I wish there were a non-star option.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After requesting a free estimate for my roof and other damages, I received a vague and unclear proposal. When I mentioned that my insurance would cover the costs, the contractor insisted on charging me $100 for a detailed estimate, which I agreed to, provided I would receive a receipt.

After a few days of waiting, I was then told that a full estimate would actually require a payment of $250. Despite my follow-ups over the next two weeks, I was informed today that the contractor is too busy to complete the estimate and suggested I find someone else.

This process has been unprofessional and frustrating, wasting my time without any clear resolution. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Find somone else) and this was my message (Hello, please let me know if you are finished with the estimate, please can you expedite it?) They wasted my time, they were unprofessional in their communication a big ZERO.

The work was very good. The team was courteous and polite. If I need that type of work I’ll call these people

Great experience with Ridge Top Construction. We had a leaky skylight right before a big storm and they squeezed us in their schedule to cover it up before the storm hit - the owner did it himself to be sure it was done before the rain. He really went out of his way to make sure we didn’t incur further damage. Then they came back out for the repair soon after the storm. I will use them again for sure. Reliable, reasonably priced, great workmanship, easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I have a detached garage that was on the original 3-tab roof, a couple of shingles lifted and when Erick came out to do the estimate he took offered to make a temporary repair regardless of whether I went with him. I had two other estimates, not only was Erick's the lowest, but it was one of the most professional. Another great thing about Ridgetop is they have their own employees, he doesn't subcontract the work out to another company. Personally, I think that's an important part of business and keeps the accountability and quality high. The work itself looks fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for an easier interaction. There's no reason not to go with this company, they are great all the way around.

Very professional all thru the work process. You would never know of the roofing and kitchen ceiling issues I had. Like nothing ever happened. I have given out their contact info to a few people already.

Wind damage and heavy rain on a 20+ year old roof meant it was time for a replacement. We got an estimate from Erick and his team who did an amazing job. A little less than 2 full days of work and we have a beautiful new roof with new skylights. I couldn't be happier with how easy this company was to work with and how quickly my roof was replaced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a roof repair or a completely new roof.

Erick took a look at my roof after a strong storm rolled through. He noticed wind damage and suggested I contact my insurance company. The inspector came on a misty Sunday morning. Erick made sure he was here to walk the roof with him to point out everything that he noticed. 30 minutes later, I was told that I would be getting a full replacement. A week later, the work began. His team was friendly, polite, and worked sunup til sundown for 2 days to get the job done. 2 men even came back the next day with a magnet and trash bag to make sure that they didn’t miss anything during the previous day’s dusk cleanup. I now have a beautiful new roof. Erick is knowledgeable, followed through on everything he said he would do and, most importantly, has a very clear understanding on how to work with insurance companies. I highly recommend Erick and Ridge Top Construction.

I had a partially detached gutter and an overflowing gutter before the storm. I had hoped it would be resolved after a semi annual HOA gutter cleaning, but nope. Same issues remained.

Erick & Wilber not only cleared the gutters but they fixed an installation flaw so the detached gutter is now in proper alignment so it can work properly! .They also cleaned the gutter and found a downspout was completely blocked and causing the gutter overflow.

After all of that, they cleaned up all the debris and recommended a solution.

What a difference an excellent, responsive company & team makes! Can’t thank you guys enough!

After the severe thunderstorm we had on Thursday, September 7, 2023, several homes in my subdivision were damaged…I woke up to an abundance of tree debris that belongs to my neighbor all in my driveway, front and backyard. I was concerned and saw Ridgetop (Erick) over at a neighbor’s house inspecting her roof. I asked them when he finished with the neighbors could he come over since he was in the neighborhood and he agreed cheerfully.

After inspection of roof he told me the shingles were still intact but the pipe ring had deteriorated and rain was eventually going to leak into house…. He took pictures for me to see and was able to explain in detail how to remediate this issue. I did the repairs that day and feel very comfortable.

When time comes to replace roof, they will be the ones to do it….thanks Erick and team….

We have had two excellent experiences with this company. On both occasions they were able to help us promptly when we had a roof leak. The first time we called the leak was from a recent rain storm. They hurried over because there was more rain on the way - so helpful!

We had a second incident recently and were relieved when Erick came over promptly, found the cause of the leak and fixed it. Some leaves and sticks had dammed up water in an area we couldn’t see and water was flowing over them into the house. His experience and know-how got right to the source of the problem and it was quickly and reasonably fixed.

The company has a high standard for customer service which is apparent from the moment they arrive. Our property was always treated respectfully, which we appreciate.

Erick gave us one of his new business cards and now we know that in addition to roofs, the company does gutters and siding as well. Good to know - there are beautiful photos of some Ridge Top projects on line and if and when we need that kind of work and not just leaks fixed we will call Ridge Top.

Had a leak on the flat membrane part of our roof. Erick was the first to respond and came out the next day and even put a temporary patch before the final repair. Would recommend to anyone living in the city with the same type of roof. Good price and punctual.

I highly recommend Mendoza Roofing, their work was excellent and high quality. They truly take pride in a work well done. They replaced the roof of my house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition their prices are reasonable.

My experiences working w Mendoza roofing have been nothing but positive. They installed shingle roofs on my garage and screened porch. Also installed metal roof on watershed above garage door.

Quality work and affordable prices. Hard to find someone that doesn’t cut corners in their work. They are my go to from now on for any roof repair and siding work. I recommend.
