Great communication- from the first meeting to the completion of the project. They kept the work area clean and safe and did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished. I should also mention that I work from home. I’ve had other contractors here that didn’t know anyone was here and were pretty disrespectful. Everyone from Right Rate Roofing took care of the place as they would if the homeowner was standing right next to them. I hope we don’t need another roof for a long long time but if we do, I know who to call.

Highly recommend Right Rate Roofing! When I called to get an estimate they called me back promptly and we set a date to come. Ryan came, even sent a text saying he was running a little behind, he got on roof to check it out. I have a metal roof and had developed a leak. So he told me what needed to be done, sent me the estimate and I agreed to it. What I really liked while repairing they send photos of everything they do. Right Rate is the best roofer with whom we have dealt in many years. Most recently Right Rate replaced our third storm damaged roof in the past 7 years. With the other roofers we were cleaning up after them for weeks. Right Rate went the extra mile to make sure that our roof was installed as perfect as it could be, with not even a nail or cigarette butt left on our property. Right Rate identified problem areas and repaired them. Our house was built in 1893. Right Rate's install is perfect for the design and age of our house.

These guys did half my roof. They were responsive. Always on time. Did the job slightly under bid. Worked with my insurance company.
But most importantly they fixed my problem!

From the start Ryan communicated very well with us, explaining the entire process and providing a tremendous amount of detailed information. Dealing with insurance on all the damage was very stressful and his experience and professionalism made the insurance process very smooth.

The quality of their work was top notch! The net system that protected the house during tear off was paramount because we have A LOT of glass around our house. You couldn’t even tell they had been there the next day. I’ve only found two nails in my landscaping!! I received update texts and pictures from both the roofing and gutter/facia crew leads. We really appreciated getting updated so often on the progress.

I’ve not had one bad experience from the time this company came to give me an estimate to completion. The communication during the work was terrific. Showing me pictures of all the stages and areas they found hidden problems we weren’t even aware of. They took care of the property to ensure nothing was damaged. They also determined that there wasn’t enough ventilation in the main roof. By using a different type vent they were able to increase air movement along with adding a few more new vents. I’d highly recommend them without hesitating.

I'm not sure I've ever met a business owner who takes more pride in his work than Ryan at Right Rate Roofing.

Ryan sat with us and went over everything that was needed for our roof replacement. He answered questions and was honest and helpful in every way. He also went over what our insurance was covering and showed us where they were giving us too little. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company to prove that they needed to provide us with more money to cover the cost of the materials for the roof. They ended up agreeing with him and gave us more money!

The roofers showed up on the day that was promised and they completed the entire job in one day. The cleanup was incredible and our new roof looks immaculate! Throughout the day we received photo updates highlighting the progress.

Showed up bright and early to do a repair on my roof, one side of my house. It was a low slope and had to have the decking replaced. They got there and went right to working taking care of business. They kept me updated on the progress of how things were going throughout the morning. They finished the repair with new decking, proper underlayment for low slope roofs, and new shingles. Cleaned everything up nicely and were gone at around noon. Nice people and easy to deal with.

In my many years of homeownership I have had two really bad experiences with roofers. I was very careful and took my time in choosing Ryan Melton from Right Rate Roofing.
