Just had a new roof and gutters replaced by RidgeTop Exteriors. I highly recommend them! This is coming from someone who does a lot of research and had a few estimates done beforehand. I met with Jeff several times prior to settling on Ridge Top and he accommodated my schedule and all my questions. He was honest up front and was genuine, and I didn’t feel pressured into choosing them. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” something I didn’t need. He kept me up to date on things and then passed me to one of the Field Managers, Mike Chamberlain. All I can say is that I again felt like I was in good, professional hands. He always showed up on time. Was always reachable via text. He kept me apprised of the project and any minor changes. He was really responsive to my concerns. Last but not least, kudos to their team of workers who came out on time and fully prepared to work on this daunting job in the heat wave that wouldn’t let up. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. The project leader even stopped by after hours to ensure the work they did was secured from an impending storm. I had a roof replacement and gutter replacement done. The best customer service you can ask for! I communicated everything I wanted & needed done, and was given a plan and estimate the same day of the consult. I have a relative in home hospice and was expecting several days for the work but the roof work was done in one day, on the hottest day of the year so far. We needed 3 leaking skylights removed. When Mike Chamberlain discovered that the plywood under our old roof was moldy and rotting, he decided to put a temporary fix over where the skylights had been until he could get the proper supplies to repair them correctly. If he "just did his job", who knows what would have happened to our home. He did a great job, the cost was well worth it. Thanks Mike.

Very pleased with the roofing replacement project recently completed by Ridge Top. Marc Taft, the initial consultant that developed the proposal and worked with my homeowner’s insurance to get the claim approved based on hail damage, was outstanding in negotiating with the adjuster and providing evidence as requested, Upon approval, the project was managed by Mike Chamberlain as the field manager. The roofing crew arrived on schedule the day after the materials were delivered on site, The quality of workmanship was excellent with precision alignment and conformance with the roof’s various angles. The roof required approximately 35 squares of shingles with a medium pitch. Mike assured that the roofing team had a clear understanding of the project’s scope, outlined some unique flashing work that was needed and resolved missing materials that were needed by the team. The roofers on the job were meticulous in both their execution and in the clean-up thereafter. Tarps were hung and spread to minimize the risk of marking siding when disposing of the removed roof materials. Liberal and repeated use of magnets to pick up loose nails resolved one of the key complaints for most re-roofing efforts. But the clean-up wasn’t limited to nails - removed roofing materials, torn tar paper and the like were picked up to a near perfect degree. As the clean up was being finalized, roofers were using flashlights to make sure every visible piece of debris was removed. We had a chance to speak with a previous client of Ridge Top in the proposal stage and they also commented positively on their high quality clean up.

We’d recommend Ridge Top without reservation.

Once the weather cooperated, Mike and his team got to work. They actually stayed until 9pm to complete the work. It took a few days for them to come back out to finish cleaning up but Mike continued to check in to make sure we were happy with tge clean up

Garrett was very helpful coordinating with my insurance company for a roof replacement, which ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. The roof was completed in just one day, and they hustled because of incoming weather. Tyler and John were professional and courteous. We would HIGHLY recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. Our roof on both our garage and our home were long overdue for replacement. We knew it was not going to be an easy project and had contacted several roofing companies in the past! We either had no shows, no calls, no one it seemed wanted to tackle our roof. My wife contacted Ridge Top Exteriors in December and set up an initial appointment. Matt was on time and went over our concerns, what we were looking for, and answered all of our questions. He took pictures, notes, etc. and contacted us in a very timely manner. Within a week or two, (throw in a snowstorm or two and everyone loses track of time) to go over roofing options, pricing, etc. He came back out the first week of January and as soon as the weather would allow, they would schedule the tear off and installation. Adam contacted me March 1st and said they were looking at the end of March to do the install (weather pending). He would be in touch by the 24th of March to confirm. As a landscape business owner, I 100% understood how easily weather plays a factor in scheduling. March 22nd, we received Adam’s call and they were scheduled to be here the following week for three days (two for the roof and one for the gutters). John gave us a call Monday night the week of the install and said he and his crew would arrive bright and early Tuesday morning. The crew arrived Tuesday morning as promised and worked until dark both Tuesday and Wednesday to finish the roof. It looks amazing and the entire crew worked hard ALL DAY long! Thursday, Armando and the gutter crew arrived and they were finished in a few hours. Another beautiful job and very hard working guys as well. What impressed me the most about EVERYONE we worked with at Ridge Top was the attention to detail (both workmanship and cleanup); the hard working crews, and the friendliness of everyone involved. With both my wife and I being business owners, we were very pleased with the quality of the work, the ease of scheduling the project, and the communication.
