This company did an amazing job and awesome customer service. Steve went up and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. The crew finished on Friday and he was here already Saturday to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. When we found a few loose ends, he called in a crew that same day to get it completed. Ridge Top Exteriors did a great job on our house. They did suggest they could get it done in 2 days, but it ended up taking 3. Not a huge deal for us. Overall though, the entire process including financing was straightforward, good communication, and good quality work.

Ridge Top Exteriors did a great job replacing a very complicated roof, siding and gutters on my house after some tornado damage. They were efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. The company is very communicative throughout the project and kept me informed at every step. They were very good at responding to all of our questions and helping us navigate our insurance. Once all of those external hassles were taken care of, it was easy to set up an appointment. They were very professional in making sure everything was how we needed and asked questions if there was any doubt. The rates were very reasonable and I'm happy to see the result.

Several years ago but horrible communication and experience. They harassed my parent until the original post I made was forced to be taken down when saying how poorly it went. They kept rescheduling and thousands of damage was done when the tarp failed and it was raining in the home. Would have never happened if they would have not rescheduled 5 plus times. They never offered any help or insight on damage which was estimated over 40k. I've found a great company since to use and recommend.

I would like to thank all of the members of the Ridge Top team for the excellent work on my roof in Watertown. Nate, the project manager, was friendly, professional and displayed the integrity I was looking for in a contractor. He clearly explained what was needed and gave us a really reasonable price for the work from start to finish. Josh, the on-site foreman for the installation, was so polite and professional as well. He kept me informed on the progress of the installation & explained clearly what they saw on my roof from the removal of the old components to the final installation of the attractive & much-improved features of the new roof. All the workmen were prompt and friendly as well. I could not have been happier with the entire process!

Ridgetop Exteriors handled the replacement of the street-facing second-story siding on our home. They were competitively priced, offered a great warranty, and ultimately did a fantastic job. We wanted LP SmartSide, and while another company pushed hard for HardieBoard, Ridgetop respected our preferences and helped guide us toward the best solution without any pressure.

Materials were delivered well in advance, but when the crew's schedule changed, the delivery wasn’t adjusted accordingly, which left the materials sitting for longer than necessary. Rain also caused about a week’s delay in starting the project. Once the crew arrived, however, they installed the new siding in just half a day.

There were a few touch-ups that required follow-up visits, but Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. He coordinated return visits, including a third trip from the crew, and was always professional, responsive, and clearly on our side throughout the process.

This siding was over 40 years old, and we’re extremely happy we chose Ridgetop Exteriors for the replacement. Huge thanks to Tony—he was truly excellent to work with!

Steve led the crew who installed new siding, soffits and fascia on my home. From the moment we began working together, Steve was on top of every aspect of the project. Excellent Work and Service!!

The house is 30 years old, and we only needed one side of the house resided. The house is large and the area needing the work has more square footage than many smaller houses. The chimney box is also on this side of the house. The chimney needed to be partially rebuilt due to water damage and wood rot. Ridge Top was very knowledgeable and professional. We received 3 quotes; the fourth company would not come out because we were only doing one side of the house. Ridge top was in the middle for pricing. Anderw the salesperson was on time, professionally dressed and very knowledgeable. Steve Roberts, the onsite manager, was great and explained the process every step of the way. Steve ensured every part of the job was up to code and meet Ridge Tops high standards. (Their standards are very high). Javier Flores, the crew leader, is a master at his craft and his crew were great, very courteous, prompt, and clean (very clean) every day the work site was cleaned up. It took 4 days to complete the job, and the crew worked 10 to 14 hours each day. Javier, Steve and Andrew answered all our questions throughout the project. They met all our requests and even went above, like making a special cover for our water heater exhaust that matched the corner trim. We chose LP siding with a 30-year warranty on the paint. Ridge Top also provides a 7-year warranty on their work. We highly recommend Ridge Top for a siding project. We received excellent pricing on the job. We had a knowledgeable sales team (Andrew Kuehneman), excellent on-site management (Steve Roberts), and an excellent crew (Javier Flores). We love Ridge Top's 7-year warranty on workmanship. Ridge Top also had excellent financing options that we took advantage of.

