Dustin and his crew were amazing to work with. Dustin explained the process and helped out with our ins adjuster. They had our roof replaced the following week! Steve was great to work with. He explained the process to us and was very reachable if we had questions. The roofing crew did a great job on the roof. They were quick, thorough and did a good job cleaning up our yard afterwards.

I am a roofer and was honored to be awarded a 2,500 square project, in Omaha, NE, to install a liquid applied silicone roof system. While getting certified with the product, I met Chris with Ricochet Roofing. Chris came highly recommended as an installer by the manufacture. He came and installed the product and did an amazing job as well as met his installation timeline. We had an issue on one of the buildings, months later, Chris was a stand up guy and took care of the problem. Is what makes Ricochet Roofing and the team so amazing, it was not his mistake which created the problem. He assessed the situation with me, came up with a fix and got it taken care of. I look forward to working with Chris and the Ricochet Roofing team in the future.
