Dustin Jordan from USA Roofing is excellent to work with. We went with him because he was extremely honest and easy to get along with. The crew that installed the roof were very hard workers and were very respectful. We only found a couple of nails around the house. They had large magnets and picked up 99.9% of the nails and any debris around the house. The flower gardens around the house were in much better shape after they left than we ever expected. Very happy I used USA Roofing. After another roofing company told me I needed a new roof but I had no hail damage, Dustin of USA Roofing inspected my roof and showed me detailed pictures of obvious hail damage. First off, Beau was awesome. He walked us through the process step by step. He was more than knowledgeable and super professional. The crew that worked on the roof was delightful. We just had USA Roofing replace our roof because of hail damage. They were courteous and prompt, used state of the art materials, and worked tirelessly to get the job done in sweltering heat. I had wind damage to my townhouse roof in Jan 2024. I thoroughly researched roofing company rating/reviews and chose 4.9/5.0, 5 Star Google Rating & Reviews, as well as very high ratings/Reviews on all other online Rating/Review sources. I am a unique consumer who researches large purchases/investments like roofs. I learn about the quality of materials & the roofing process to ensure I am an informed consumer. This helps ensure I hire a high-standard contractor who will properly install the roofing system & use high quality materials. I asked many questions about quality material options & best installation methods used to ensure my new roof would last as long as possible because it is a large investment. I know I was a frustrating, unique customer for Lee, Regional Mgr & Estimator, and Matt, Area Sales Mgr, because I asked so many detailed questions and wanted to be so involved in the process. These men were always very honest with me. If they didn’t know the answer to the hard questions I asked, they patiently got back to me with all questions answered & documentation to back up the answers. They showed me the high quality materials they use, and explained how & why they were installing the roofing system according best roofing practices methods in a logical way that I could understand. After these patient discussions, I was convinced that I could relax and trust their conscientious work & use of the best materials. My old roof’s plywood desking was sagging making the roof look unattractive. Lee agreed to replace as many sheets of OSB/plywood decking on the front at a very low fraction of his cost in order to make the new roof look asthetically appealing again. As a result, I know that I now have a great looking roof that is going to last as long as possible & USA Roofing and Owens Corning will stand behind their work. I would highly recommend USA Roofing & Gutters LLC. Additionally, they are a Platinum Preferred Owens Corning Contractor providing a Platinum Warranty, a 50-year limited warranty. Unfortunately due to my townhouse roof being inter-connected to the adjoining townhouse (as shown in the photos), roofing companies would only offer me the Standard Warranty. However, USA Roofing installed my roofing system with the same quality materials/standards as is required for the Platinum Warranty. So, I feel confident that my roof will last as long as if it were under the Platinum warranty. Lee is not only honest with you, but also with the insurance adjusters & does not over-charge them. If I remember correctly he said in a former job he was an insurance adjuster. Again, I highly recommend Lee, Regional Mgr & Estimator, & USA Roofing & Gutters LLC. You do not need to be the researching, inquiring, informed, unique consumer customer that I am. You can hire them, relax &trust them to do the best job possible for you. USA Roofing did a fabulous job on my new roof and gutters! I received hail damage from the tornado's a few weeks ago and Lee handled all of the insurance claim for me! I'm very happy with the job USA roofing did on my house. I called Dustin's before I made an insurance claim and it made all the difference. He came an looked at my roof and determined it probably should be replaced. The insurance adjuster said he only counted about 5 shingles that needed replacing, and asked if I have talked to a roofer. When I told him what Dustin said, he was quit to take a 2nd look. He then let me know he missed several things and he decided I needed a new roof.

Dustin and his crew completed the job in just 1 day. They left the job in the same manner in which they found it. I've been around construction sites pretty much my whole life and the roof USA put on is as good if not better than any I've seen. I'll call them from now on with my roofing and gutter needs.

I had a great experience with USA Roofing & Gutters. 75% of the work was paid for by insurance, due to signs of hail damage. For the price of my deductible and a little bit more, I was able to have high-quality, algae-resistant shingles, shiny new gutters and aluminum gutter guards installed. A few boards with rot were also replaced. The entire project cost me about $5,000 out of pocket.

I worked primarily with Lee and Beau. They could not have been more friendly and pleasant. I was extremely picky and asked questions about anything that seemed like a hair out of place. They addressed every single concern that I raised, to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I don’t know what more you can ask for from a contractor.

My insurance company is USAA and it was a completely hassle-free experience. Your mileage may vary with a different company, but Lee explained some of the procedures he has used to go to bat with insurance on behalf of customers, if necessary. Fortunately, I had no issues. If you want him to come out for an inspection, he doesn’t need to set foot on your roof. His small drone will fly over your house and look for signs of hail or other damage. If any is found, you would open a claim with your insurance company, who will send out an adjuster, take pictures and make a recommendation for repair coverage.

My experience with USA Roofing has been excellent! They did a superior job on my house roof and back patio. They were on schedule and time, very professional, and the cleanup afterwards was absolutely terrific!! I would HIGHLY recommend them and especially enjoyed working with Dustin. They did my roofing on 27-28 February 2024. 5 STARS!!!

