Rudy with River City Roof was awesome to work with. Super professional, responsive, and got the job done fast. The roof looks great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Roof itself looks and seems good but details weren't as well executed. Gutters and trim were banged up and flashing shows shiny metal underneath which highlights it and also silicone caulk on flashing looks like it is done by someone who has never done it before and is large clumpy blobs not smoothed out. We were asked about flashing color day of and did not understand where it would go and what it would look like. Was told it would be about $200 to fix flashing prior to signing work but later told it would be $800.

I have a leak in my roof adjacent to a chimney. Adam “ Rudy” Ruddell came out to look at the job, we went on the roof to look at the problem area, and he gave me an honest evaluation of what he thought the problem is. He didn’t try to sell me anything, but rather said he thought it was a repair that I can do. He even gave me a tube of the sealant to use. I appreciate a contractor who tells you the truth and doesn’t try and sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or want. I will call River City for any future roofing needs.

Daniel noticed I had a few shingles missing and did an inspection to assess my roof. He said damage not enough for insurance claim or to initiate repairs at this time. He exceeded my expectations throughout the project, and even came back to touch up paint after final inspection.

Daniel Devaney, the representative from River City Roofing, arrived at my home to conduct a thorough roof inspection. Despite my concerns, he informed me that there was no damage to my roof. Instead of pushing for unnecessary repairs, Daniel and his team displayed commendable honesty by adding me to their weather check list. Rudy and the rest of the team at River City Roofing were a tremendous help in getting my home repaired after storm damage. I can't say enough about how happy we are with everyone we interacted with from River City Roofing. Richard Geahr was our sales representative. He was extremely professional, understanding, patient, and respectful. When we received the quote, we never felt pressured into buying the most expensive product they sold, nor were we pressured into buying their product at all. We were simply given all the necessary information to make an educated decision on our own. When we decided on a type and color of shingle, we let Rick know that we had put in a claim with the insurance company already because we had roof damage from a recent storm. There were some very frustrating moments when dealing with the insurance company for the next 3 months, but Rick helped us work through them. He was always so patient, kind, and helpful and we are SO grateful for this! When we were able to schedule our roof replacement, I let Rick know and we got on the schedule for the next week. The day before the installation, the products were delivered, and the installers arrived the next morning at the very time Rick said they would. My husband was home for the installation and said they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend River City Roofing and have no doubts that our new roof will perform as well as they did.

I am very pleased with the service I received from River City Roofing. A skylight installer I used last year recommended this company-- in fact, he gave them my number when I told him I was thinking of replacing my roof. Adam "Rudy" Rudell contacted me to see what I had in mind and quickly came out to meet with me. I initially hoped I could get insurance to cover it, assuming I would have some hail damage, but Rudy did an assessment and said, unfortunately, that there wasn't any hail damage, but that he recommended I still get the roof replaced. I appreciate that honesty. I could tell as he explained their product and certifications how much pride Rudy has for his job and the company he represents. He really made me feel like I was in good hands. When the job was being done, the crew was very nice, respectful, and so efficient, and they did a spectacular job, both with the roof and with the clean up in the end. Brendon Muse of River City Roofing Solutions did the initial inspection and identified storm damage. He then became my representative in dealing with my insurance company. He supervised all aspects of roof replacement from beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, competent, courteous and respectful. He monitored all actions of the roofing contractors, checking frequently on their progress. When the roofers arrived, they wasted no time getting to work. They essentially worked three 12 hour days, taking minimal breaks. They were hard working with each doing their respective tasks in a professional manner. They meticulously cleaned the premises after each days work and upon job completion. They were respectful to me when we communicated despite the language barrier. my roof was damaged by hail in the summer of 2022. I had several roofing companies over to provide estimates. all estimates were fairly comparable. I selected River City Roofing based on their representative, Adam "Rudy" Rudell. he was extremely professional, helpful and informative. He answered every question thoroughly and accuratey. I would expect that early in the negotiation process but, Rudy maintained that attitude throughout the entire process. Offering to assist in any way he could in a very responsive and timely manner. River City Solutions did a great job replacing our roof. Our rep was Adam "Rudy" Rudell. Our old roof received storm damage and we went through our insurance company to put in a claim. While we were waiting through that process,. Rudy stopped by to go over our options and what to expect regarding the insurance claim funding. The insurance claim process went just as Rudy laid it out. He made the process really smooth the whole way, going over roof shingle and cover options, and what to expect when the roof replacement occurs. His team when scheduled and efficiently replaced the roof shingles, added ridge vent, covered mushroom vents / decked over those areas. We are very happy with our new roof.

While doing some routine work on the roof, it became very apparent one day that it was time for a new one. I contacted our insurance agent because we had a difficult time finding someone to give us an estimate. She gave me Aaron's name and number and he texted me back immediately, was flexible with scheduling since my hours are a bit nutty, and always went the extra mile. GREAT people with outstanding knowledge of the roofing industry. On inspection, Adam found that I had 2 layers of shingles, and likely some or all of my decking was potentially bad.. After diagnosing, River City Roofing Solution's Crew showed up ready to go at 6 am. They removed 2 layers of shingles on over 6500 sq ft of roof coveting my home, patio and garage. Outstanding workmanship re-installing 153 sheets of 4x8 decking sheets, adding ridge vent, and completing this massive amount of work in 2 days! Un-real service and follow through - highly recommend Adam. Highly recommend using them for any and all roof related needs! Also, coil wrapping my lean-to to protect the wood, gutters, metal roofs, flat roofs..
