We had our windows and sliding glass door replaced by Ridgeline. From start to finish, the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anything you need. There were two defective screens (manufacturer’s issue) with the initial install, and Malcolm and Joe were on the phone with the manufacturers getting replacements and making sure every small detail was perfect before calling it good.

So grateful to work with contractors where we genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything, given their standards were just as high as our own.

Ridgeline recently completed a full renovation of our bathroom and it was a great process with a beautiful result. From the initial estimate to final touches Malcolm and his team were excellent to work with. They guided us through material choices and conducted the work in a careful manner. Workers were friendly and efficient. Ridgeline was not the cheapest estimate (they were very competitive on price though), but it was absolutely the best option for us. You get what you pay for and we got a quality end result. Believe the 5 stars and give them a call.

Malcolm and his team are Ridgeline are the best contractors we have ever worked with period. In late May of 2024 we had a severe water leak that damaged our primary bathroom, kitchen, laundry room (basement) and basement bathroom. To be blunt - our insurance tried to low ball us on damages. Malcolm personally handled our insurance claim which resulted in all of the damage that occurred being covered. The amount we got from Ridgeline working with the adjuster was 2x what the insurance initially offered us. This ensured that our home was restored to modern operating standards and not the bare minimum the insurance wanted to give us. Once Ridgeline was onsite they did an outstanding job of restoring our bathrooms, hallways, floors, and laundry room. Top notch work. The Ridgeline team was very flexible. We used this as an opportunity to refresh the paint and the floors of the house. Ridgeline fit all the work in and did not try to overcharge us. IF we needed something hauled off they did it for us. If we needed something fixed on the side - they did it. By far the most professional, effective, personable, and honest contractors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough to you.

I just had a bathroom renovation completed by Ridgeline Contractors, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Malcolm McHugh prepared an incredibly thorough itemized proposal and then met me at several showrooms to look at tile, lighting, tubs/sinks/toilets, and fixtures.

The work began on schedule, overseen by Joseph Van Cleve, one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. He and his crew were always on time, covered the furniture in adjacent rooms with tarps, and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Joe worked hard to find a mirror that matched my specifications and quickly reordered a countertop that was not quite the right color. He always responded promptly to any questions I had throughout the renovation. The final result is just what I wanted.

I have done several bathroom renovations in other properties over the years. This one was by far the easiest, thanks to Malcolm, Joe, and his staff who are so organized and the nicest people as well. I feel so fortunate to have found them.

Malcolm, Jose, and the team rescued our DC rowhome after water intrusion significantly damaged our 3 primary floors + english basement. We had a very challenging design for an entire bathroom remodel, and they provided great feedback and were able to roll with it when the design failed to account for practical use. They were very quick to respond when problems inevitably arose, and made sure that everything was working exactly the way we wanted. While I can’t recommend being without your bathroom for 10 weeks for remodeling, if you are going to remodel your bathroom, I highly recommend giving Malcolm and his team a call.

Malcom and his team are great! They get the job done quickly. They changed some flooring, painted the entire house, completely refinished the basement and laundry room, and made amazing custom closets. Malcom is super easy to work with and great communicator!