Update: Dustin will not honor the 2 year warranty for my roof /chimney repairs. They did an awful job. In 1 year after they fixed it. I called him and told him about the roof/chimney issues and also this year the back part of the roof he came and looked at it say he will fix it. Meanwhile I had it looked over by Fleming roofing and they found more damage that what Dustin did not bother to point out. I called Dustin and told him I just want him to fix the warranty part. Dustin quickly say as of 2 months ago we no longer repair the flashing or caps for the chimney but… if you let me fix the back part of the roof I can let one of my workers that specializes in that to fix it . Why would I let him mess up the back of my roof?

Excellent experience with USA roofing and especially their manager Lee. Crew worked diligently and Lee made sure any of the realities that came up were addressed in a way that quality always preserved. Lee was our advocate from start to finish. From meeting with the insurance company to helping us select just the right materials and making sure all the work was performed as promised, on time, and to the highest standards. I called USA after being put off by a couple other companies. From the initial contact with Beth to the completion of the project everything went smooth and was handled in a courteous and professional manner.
Brad came the next business day for a quote on gutters and the job was scheduled for the next week (after other companies told me 8 weeks out). The job was completed the next Monday in a timely manner. The crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up after the job. They had me look at everything before they left and Brad came by to do a finally walk around that afternoon. I would recommend USA to anyone needing gutters. I just done with my roof ! USA Roof do the perfect job!We had battled with our insurance company on our need for a new roof due to storm damage ! I saw the sign on my neighbors lawn and I call the number,Dustin came to my house to estimate, and then call the insurance company. After 3days they came in the morning to do it . They finished it takes 2days . After they finished, The clean up was awesome the crew made sure everything was put back and very neat and clean ! The staff are so nice! Special thanks to Dustin . Our contractor was Dustin Jordan and he such a massive help throughout the entire process. He managed to help us get the insurance to pay for all of the damage. He came out with the inspector for our insurance and pointed all the problem areas and various other things that I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

As for them getting the roof done. They got it the entire roof done in about 6 hours. It was amazing! A few days ago my roof was leaking inside my house and damaging the ceiling.

Now I don’t have to worry about that for a very very long time. Next time I need any work done on my roof or my garage’s roof, I will definitely be calling them. They were efficient and did an amazing job.

Dustin Jordan was very prompt and helpful with the replacement of storm damaged roof. He was very hands on with our insurance claim even making it a point to be there when the inspector arrived. USA Roofing completed a project for us this week. They removed dormers that had been leaking since original construction. They scoped the job correctly, provided a solid estimate, and performed the work on a timely basis with excellent craftsmanship. The only problems we had were communications with project supervision during the execution phase. Overall, I would recommend USA Roofing.

Me and my wife had just bought a house in Decatur that needed some vents added to the roof. Lee at USA Roofing Decatur went well above to take care of our roof. A week or so after they installed the vents we noticed a leak, come to find out it was an improperly installed vent that was there from before. I contacted USA Roofing to inspect a metal roof that I have had for 13 years. Dustin Jordan came out and inspected the roof and after discussing the pros and cons of existing metal roof versus an architectural shingle it was decided to replace the metal roof with an architectural shingle. I was extremely pleased with the final results of the roof installation. Dustin and the crew that worked on my house completed the work in 2 days. I had requested that the metal roofing be taken off without much damage. After the first morning the metal was stacked neatly beside the house. Dustin and crew are very professional and do what they say.

The reason I chose USA Roofing was Dustin. He was very honest and worked with us and the insurance company to be sure we got everything we needed. He kept in touch and even though we had some weather delays as soon as the weather allowed they were on it. Dustin will do a good job for you.

They saved the day! Two and a half months ago I discovered several leaks in my roof after a storm. Long story short I first went to another experience roofing company that was recommended but with all the push back from the insurance company they basically walked away in frustration. Dustin Jordan with USA Roofing contacted me, after a very detailed inspections with great pictures he assured me that he and Molly the office manager would find a way to help me with my repairs and not give up on the insurance company. It took over a month as the insurance company was very unreasonable but Molly stayed on them and my roof was completed less than 24 hours ago. The price was fair and they are known for good work but the work they put in to help a client with a damage roof is worth the five stars alone.

I called and spoke to Dustin Jordan on Friday afternoon to get some quotes to repair my roof. Within 24 hours, he supplied me with three options for replacement. Once approved on a Tuesday, my roof was installed professionally and promptly by that Friday. When a storm damaged our metal roof, we turned it in to insurance. Since the insurance company left it up to us to find a roof contractor, we were totally without a clue and quite nervous about the quality of people.

We had some issues, but not with the company, it was with the project manager. We went to the general manager , Lee Jordan. He was quick to fix everything that had gone wrong under the PM. After having everything finish to our satisfaction, and having a meeting with Mr. Jordan I would recommend this company to anyone.

Both Manager Lee Jordan and office Manager Molly where super helpful and very pleasant to work with. They provided a quote very promptly and fit us in their schedule with very short notice.
