We would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Ridge Construction. They have been a delight to work with; they show close attention to detail, to explaining what they are doing and why, and to ensuring that the job is one that they (and we) can be proud of. There’s never been any doubt that their core approach is to do a job right from the start. Given we are building a custom 2400 sq ft house, that has taken a lot of the stress out of our lives.

Zaccai keeps his crews small – something he noted to us before we hired him. That means he gets to hire exactly who he wants for longer periods, rather than picking up whoever might be available on a given day to rush a job to completion. This shows in the quality of the work that has been done. It also shows in the people doing the work – they are respectful and happy to be on his job, always friendly and courteous, and take the time to tell us what they are doing, or how we can help. Zaccai himself is regularly on site, cranking out whatever needs doing. His work ethic and tenacity for getting things done with a smile are what you want to see on your job. He leads his crews by example.

We sat down at the start of the process with Carrie and Zaccai to go over budget. They’ve kept to that budget, only deviating when there’s been some other new options that could get things done either quicker or better. They’ve presented those options (whether it was a cost saving or an additional expense) to us as we’ve moved forward, so we felt in complete control of spending. Again, there’s never been any doubt that they are trying to build our house right, without spending more than necessary to do so.

We’ve had builders work for us before who said they could do things that it later turned out they couldn’t. You’ll not have that problem with Ridge Construction. They are good for their word and more. A friend recommended them to us and we now pass that recommendation on to all of you.

Ridge Construction just completed my kitchen remodel. I have lived here 47 years and have had some horrible experiences with contractors. This was my third contract with Ridge. Ridge is my top choice because they simply set the bar for everyone else and so far I've found no other contracting company that comes close. I always enjoy dealing with the owner Zaccia Rosati. He is a fair and professional individual. He has a good sense of humor and an all around good personality. All of his employees know and understand Mr. Rosati's demand for nothing but truly outstanding work. Zaccia is a stickler for paying attention to detail. No one in this company has the "close enough attitude" They just took our grungy 1980 kitchen and turned it into a virtual show place. They knocked some walls out. Did a lot of electrical work, new plumbing, cabinet installation, refurbished walls, etc, etc. The wife is thrilled beyond belief. This company bends over backwards to insure their customers are satisfied and happy. Zaccai is not always on site but it is not a problem as he is usually available by phone. His two main go to guys are P.J.(general contracting work) and Pete (the painter)
Both are older and extremely experienced in their specialties. I want to personally thank both of them for really caring about the quality of work they did in my home. Even though they are always in demand and busy they are all good about coordinating work times and keeping you in formed about what is going on. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I guarantee you wont find better in our community. I am currently submitting a bid request to three companies to build a garage this summer. Ridge Construction is at the top of my list.
