I recently hired Right Choice Roofing for a full roof replacement and had a very positive experience overall. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project slightly ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was excellent—clean lines, solid materials, and great attention to detail around tricky areas like vents and flashing. The roof has held up well through several heavy storms since installation with no issues. Their customer service stood out as well; they were responsive, informative, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. After the job was done, they made sure the site was cleaned thoroughly, picking up nails and debris, which I really appreciated.

Ive worked i sales my entire life and so i give reviews when i receive great service which is rare these days but the service i received from Right Choice Roofing was exceptional.
David made this experience so seamless from start to finish. From the initial meeting with insurance adjuster and getting on the roof to show the him the damage, to quoting the project, David communicated everything, every step of the way from choosing color to ensuring every nail was picked up after the job. (David actually came by after the crew cleaned up and left and walked the house by himself until it was dark outside) gosh..
Lastly, when insurance took forever to send supplemental check, there was no harassment or blowing up my phone to get paid. David simply waited patiently and trusted the process as a great business does.
There are a ton of roofing companies out there and im sure they do good work respectfully but if You’re dreading dealing with insurance and having to take time out of your day to get quotes from different companies, save yourself the hassle!

I just want to say thanks to David Kosobav of Right Choice Roofing- from the very beginning David went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and ensuring every aspect of the replacement of my roof, gutters and garage door was done properly and in a timely manner- he kept me informed throughout the process and everything was perfect. After my roof was replaced David himself came back and ensured cleanup was completed and even took a magnetic roller around my home to ensure no nails were left !

Jacob with Right Choice Roofing helped me navigate the roof replacement process seamlessly. During the initial free inspection they even covered the leak at no cost. I had 2 other companies inspect before them and neither even offered to help stop the leak while waiting for claims approval. As a new first-time home owner I had never dealt with insurance claims or major repairs but Right Choice Roofing has done a great job training their staff to assist through the entire process. The response time was phenomenal. I went from claims approval to picking shingles and a completed replacement in less than 2 weeks. I would recommend this company to anyone needing the services they provide.

He explained the current condition of our roof in a way that was easy to understand and provided us with helpful maintenance tips. Jacob's thoroughness and attention to detail were evident throughout the inspection. We were impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work.

Jacob came out and did a roof inspection for us. Very open and honest. Told us that we weren’t quite ready for a new roof, he would make some notes and keep in touch with us after the next storm. He did find one crooked shingle and straightened it out while he was here. This young man knew what to look for and was very knowledgeable.

David treated us like customers should be treated, with respect, responsiveness, urgency and transparency. From the time he got up on our roof and took many pictures and some video to working with our claims adjuster and making sure the insurance company had an accurate and complete view of the hail damage to our roof, gutters and downspouts, David made this process not only painless but one that gave us no uncertainty as to how well and timely this work would be done. He even had the initiative to make sure the insurance company knew of some oversights from its adjuster so that the damage assessment was complete. I called Right Choice Roofing after the recent hail storm we had, that was when my roof started leaking. They IMMEDIATELY came out to survey damage. Pointed out the damage where the roof was leaking. With out hesitation, they put a tarp down to protect the house from further damage. After the initial inspection, they kept in direct contact with my insurance company to help speed the process as best they could. Final result, the roof is replaced, the leak has been fix.