Excellent! Tony was great at communicating. Tony explained in detailed the process on how the work was going to be completed and answered all my questions. Once the job was completed, Tony provided before and after photos showing the completed work. The crew showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up the work area. Matt McBriarty came out to our house after a recent hail storm. He was our second opinion as the first person we had look at our roof told us we would likely need to get it replaced but we didn't feel like we trusted some of the things he was saying. Matt said the roof is in good shape - he took us through the minor damages and explained how everything works with insurance and why there isn't evidence to justify replacement or the hassle of being denied coverage. He wasn't just looking for a sale. He was honest. And he said if it was his roof, he would not file a claim - he said the roof looked really good except for regular wear and tear (it's about 13 years old). When we do get to the point of replacing our roof, we will be calling Matt again. It's important to feel like a roofing company isn't just chasing storms for the sale.

Ridge Top recently put a new roof on our garage and did some repair and cosmetic work. We could not be happier with how the project went! The quoting process was really smooth and Tony did a great job of making sure we understood exactly what Ridge Top would be doing. They also had the best price of the companies who quoted. The workers showed up right on time and the work went quickly and perfectly. Josh and Terry were great to work with as the job was being completed. We would definitely recommend Ridge Top!

This review comes less than one year after our roof was replaced. This spring we noticed there was leaking happening on our chimney in the attached garage when it would rain. We immediately called Ridge Top to get this checked out. We were told that someone from the warranty department will be in touch with me. Days later and never received a call, so I had to call again and again. Eventually a man named Jacob called me back. He was both equally unfriendly over the phone as he was in person. After doing a water test he determined that the flashing was never sealed down and water was going under it. He said he would come back the following day to take care of it. The next day came and he never showed up. He eventually said he had to get the materials in "Chicago" and wouldn't be able to seal up the flashing until the following week.

We still had leaks. I removed the insulation that I had up in my attached garage and found that the wood that was old and soft was never replaced the first time around like it should have been. We specifically mentioned that wood because of its appearance. Now after calling Ridge Top several times again to get ahold of people, a man named Terry came out to look at things. He determined that that flashing was not put on very well, so he scheduled a time to come out and repair it a 2nd time. He cut the dimensions and redid it, telling us that we will no longer have to deal with the preppy office people anymore and said to contact him directly if have anymore issues.

We still had leaks after this was done. Now a supposed manager finally showed up with Terry. He was wearing shorts and sweatshirt and never identified himself to me until he was asked (Tyler). The overall communication was very miniscule and I was treated like I was a nuisance after having paid them 21k for a brand new roof less than a year ago. It was decided that the flashing would be ripped off completely and redone along with the wood that I pointed out being soft and nasty looking from the first time around. Yet again I was treated like I was the problem and was told that he can't control what the previous Crue didn't do. Great customer service when that is your repeated answer.

On the first day that Terry came out to replace the sections of wood and start redoing the flashing, it eventually started to rain so he left the job. I came home from work at 6:30 p.m to see my chimney uncovered with no tarp to stop the rain and the eventual snow that happened. I contacted the manager immediately and he said he doesn't know why my chimney was left uncovered like that and that he would be out to tarp it up. The whole attitude of both him and Terry was very unwelcoming and again treating us like we were the problem even though they now just left our chimney completely open allowing all water to fall down into my house that had brand new spray foam insulation installed plus drywall after having the roof replaced.

Once this project was completed a 3rd time after the initial install last July, we were told that if there were any further issues then it is our chimney and to call a chimney company. I did call a chimney company and much to my surprise when they came out, they informed me that the flashing and counter flashing was not up to code. That any flashing touching masonry should be made of galvanized steel and not aluminum like it was because the lime will erode the metal. So yet again something not done correctly by Ridge Top. We were also informed that several nails in the surrounding area were rusted through, implying that there was water leaking through it. I can only pray I do not ever need to call Ridge Top again because their customer service is terrible and the workmanship is constantly questionable when you can't trust they do a good honest job (especially for the money we paid them).

