from these companies it was obvious the attention to detail and thoroughness Jerry had put in preparing his, adding a longer warranty term and looking into the different aspects that could affect its performance in the long run. RWR may not have been the cheapest option upfront, but the longer warranty, the thorough details and the workmanship shown during the replacement process (Jose O. and his crew) gives me peace of mind, assuring me I will save the difference in the future.

I called Rightway to give a bid on roof repairs. Of three companies theirs was the most honest. They scheduled right away. Office staff were always courteous.

Once again Right Way Roofing came to our rescue! It was crazy after the last storm. We had a baby swimming pool and buckets in our living room. The leaking was incessant. The awesome folks at RWR got to us in a matter of days, and patched up our roof. A lot of other companies would try to up sell us a new roof, but these folks look out for us and helped us patch up the trouble spots. Can't say enough about how amazing the service and people are at this company!!!!

Awesome experience! Sent an email request and got a call back the next day. Jerry came out on a holiday Monday and had a quote to us within 48 hours for a tune-up and a full replacement. We asked if there was a way to get in before the forecasted weather and they took care of us before the end of the week. Will definitely call them if we need anything in the future!

The entire team at Right Way Roofing is amazing. We have been trying to find the right company to complete a full residential roof replacement for our home for nearly a year now.

My first interaction with Right Way Roofing, was meeting Jerry mid-July to get an estimate on home roof for a total replacement. While on the roof I asked Jerry about roof ridge vent. He recommended that turbine vents would be a better choice. That made a lot more sense than ridge vent. I told Jerry that I planned to start beginning of October. Two days later I received the Quote. Quote had everything we talked about, including the four turbine vents and a fair price for the job.

I called Maria mid-September to pay a partial payment and pick a shingle color. Maria was very pleasant and helpful with showing my wife and myself all the different color of shingles we thought would work. Come to find out we picked a totally different color, which looks fantastic on our roof. Maria did the final paperwork and contacted me a week later with a start date.

Jose was lead person in charge of the workers on the crew. I talked to Jose about concerns that I had concerning Pella roof windows. He conveyed the concerns to the workers. Jose did an excellent job with making discissions for a product EPDM to use for my existing Pella roof windows.

The crew of workers also were great to interact with during their process of removal of the existing roof shingles. Also installing new materials. They all were respectful and kept the work area clean every day they were there.

Total experience with Right Way Roofing and personal was Excellent from start to finish.

Our experiences with Right Way Roofing have been terrific. The company replaced our roof 28 years ago, and we had no problems at all. When the roof needed replacing now, we called them again. After seeing the estimate and proposal, we didn't even consider any other company. The project site was cleaned every day before the team left. The employees took a short break at Noon, but otherwise they worked all day long. No standing around chatting. Great experience with Right Way Roofing.

If you are reading this review, you have finally found the best roofing company you will ever use. I can't believe they don't have all 5 stars. I was referred to Right Way Roofing by a commercial developer who is known for the quality of his projects. It has been such a relief to find a reputable, skilled, definitely reasonably priced contractor in Albuquerque. I wish they could do all the work that my house needs, but the roof has been a huge burden taken off me, due to their excellent and timely work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
They told me honestly the ins and outs of flat roofs and what mine needed specifically, instead of selling me an overpriced silicone type roof which wouldn't have met my needs at all. They then proceeded to do the work on time and according to specs with the highest quality workmanship. They fixed all the mistakes of previous contractors. I know I can count on them for years to come to maintain my roof. No more leaks!

They did a terrible job. First they left my entire garage covered in dirt & debris & never even warned that my might want to cover our stuff to keep it from being ruined. Less then a week after they put the new roof it started leaking very badly. It has since continued to leak when we get snow or rain. They also are taking no responsibility for any interior damage. They act very unconcerned when we report a new leak. They told me well u have a warrant for 6yrs so just reach out when it leaks. In my opinion a new roof shld not continue to leak. Very disappointed & do not recommend this business.

Accurate analysis and estimates for roof repair and replacement. Excellent craftsmanship with honest, timely work. We have used Right Way Roofing for ten years now for all our roofing needs.

I had been delaying getting new roof, I had gotten an estimate from Right Way
Roofing, but was really dreading the noise and the mess. I called in a panic after
a rain storm, roof had leaked in my hallway and they were able to get to me
two days later. The job I had dreaded so much was not bad at all. It took about
2 days maybe a little less and the crew cleaned up well from the job. The main
person I dealt with also called a plumber out to see why my AC was not working
when it was reconnected. I was pleased with the service, the job and the price.

Roof in 2010 when the roof was evaluated, there were hikes found in the plywood and it was indicated that before shingling, they would replace sheeting with holes. I returned from work at tender end of day and found that the underlayment was on, so I checked the places I knew needed plywood sheeting replaced, and found they had not fine that. I called the company right away and the owner came and looked at the roof. He sent a crew to replace the plywood the next day. Great roof and they cleaned up all their trash, including nails.