The crew did an excellent job on the roofs. Appreciate the great job cleaning up especially with the wind. Thank you for everything.

My new facia soffit looks great. I was told to go with Ridge Top and I am glad I did. Tony was curiosity and professional. He walked around the property with me answering all my questions. Very happy with everything.

This company was great to work with, they helped with insurance issues and their communicstion is really great! They finished in a couple of days - weather permitting- and did a good job, minus a bit of nails left in our driveway.

I chose them a few years ago to replace a damaged roof. I've had MORE leaks with the new roof. Nails in seams- need I say more. IN THE SEAMS! That said, if you love racing around with a flashlight in your crawl spaces or attic when it rains looking for leaks, this roofer is for you. That musty smell of wet fiberglass never seems to leave your nostrils. If you love water stains and damaged plaster, I recommend them. If losing sleep due to dripping water on your wood floors is your thing, then this company is for you.To be fair, repairs were made, but come on. They warranty their roof for 25+ years. I guess if it leaked at year 25 instead of annually beginning year 1, I wouldn't mind. Maybe I just got the incompetent crew that particular day. Regardless, a new roof should NEVER leak. Oh, and do you think they ever offered to fix or reimburse for the damages caused by their faulty installation? Hah, you all know the answer.

I used Ridge Top Exteriors to replace a +20 year old roof and I'm completely satisfied with my new roof and gutters. Overall, their team is very professional and the experience was seamless.

I found Ridge Top based on positive online reviews from Google and my neighborhood Facebook group. Their online estimate calculator was fairly accurate for budgeting purpose, and their sales rep contacted me the same day to schedule an in-person quote with Daniel.

Daniel was thorough during my in-person estimate and allowed enough time for questions. He was open and honest about the scope of the work given the project was on tall +100 year old house with a steep roof and he provided a detailed, easy-to-read estimate within a few days of our initial meeting. He was also very responsive about logistics, planning, and answering my questions about permit requirements; he matched colors very well, even took pictures at the property for comparison. Tyler was the department manager who kept me updated about supplies and scheduling and was also very responsive during the project. Jacob was on site during the roof replacement and did the final inspection with me after completion. He sent me pictures by request during the tear off (there was a Change Order) and was thorough during the final inspection.

Professional service and quality work. Jacob (job supervisor) and Nick (sales rep) were easy to work with and made the whole process seamless.

I have a small cellar door that is connected to a 100+year old stone home and also the 50 year old frame addition. Joe did an excellent job building out the opening to accommodate the new steel door. The aluminum trim work ties everything together on the exterior and he added a nice bevel that adds a bit of charm. Very happy!

This lovely individual cut across two lanes of traffic with no directional, and then dismissively waved at me as I honked my horn to say "hey you almost hit me".

If this is what Ridgetop is willing to do in a company branded truck, imagine the stuff they are up to in your home.

Pro tip: ask for a break down of your invoice. Those materials they are hauling away after the job is done? They may have over ordered for you to try and cover the costs of another job. Reputable places don't do that, but reputable places also don't do dumb things in a company vehicle.

James did an excellent job replacing one very old window in our very old home. He kept us updated on the progress and left the work site pristine, both inside and outside. James was polite, helpful, hardworking, and he answered all our questions. The window works and looks great.

With recent winds we had shingles fly off our home. Was given Josh at Ridge Top Exteriors name and number by our insurance agent. I left a message for Josh who returned my call within an hour. Explained the situation and talked about making an appointment for the next week. But, when I mentioned that snow was in the forecast he made a call and was able to have 2 of his guys (Rob and Brian Schroeder) come out to inspect and secure the roof (even if only temporary) the same day!! This, in itself, was amazing but Brian and Rob were amazing too!! Very professional and friendly. They secured the shingles at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.
